Te sentirás como en casa

El trato del personal es fantástico. Nos ofrecieron sombrilla de playa, nevera y poder utilizar todos los servicios del hotel cuando dejamos la habitación. Muy limpio y el desayuno muy bueno, muy recomendable

Está claro que las instalaciones son antiguas y requieren de una actualización, pero aún así las camas son cómodas y el baño limpio y adecuado.

Buen personal y ubicación

El personal muy atento y amable. Nos dejaron guardar las maletas y darnos una ducha antes de irnos. La ubicación está muy bien.

Nos tocó en la primera planta y con la ventana abierta se escuchaba el ruido de la calle. También se escucha el ruido de las habitaciones de los lados.

I really liked the hotel staff, friendly and positive people! cleaned every day, changed bedding and towels often. The windows faced the street so it was noisy. Very close to the sea. Provide umbrellas for the beach and refrigerators for drinks. I recommend

It was a nice stay

Air conditioning was available in a room. There was everyday cleaning so the room was very clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and helpful.

At the first sight we felt that we expected something better as we got a different room than the one presented at the pictures (other floor). Shower was quite problematic because there was only shower curtain, not a glass door or sth, and after every shower the floor in the bathroom was wet.

Acceptable under certain circumstances

Price, location and stuff are good. A lot of shops nearby, even supermarket.

Noise from the outside was too loud, we were able to hear every single sound in yhe room. The ventilator was extremely dirty, it was covered with clots of dust. The stuff was too persistent in their desire to clean the room and there were no badge to indicate that we do not need cleaning.

Exceptional hospitality, great service!

We liked the staff, they were very welcoming, kind and hospitable. They always stepped forward for any help we needed - even when it went beyond their responsibilities. The staff are very experienced, professionals. It is like a family business: everyone in the team - from the reception to the cleaners are smiling and doing their best to make your stay great. The breakfast is available till 11:00 AM which is very convenient if you like to take your sleep.

Good place to visit Lloret

The location, the cleanliness and the staff was great. It was not really hot inside thanks to a fan and the window were noiseless. moreover we were in front of a small street without the crowd. The staff was very nice and show us the good place to eat and to visit

Beautiful views

Really friendly and attentive staff, explained everything when we arrived and were always helpful during our stay. Beautiful view from the room and the "dining room". Also really close to the beach and the shops.

Nice and clean room, close to the beach, great value for the money, we would stay next time.

The staff were very helpful, they gave us tips of great restaurants and things to do. We always had a good sleep thanks to the comfortable and clean beds. The cleaning ladies came every day and they did their job very well, the room and the bathroom were always spotless. The street got quiet after around 10:00-10:30 PM, but the windows did an acceptable sound dampening before that. Lucky we could make the room rather dark, with the old-style shutter and curtains. The room had a small fridge, which was really nice, it cooled our beverage quite cold. The balcony was nice to have, we could put out our stuff to dry. The beach is really close, around 2 minutes of walking from the hotel. They gave us a big umbrella for our stay to use it on the beach, it was a nice surprise.

We had a noisy neighbour for one day, the walls are a bit thin, but other then that one night, we had no issues with noise coming from anywhere. There was no wifi in our room.

Our amazing stay in lloret

Where to begin.. so many positive points. It was very easy to contact the owners before arriving, and during our stay this hasn’t changed. The staff speaks alot of languages, are very kind and friendly and do all their best to guide and help you during your stay. One of the best staff i’ve ever met. Rooms are nice and clean with a good terrace. Thank you for everything!

Pleasant surprise - very good quality for the price - will repeat

For this price - it's not fair to complain ;) Everything was better than expected.

One thing that I didn't like was not getting a double bed, while I booked it explicitly. Explanation was, that I booked it too late, well then most likely You set too many rooms with double bed available in Your hotel ;)

Great!

Went there with a frend in September. The party life is still going on. The temperature is just right, the nights are a little chilly. The hotel it located in the quieter part, which is great to sleep, a short 10 min walk from the “party street”. It has everything you need within 1/2 min of walking. The beach is located approx. 300m from the hotel and is very beautiful. Beds are comfortable, room is adorable and nothing more/less than what you need. Breakfast is very enjoyable, has pretty much everything u want/need. Staff is kind and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel, for young people and the elderly.

Bathrooms could be renovated, a weird smell was also present. Maybe the doors are a little loose, you can see light from the hallway at night.
