Breakfast is great! Close to everything.
Curtains, mattresses and towels were stain.

During the day the location is great.
The location at night is absolutely dead and can be very sketchy. The beds would shake badly anytime someone moved. No real atmosphere and not a ton of activities that allow you to meet people. No activities on Sundays or Mondays.

Breakfast was awful...pure sugar./junk. I only ate some fruit (though almost none left at 9am.). After the first day I skipped it.
At first being across the street from the reception was a drag, especially when they changed the outside key to my place without notification. Running back and forth climbing two sets of stairs each time-- ugh! However, by the third day, I was glad..
The patios were lovely and it was so quiet (except later when there was a crying, whining toddler for a night). The room was a bit stuffy and hot even with two fans, but okay since I am NOT fond of AC at all,
The kitchen was poorly stocked (dirty towels and few pots/pans). And when the water ran out, I was going to put a new jug-- but was horrified to see that the inside of the.water dispenser base was filthy-- obviously never cleaned between garrafones. What good is purified water if the dispenser is dirty?
However, I was generally pleased by the location and accomodations.👍
Oops...see above.

Great place really!
Threw out my dinner from the communal fridge (even though it was labeled properly)

A great place with a great atmosphere. Has a nice free breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very cool building. Will definitely stay here again. The location is amazing
My bunk bed wiggled a lot. Every time I moved.... I felt bad for the person underneath me

Great central location, hostel activities are fun.
Shower temperature is hard to get right and is frosted glass so not very private. Bunk beds are fragile.

always clean, great common area, awesome tours and events
nothing negative to say

The staff is helpful and professional. We stayed in #6 and it was super clean and comfortable! The cleaning lady, Cuca, is amazing and very hard working. Best hostel we ever stayed at. The kitchen is great too.
I didn't want to leave.

Just round the corner from the Metro and main square. I stayed in a private room which was in a seperate building across the street with it's own outside sitting area and kitchen. The room itself was a bit on the old side but clean and comfortable and the WiFi worked well
Breakfast wasn't up to much (but there are plenty pf options nearby to fill you up)

Good location in downtown. Nice and spacious interior.

Good location. Good value. But the best was the staff; they are terrific and so very helpful. They really made month-long stay enjoyable. would definitely recommend this for travelers.
Walls are thin. Can hear everything said in common areas.

Good central location in Guadalajara, friendly staff, tequila night was fun, and the laundry service was really handy for a good price. The outside patio areas were also really nice to spend time in.
Room was very dark, kitchen was not well maintained with very few utensils, pots, etc available to use which made cooking difficult. We also had cockroaches and other bugs in our bathroom. The room was also quite noisy and when cars drove past the bed and room would shake.

Well, the hot water of the 1st shower wasnt hot as the 2nd.

Nice staff.
Very close to the city center.
They have a laundry service but....
Main location felt safe but...
.... Laundry service is not self service witch means you can only use it during opening hours (not on Sunday) so we couldn't use it
... Private accomodation didn't feel as safe. The room (room 8) was in another building across the street, and while it was rather quiet it felt very exposed (couldn't keep the windows open).
No easily accessible plugs or bedside tables (just a useless empty broken giant wine barrel taking space).
Room was a bit cold, small bathroom, shower had lukewarm water.
Breakfast was included but extremely limited (bread, coffee, cheap yoghurt / OJ, 1 box of cereals and random biscuits, there was some peanut butter but the jar was empty when we arrived) and we had to was our dishes by hand (even though there was a staff member who was just brewing coffee)

free breakfast, nice private room, and nice kitchen in same building
My private private room was in a different building with too many stairs, across the road from the breakfast room.

I had a private room overlooking a big, beautiful courtyard. Mine was the only room in this courtyard so it was amazing. The room was big with all that you would expect. The kitchen is clean.
The location is very central.
The room had door knobs that were falling out and a broken barrel in the corner that served no purpose. When people partied in the street one night I could hear clearly. The floor was quite dusty the first day.

Location, staff, communication.
Not flexible for early check-in.
Close to everything but really noisy streets.

Great location. Awesome staff who host really good events. My first 5 minutes upon arriving I was invited on an evening tour to a cool bar. Alot of international travelers was nice, and staff had great recommendations. Breakfast was pretty basic, but nonetheless was a plus to have.

The location is very convenient, 3 min walk from the cathedral!
They offer a bunch of activities and tours every day!
The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful.
Only two showers sometimes its not enough.
Cleanliness in some spaces its so so.

Friendly staff, great location, fresh fruit in the morning
Private rooms are in a separate building and both have lots of stairs and no elevators.

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the check in and check out process was very fast. It is located in downtown so everything is close by. The security is good but it will be good if they provide locks for the lockers. They offer several activities and tours, I wrote them asking for several services and they replied very quick and accurate.
The bed and pillow were a little old although it was clean and the room was organized. If they could provide a returnable lock (charging a deposit), it will be very convenient.
10.0
The location was excellent, very nice location, the staff is just very well-receiving and nice and they even give you some nice tour options.
That I couldn't stay longer.
7.0
The hostel is cheap, it has good tours, and is near downtown and is clean
The parking fee is 100 mxn each time you go outside. The private room is not comfortable and the tv doesn’t have netflix and the contact light beside the bed doesn’t work so there is only 1 place you could charge your phone
8.0
the common area is really good. tabletennis and erverything, really awesome. The personal is really nice and friendly.
I couldn't sleep 1hr because: it was very hot, there where a lot of mosquitos, it was very noisy because of the street next to it, the beds are much to instable it's shaking all the time like being on a boat. maybe i had just bad luck
