Great service and staff. All very helpful.

Great views but a bit exposed if you are not a diver as quite windy for swimming and snorkelling. Liked the Nubian character of the hotel.

see above - food reasonable for Egypt but nothing special. I upgraded to deluxe room but don’t feel it was worth the money. unsure what a standard room is like in comparison.

Exceptional

The food was amazing. We didn’t go diving and still had a great time snorkeling. The staff was very nice too.

I liked everything, but one should know: There is no wifi in the rooms - but if you have mobile data or no reason to go online, that‘s not a problem of course.

Lovely small scale dive resort

Lovely small scale resort (especially compared to the holiday factories in the area). Very welcoming and helpful reception. The dive school is organised and maintains decent standards. Nice restaurant located on first floor to enjoy the views.

The cleanliness of the room (especially the bathroom) could have been better. Construction work behind the room started really early (between 05:00-06:00) one day.

Oasis", i had an idea and picture in my mind of the meaning of this word before our trip. After our trip, i can truly say i found a little gem of a diversparadise in Marsa Alam. From arriving in the airport to saying goodbye at the end of our trip, we were greeted with so much warmth, kindness and professionalism that will blow your mind totally in the positive way 😁 The hotel, a collection of little houses with seaview, and opendeck restaurant give you the feeling of being in a tiny community, actually divefamily. Food is buffetstyle in the morning and evening and even possible for lunch. We chose a la carte for lunch. Always tasty, never blend or boring and even spicy is an option 😉 We stayed 7 nights and were never offered the same dish twice. Divecenter I have dived all over the globe and can honestly say that this divecenter exceeds all expectations. Very personal and professional service: top notch briefings, enthousiastic and kind guides, helpfulness of all the divepersonel (in house and after dives), decent equipement and so on... A big thank you to all of you @ Oasis, i had an amazing holiday and hope to be back some day!

Would go there again!

I travelled there alone looking for diving adventures! It was absolutly amazing. The whole place feels like a gigant family! The dive guides and personal are awsome! I would 100% recommend it when you are looking for a diving adventures and perfer a more quite acommodation to a big hotel. It feels like the people there really put there heart in the hotel and diving center. Also since you will dive with the other people in the hotel together it is only a matter of a few dives and you will get to know them. It didn't take long and everyone knew everyone. Dinner is also a time were people talked a lot to each other. Side note, personaly one of the best features was that there is no Wifi in the rooms only in the main building. This allowed me to really go offline, leave my everyday stress behind, have an amzing sleep and enjoy the stay.

Good hotel bad dive center

The place is really beautiful but crazy windy. Also there is no going out once you’re in so you have to do with the buffet which gets a little bit boring and pricey if you want anything extra. But overall very clean and comfortable.

I would not recommend the dive center. It’s located in front of some of the most beautiful dive sites in the world but they insist on planning boring tideous shore dives. Example : We woke up at 5am to “dive” in murky sandy waters at a depth of about 6 meters twice. The price for that is about 150 euros for two if you include the sales tax and the equipment. Most sites we were taken to, we could have snorkelled. We didn’t feel like the people working there were here to make it the best diving experience at all. There was no advising and no good vibes. It was honestly clearly about making money. The resort is still good but I would advise to go with another dive center that arranges pick up at your hotel. You will have to take a minivan every morning anyway because the house reef is a lure. Everytime we suggested we wanted to go dive there it was “closed”.

A real Oasis for divers

It exceeded all expectations. From everything I have read about Egypt, none of it applies to the Oasis. The dive guides were knowledgeable and made us feel incredibly safe, not once have I been harassed by staff, the opposite if any and the food has been phenomenal.

There is nothing noteworthy.

Dreaming of my next visit.

This place is perfectly located along the sea with no other resorts around, all you can hear are the waves and the wind. The structure is built with stone giving it a natural feel. It is the perfect place to come for quiet relaxation. The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The name "Oasis" perfectly describes this place.

Poor

The style and Design

The towels were not clean and the toilet in the room had an issue which took 30 mins to fix. The material of the bed linens was poor and not 100% cotton and they had no other options although I mentioned I tried it and I had an allergy from it. This is not also mentioning that the property is a diving resort so it is not good for a honeymoon with no plans for diving.

Great place to stay when you come to relax and dive!

Great resort, especially when you come to dive. WIth the diveshop right in the resort, you never have to travel far. Our room was great, the food delicious and the staff friendly. We did our advanced open water course here, which they took very seriously. Can definetely reccomend and will surely visit again in the future!

A little bit more variety in the breakfast would have been nice, but delicous nonetheless. Also the price of the diving comes with a lot of extra little costs, keep good track of these cause they quickly add up. But the diving is pristine and definetely worth it!

This is one one of the best deal I had in Egypt all the bungalow comes with nice well furnished room a nice bathroom And a huge terrace with sea view The price include a very delicious breakfast and a tasty dinner The staff is very nice either At the reception or the restaurant Pity that the WiFi is not available in the rooms and very slow In the common areas The oasis place of pleasure and enjoying in a very calm atmosphere
