The design of the washroom, the spaciousness of the bedroom, and the backdoor (that we used when coming back from the Andre Rieu concert.
5.0
The room was large. Hotel easily reachable via streetcar from old town. The woman who seems to be in charge is very nice.
. Towel heating rack was great for drying clothes we hand washed.
The hotel is in a residential neighborhood far from anything remotely interesting. Got poor directions from the man at the desk for accessing old town. Though the hotel room was described as quite inviting in the Lonely Planet guidebook, it was ugly, with bland and cold furniture. We lasted two nights before finding another hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff. The location was ok for my purpose.
Wifi was not working. If you are on a business trip its very bad to have no wifi as privided before. The bar could't provide any drinks because they had neither ice nore tonic water.

The room was very nice, especially the bathroom. The table was big enough too to work on something. The bed was very comfortable.
The wi-fi wasn't working at first and on the second day, it worked but was very slow. If you need internet, you should have enough data for mobile hotspot.

large rooms , very clean and very friendly staff

Although somewhat outside the city centre, I liked the location of Hotel am Brühlerhöhe. It is close to a tram stop and was very quiet. I needed to leave early and did not take breakfast but the staff at reception explained to me the advantages of the €9 Ticket!!!
The single pillow I received was not very full. Otherwise everything was great.
(The single bed was quite narrow but long enough so I didn't mind!)

The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood that was easily accessible to town via tram. The staff at the hotel were excellent, welcoming, and spoke English. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was an additional 14 euro per person. Would definitely stay there again if passing through.

The employees were very friendly and nice, the room was spacious and quiet.
There were a few minor disturbances like the room was not cleaned at the check-in time due to some technical problem. There was a coffee machine, but no cup available. No bottle openers and two glass bottles of water. Since the reception was closed by 8 pm, it was not clear who we can ask for help. Also, I would not recommend ordering breakfast unless you don't have any other option, it's expensive for such limited food choices.

it was fairly easy to find, free parking for hotel guests and the staff is helpful and informative

It was very quaint. Lovely breakfast!Exceptionally clean, great attention to Covid requirements! Lovely courtyard and convenient tram stop directly across the street! Very friendly and helpful staff.
Wasn’t as conveniently located to downtown area.
7.0
Very spacious room with a new comfortable bathroom. Excellent beds. Good location, with nice walking route towards the town centre
Did not receive a Wifi code. The room was not cleaned during our 3 night stay. There was no staff available after 18:00 hrs

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome which is good because I was there for a week. Breakfast was abundant and they serve you rather than having a buffet. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing. Even though I was on the tramline side, with the windows closed I couldn't really hear them. And I am a light sleeper but didn't even need my earplugs. It's a nice walk into the city centre and the tram stop is right outside for when you don't want to or can't walk.
The internet had struggles keeping a connection to the wifi. It worked most of the time but not all the time. The staff was very friendly and helpful in fixing it so that was good.

Nice family hotel and friendly atmosphere; location fine with tram stop opposite hotel. Even walking distance to the centre (10 / 15 minutes).
Bed linnen (bottom sheet) was a bit sweaty with high temperature in room.

Despite the restrictions due to corona virus, the breakfast selection was varied and generous. The hotel's location in a quiet residential area is well served by a tram stop directly outside. But it only takes 15 mins to reach the city center.
