Our one night stay is great and comfortable.

We love the ambiance and hospitality of the staff.

The toilet and bath is a bit small .

I disapointed much!I thought we will enjoyed. But suddenly the expection was not the reality.

Breakfast is good but the location is messy

The wifi connection, the netflex on tv.The CR shower room is small, the pool is a lot of leaves coming from trees.

Overall, the property needs upkeep and major renovations and repainting

The hotel rooms were not very clean. Wooden doors had molds, TV was not working, bathroom was dirty and the grouting of the tiles moldy. the photos in the site are far off from reality. Very slow internet.

It was good aside from the mosquitoes

Breakfast was good. And the free shuttle to the airport was great 👍🏻

I like the AC is working, the place is quiet

doors hard to lock, clogged showers, toiletries does not include toothbrush and tooth paste, staff doesn't answer phone calls even though we can hear them talking, buffet breakfast consist of 3 meals, no brewed coffee

Staff was kind and did their best to help us when needed.

Facility was very run down compared to photos. Very much a catfish. There was garbage all over the waiting area. Room didn’t give the appearance of a thorough clean.

Its not the hotel but other guest are putting their trash outside their door without putting it properly in their trashbin..making ants crawl over the floor I hope theres a room slippers also

quiet serene vicinity and not too far away from city centre.

though it’s not a dislike,it could be better if a mini-bar is provided. but they allowed me to use common chiller at reception area.

Room was disappointing - too expensive, but ok for one night

• nice and big pool • nice lobby with comfortable chairs, especially if you have to wait there for a late flight on the same day after check-out • staff was nice and provide extra pillow free of charge • free airport pick-up/drop-off • complimentary breakfast buffet is alright: solid instant coffee and hot chocolate, tea and milk as well as toast, butter, jam, chocolate cereal, fruits, fried banana, plain rice, sunny side egg, chicken and vegetables • AC in our room was good: strong but quiet.

We did not like our room at all, it needs a complete renovation. The room itself was big enough, but he bathroom was very small with old furniture and it was not really clean. They didn't even bother to fix the shower curtain, which was broken. The room was also old looking, the walls were "cold", no decorations/pictures, the bed was very big, but the blanket was too small for the big bed. There was only one window, which was very small and had some kind of nets in front. The towels were stained and smelled bad. Some of these issues can be easily fixed and would have made our stay way more comfortable!

Good customer service, nice pool.

I was expecting a queen size bed, they gave a single bed, breakfast is only till 8am and both days they didn’t have any fruit or eggs. Lunch menu wasn’t available
