差劲极了，中国人别来，歧视很强。

没有任何满意的地方，服务态度和质量竟然跟人种有关，遇到中国游客不管不问，白人游客就热情寒暄。

这次真的是从来没有遇到过的问题，第一，我定的是套房，入住后发现晚上楼下的餐厅烧烤味直接飘进了我们房间，我们没办法使用阳台，当天晚上就跟前台交涉说第二天要退房，前台说让我找booking，他们没办法解决，但是我的房费全款都是在酒店扣的啊。我联系booking后，客服跟我说必须酒店同意才能退房，那真的是在踢皮球。红海酒店真的很坑，第二天告知我们没有办法退房，只能换房，说政策就是这样，而且态度也很强硬。都这样了，我真的一点心情也没有了，那我就不要损失了，花了一千美元却没有一个很好的态度，然后我就让他们下午2点叫车把我们送到另外一家酒店，结果在退房的时候还要卡我们，让我们继续等，我2点准时下来退房的，然后又继续等待车来接，本来就定的2点，一直等了快一个小时才有人来接我们，我真的服了。在这一个小时的时间里，我看到了前台面对白人客人都非常热情，看到我们中国人，眼睛就闪躲，没有任何微笑和服务态度，总体来说，这家酒店会列入我对红海的黑名单，从来没站在客户的立场考虑问题。

Fantastische ligging. Vriendelijke mensen. Ruim aanbod aan sportieve activiteiten in het hotel. Fantastische spa in het hotel. Goede schoonheidsspecialiste en kapper in de winkelgalerij. De uitbater van de aqua club is een aangename man met een ruim aanbod aan activiteiten op zee. De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding is overal correct.

In de winkelgalerij is er een winkeltje met typische Egyptische lekkernijen, de uitbater ervan is niet correct. De verpakking klopt niet met de inhoud. Als je de man ermee confronteert dan betwist hij alles. Het hotel is moeten ingrijpen en de zaak werd uiteindelijk juist afgehandeld maar niet dankzij de uitbater. Check de verpakking en de inhoud ervan vooraleer er te kopen.

We enjoyed a nice stay, no regrets about coming, just probably not returning.

No feeling of being crowded. Nicely located right by a perfect sandy beach. Good was a good mix and decent quality.

Cleanliness of rooms (cockroaches in bathroom, pigeons in ventilation system) and not enough facilities for kids to play.

почти каждый вечер очень громко живая музыка внизу , если окна выходят на море / бассейн уснуть до 23 не получится .

I didn’t like this property at all neither I recommend it to anybody

I didn’t like the Air condition in the facility. My wife she is American and felt hot all time in her room. I tried to let the management team know about the issue but nobody fixed it.

Amazing place

Everything is amazing. From the reception till checking out. Outstanding service. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended

Amazing and value for money with the all-inclusive deal

The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. Hakeem on reception went out of his way to ensure that our stay was perfect! Ahmed, Hamada and Shahada at the restaurant were incredible staff members! The facilities and services at this resort were exceptional, but again their friendly staff is what made all the difference for us. We will come back again very soon.

The rooms could be cleaner in all honesty. There were stains on the toilet and the floors were dusty.

Best hotel in Hurghada..!!

Everything was top quality, very nice bedrooms, gardens were well kept, heated swimming pool, food was very good, and the people did everything in their power to make you happy. Hakem in Reception was extremely kind and helpful, Nesta did a truly amazing massage, Mohammed at housekeeping was always the first and last happy face of the day… everyone really.

Entertainment could be bit better - but just being very picky.

great spot for kiting and diving activities, or simply enjoy the sea and the resort.

room lacked a shower (bathtub instead) which would have been more comfortable. staff was male only and at times a bit inappropriate with my female girlfriend (could have been simply an attempt to be friendly, but still a bit annoying to her)

The territory of the hotel is awesome. It is huge and full of flowers and palms. They gave us the room with picturesque view, the beach and the water are perfect. Staff is extremely friendly, we didn't like the mattress and they changed it immediately. Very quiet and calm place to stay. We played tennis with trainer and liked it! Rent a boat and got perfect experience.

Hotel is old and they had problems with electricity and wi-fi, it is located in the desert, so there is nothing you can go, and there was not much to do after dinner, because of no animation (no people = no show). Not soundproof rooms.

The most luxury and prestige resort with family warm atmosphere.The stuff was extremely kind.

The best interior I’ve ever seen. The resort looks even better in real life. The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed. I’ve stayed for 12 night and I wish I’ve booked more nights. The food was amazing and I had so much fun and quality time during my stay. Views are incredible and you won’t find any other resort on such a high standard.

Beautiful, romantic stay where the staff treat you like Royalty!

Absolutely beautiful resort with the friendliest staff! The beach is only a short walk and the "quiet area" was much appreciated by us honeymooners. The staff go above and beyond for you, always smiling and always willing to help. A special thank you to Ahmed A Elazim & Islam Hosny at the front desk and to Feliz at the buffet for making our stay extra special.

The wifi connection in the guest rooms is not good. There was a shortage of hot water during peak times (before dinner.)

Great for a worry-free kite vacation and quiet family time

Best beach in the area, with lots of space for everyone. Other hotels around have more crowded beaches. Best kitesurf station next door. Good food in the main restaurant, 4 good a la carte restaurants. No crowds. It's quiet, not many kids or loud music, we had great time with the family. May be too quiet for those looking for social life.

It's Egyptian 5 stars, or course: some things look kind of luxurious but some details are really weird. For example, the bath is old and doesn't look very attractive, there is no toilet brush. We asked for an iron and they brought a 20-year old iron and same-age iron board. Art on the walls is often funny (to my taste).

Nice hotel, nice beach, great Aqua Center

It is a good hotel (though a bit old in some places) with fairly good food. Worth mentioning is the Aqua Center at the hotel beach where they offer excursions to beautiful snorkeling spots in the Soma bay and swimming with dolphins in the Hurghada area. The owner also speaks german very well. It is important to him that all participants are happy with the excursion and he goes into overdrive for that. We booked a snorkeling trip to the Seven pillars with them, an impressingly beautiful snorkeling site. On the way there we could already watch the corals through the glass floor of the boat and after snorkeling we were served delicious food on the boat. An awesome experience!

Kaffee Katastrophe. Nur Nescafe. Richtigen Kaffee gibt's an der Bar zum Mondpreis vom umgerechnet 6 Franken.

Everything about this hotel is excellent: location, interior, service, food, beach and especially staff! The rooms have breathtaking views, on the sea, beach, garden, palms. The great treasure of the hotel is the beach - especially good for kids! Food offering in the buffet is great, everything is so tasty and super clean. Room service - also very fast and clean, we had only one complaint during 10-days stay, the fridge in the room was broken, and it was repaired in leas than one hour.

I personally didnt enjoy so much the food at the Snack bar and at the Greek restaurant - although it was ok but not so tasty, as the rest of the food in the hotel.
