Very good resort with great location just by the beautiful beach

First of all, the location is great - just by the beautiful beach, 4 minutes by car from Vieste marina and 8-9 minutes from Vieste city-center. There is even a underground passage to the beach so you don't have to worry about crossing an Italian street... The Village is located on large terrain - so there is a lot of parking spaces, a large swimming pool with a bar, tennis court, etc. Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

It's really hard to find anything to complain :) In one of our rooms there were ants, but when we informed the manager he instantly took action - the room was cleaned again and sprayed and the problem did not reoccur throughout the stay.

Beautiful clean swimming pool, you can also get snacks and drinks from the bar by the pool. The host was super friendly and gave us some laundry keys straight away. Delicious breakfast. Seaside is beautiful and transparent and facility welle equipped, price is aside so you'll need to book and also recommend reserving a table for lunch.

Although the room was clean was very very small, so would probably upgrade to bigger size if staying more than a couple of days.

We were travelling as a group of 6 and we were allocated rooms close to each other. Checking in was breeze. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. An easy walk into town but we did drive in on occasions.

Great place to stay. Staff were great and helpful! Very clean and comfortable place to stay! The beach was nice, but if you want to sit on the chairs it’s a cost of 10€ per chair even if you buy a drink so bring your own beach blankets or chairs

sometimes people make all the difference

the place is great unfortunately being los season many amenities were closed. The location is great. At reception Giusseppe Made a reservation for us in a Trabboco for lunch and gave us good tips.

A lovely place to stay in Vieste!!

The room was super comfy. The bathroom was lovey and modern. Their towels immaculate. They provide plenty of space for luggage. Breakfast was delicious- even our nutella-filled croissants were freshly baked after their breakfast stock was gone. These superb croissants will stay in our memories for a long time…. Yummy lattes & capuccinos. HIGHLY recommended!!

It is a well situated resort, close to the beach, there is a pool and a nice park in the middle of the structure. They serve good breakfasts with a variety of food. Clean rooms. Within a walking distance to Vieste.

The music from the pool bar was loud. Our room didn't have a good position, we had a view to the wall (some apartments have a nice view to the park).

A great experience!

Everything was great. The man who worked reception was extremely nice and helpful. The pool was beautiful as well and the location was ideal. Breakfast had something for every taste. We ended up staying an extra night and thankfully staff could accommodate us!

The beds were a little uncomfortable but for a few nights it was ok.

Michele was an extraordinary host - you really feel that he loves his job! We had a question - he had more than an answer. He took care of everything. Our room was freshly renovated and we had a great time there.

Newly refurbished room with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Quiet and peaceful location with quiet (in May) beach across the road. 20 minute walk into Vieste. We enjoyed our stay very much.

nice village, standard rooms are basic, but appartments are also available

The village itself is very nice, but standard rooms are very basic. Very nice staff, excellent breakfast. Large, clean swimming pool, excellent outside facilities.

Standard rooms are very basic, there is no chair, only outside. The outside terrace faces to a wall, and just half meter beside the terrace there is an inner road.

I would come back for sure :)

Hotel was very near the beach, also it had i nice swimming pool. Personal was nice, room was clean. In general Vieste is a beautiful town with a lot of to experience around.

Room was very comfortable with excellent TV and wifi that enabled our Roku to bring in Netflix ... Excellent toilet and great shower ... Good Italian breakfast

Room was a little tired in that self-catering sink and hob were there but not installed
