great location but it used to be so nice and is falling apart. the cushions on all the lounges were disgusting, furniture needed replacing, towels should be at the segundo, the upstairs patio on the fourth floor is gone and they did not provide drinking water. over $200 a night for a room with poor blankets towels and furniture and they want me to buy water. one of the workers had some rather strongly worded descriptions of the owner. just say no.

Very welcoming owners and employees. They really care about their guests and they are always available for any question. The appartment was wonderful, very spacious, quiet, and very clean. We would love to go back as soon as possible!
There is nothing we did not like, everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations

Location was great. View tremendous. Hector and the other staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Property is a bit dated but still very clean. The property in front of Las Gaviotas runs a generator that can be a bit annoying but it is still better than listening to the noise if you were directly on The Malecon.

Large suite, the terrace is huge with awesome view.
Kitchen and bathrooms are a bit aged. The service is a bit you get what you ask for but you have to ask for it.

The location was amazing.
The condo was very sparse regarding kitchen utensils, there was no bottled/purified water, and there was no soap in the bathroom.

It is a great location and the staff could not be more accommodating and helpful
the shower head had a water saver that meant the water felt like thin streams of water piercing, which I hate. The water was hot and everything else was fine. The decor, 1970s was a bit of a throw back, it's time to update fellas!

Can’t beat the location and the staff are there to make sure your stay is perfect. Didn’t get breakfast but that’s ok because 1 minute out the front door are perfect morning dining options right in the malecón. Not modern but that’s what I like. Felt more mine then if I had modern room in a fancy hotel. Cant beat it for the price and comfort.
That I had to leave.

location, views, amenities, size of accommodations, the pool, and friendliness of staff was all great!
We had some trouble with our AC that was a little frustrating but the staff fixed it when we notified them. The decor was outdated, but overall it was still very good for the price and location.

This property is close to the maleacon and walking distance to lots of good restaurants. It does have a nice balcony with view of the ocean where we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets. We met one of the owners, Linda, at one time and she was very friendly with recommendations about adventures.
As reported by reviewers everything is really old and outdated and fatigued and dirty in appearance: the curtains, the upholstery , paint etc. It's a shame really because it's such a potentially awesome place. The place appeared deserted I think we were the only ones staying there. The owners live on the top floor but nothing is regularly staffed. You can ring for someone to come help you. We had to change our plans because of the coronavirus and they said they would refund us our last night. SO far it has not happened.... I'm hoping they do as we have left now.

Location, location, location. Accommodating staff. Huge Balcony!! Water pressure and hot water were fabulous in BOTH bathrooms.
Noisy. Just a Malecon thing (take the good with the bad and take earplugs). We also had a slight hiccup with our lock which was partially fixed at a rate lesser than anticipated. Our only real complaint.
