Сам отель на высоте. Номер просторный, кондиционер современный, персонал приветливый, можно взять чайник. в отеле есть трансфер за 200 песо/чел. (если вас двое).

Но... На сайте указана не верная информация по расстоянию до аэропорта. Указано 400 метров, но это если до старого терминала или если через взлётную полосу перебегать. На самом деле до нового пассажирского терминала 2.6 км. С чемоданами точно не пойдешь. А многие ориентируются на это расстояние.

Given the amount of money paid and for it to be labelled 3* I don’t think it fits the criteria. Book this hotel as an emergency after booking somewhere that the photo don’t match to the place we arrived. For £32 a night in Asia this is rather expensive and expect a lot. When I got in the room it was okay nothing special have to unplug the fridge as it keep sparking the floor was so slippery so be mindful when you’ve just had your shower. The room was dirty especially Under the bed. Seems like a reoccurring theme on here when you book do not expect it to look the way they do cuz you’d just be so disappointed. Felt like a massive waste of money with all the bookings I have done so far but what can you do!

Superb

Perfect for a night in Puerto Princessa before an early flight. Lovely staff at front desk helped organise taxi. Room is basic but comfortable.

our stay is all good since we have separate bedrooms... fast room service and friendly staff esp the guards in front

simple and peaceful hotel. i love it since its close to everything like the airport, mall, bar or food restau etc..

always have miscommunication and not being transparent with the price for the breakfast. They told me its 150 only for breakfast when its 300 each person. And for the shuttle they said its 300 when its 600 for 6 people not telling me or asking me for how many guest.

Exceptional

Didn't have breakfast with rental. Stayed for a week. All issues with room were taken care of. Big room, good water pressure, great location for restaurants.

Staff smoke break outside window and AC sucked it in room. Gymnasium was minimal but acceptable.

Really nice hotel.

We stayed here one night so we could transfer to PPS airport to go to another island. The hotel is huge, has many facilities such as a billiards and table tennis. Really nice deal for the price point

I book.with breakfast then why its without breakfast

We book with booking.com. there is breakfast included. But we reach in.the hotel.they say there is no breakfast in confirmation. So they charge the breakfast

but why i disappointed because we ask them that we are a Muslim so.can you provide us no pork food . That time we go.in restaurant there is fopd is ready the in serving box . I ask them no pork . ? They say no . I said i am non prok the lady call her supervisor and his interaction . She in front of us remove from our box to.the prok and give us the box. Its really so disappointed. Must there staff no.how.to respect other relation

Huge room, good location, big comfortable bed, nice reception and general appearance.

The breakfast was atrocious! It came served in a plastict tray, I couldn't drink the coffee or the thing resembling ham on the tray and the rice was plain with nothing. The melon was nice.

Reception people were nice and friendly

Blankets are thin, theyre actually just sheets. I paid additional pax in our room. I was told at the front desk that additional toiletries, towels, slippers and pillows are taken care of but I had to call them twice for it. 😔

average and sufficient for those that do backpacking trips and good for those that dislike luxury

we liked how friendly the staff were even when they saw we had a motorbike accident and were always kind even when we needed help medically.

The food did accommodate other nationalities and was 90% filipino which was fine by me but people like my fiance did not like the food and that should be considered for some foreign nationalities. Also, the pictures in the booking did not match the nature and class of the room. We also were not able to get much info out of the staff on things to do in the island.
