Good

Lawrence himself was great. Always helpful, excellent communication with clients. We did not want to hire a car so the location could not have been better. We could walk to Cabo Roig and Cala Capitain beaches as well as to the fabulous La Zenia shopping centre and there are dozens of lovely, well priced restaurants literally on our doorstep. Price wise- good value for money.

The apartment building and decor really needs an update. It is clean but looking quite scruffy. The pillows on the bed were awful! Having said that, this is something we have encountered in a number of other apartments/holiday cottages in the area

Amazing place

just woww :) great apartment in the center Cabo Roig. Morning tea on the terrace, beach and sun made me fall in love with this place I'll come back there with big pleasure and recommend La Rotonda Aparthotel in 100% Special thanks to Lawrence 🤗 very friendly, caring man with full of professional

Good price and nice place

I liked the price and acceptable quality overall. Good location near restaurants, shops, but not overcrowded like a big city.

disappointing and very upsetting.

false advertisement, apparently it was the last room available, showing a nice room looking over the entrance , we got a very noise room above café Marie , also advertised that the restaurant was open even had reviews on there menu but restaurant closed since covid, I’ll never trust booking.com again , the hole stay was upsetting due to lack of sleep and manager unable to move us to a quieter room .

Superb

Basic but quite spacious, large balcony. Parking reasonably priced. Great host Lots of restaurants and bars (some with live music), on the doorstep.

Nothing to mention except to say that is not the place if you're looking for a quiet retreat.

Perfect for what I wanted from my break.

I went away for a break from a busy life and got exactly that. The complex was well maintained clean and had a very relaxed atmosphere. The pool area looked newly refurbished and was very nice. My apartment was big and very comfortable. A space in the very secure underground Garage saved me the worry of parking my hire car somewhere unfamiliar. The owner was very welcoming and gave full clear information on everything.

The walk to one of the beaches was longer than expected but this was due to a section of the pathway being removed so not really the property fault. Also I think breakfast and coffee was listed as available but the cafe was closed. This wasn’t a problem tho as there was a lovely patisserie on the doorstep.

Excellent location

Friendly staff. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of shops, bars and all kind of restaurants at main strip. Well furnished, spotlessly clean apartment, large balcony.
