Not much only location ,they could do so much more to make it a pleasant stay.
More comfortable beds, general cleanliness needs improving, breakfast was from Aldi basic range

Location on the seafront, great views
Looking tired, could do with redecorating

I liked breakfast, the location, the view from my room, the friendly staff. It was wonderful to have heating I could control in my room - cold and sleety when I arrived but warmed up as the week went on.
The only thing that was difficult was the hard mattress with a plastic lining. Needed a layer of memory foam for my old bones! Everything else was charming. Thank you for my stay.

Good breakfast, friendly staff.
The room and furniture were very shabby and there was a dreadful smell in the bathroom. For £90 a night, this was appalling.

Excellent breakfast, could have 2 of everything if I wanted to,staff are friendly and attentive & the breakfast time of 8 till 9-30 is flexible enough for most people. Entertainment in the bar on a regular basis, brilliant location close to the pier & sovereign shopping centre & car park.

Its the second time they have given me room 208 and it is in need of a good clean up and is so dated it should not be used iv stayed there many times and that is the worst room iv had by far which is disappointing
2.5
The bedding was clean, and the bathroom looked clean.
The room was very shoddy, walls needed painting, bed base was tatty, windows needed cleaning, could feel springs in mattress, paid £85 for room with no sea view, in my opinion was only worth £30

Nothing . I paid a good amount of money to stay at the Sandringham , nor knowing Weston Super Mare very well , i was guided by the Booking.Com pictures and description which could not be further from reality .
the hotel was very run down and when we got the key to our room there wasnt even a double bed , it looked like a 4ft Camp bed , the room was average in cleanliness , but the hotel and the bedroom smelt of fish and chips .
We handed the room key back to reception and let the hotel to find alternative accommodation . This is our first disappointing experience having used Booking .Com quite extensively around the world
Please see above
