Prima Projekt!

Das Berlin Art Hotel ist kein klassisches Hotel, sondern ein tolles Projekt. Eigentlich / ursprünglich Teil eines Krankenhauses sind auch die Zimmer entsprechend aufgeteilt und eingerichtet - weshalb die Zimmer eher den Charme einer guten Jugendherberge haben als den eines Hotels. Zudem sind überall wunderbare Bilder aufgehängt, so dass man auch gleichzeitig in einer Kunstgalerie nächtigt. Die Gewinne aus Hotel und Kunsthandel fließen in das nebenliegende Krankenhaus, weshalb das Hotel ein wunderbares Ziel verfolgt! Zudem besticht es durch Sauberkeit, ein ordentliches Frühstücksbuffet und eine gute Lage. Insofern ist es eine prima Institution, die man gerne fördert!

Nicht zum ersten und nicht zum letzten Mal: großartiges Hotel - unbedingt erleben!

Die gesamte Atmosphäre des Hotels ist großartig und wird seinem Namen gerecht. Überall wird Kunst ausgestellt und damit werden Künstler aus Gyumri und der Region unterstützt. Es gibt eine große Bibliothek. DerGarten ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Stadtzentrum. Die Zimmer, das Frühstück und die Freundlichkeit des Personals - es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Wertschätzung von Kunst und Literatur. Die Wertschätzung Deutschlands. Sogar eine deutsch sprechende Rezeptionistin. Kunst in jedem Zimmer, in den Gemeinschaftsräumen, im Garten.

Cozy dog friendly hotel, great location, the room was simple. We spent 3 nights there

the heating was too heavy but you can regulate the level of temperature and stuffy in the room a bit breakfast is simple

Terrible service, rude staff, NEVER going back to that hotel.

The only aspect liked: the kitchen staff was polite and supportive, the quality of food was good.

- service staff is rude and impolite - internet quality is terrible - TV is not functional (while included in the room description) - rooms are not clean, some used stuff was left in bathroom after the previous guests - the management does not care about feedback - service is way below expectations

Nice location with just a short walk to the center of the town. Friendly and nice staff. Easy to park within the hotels own area.

Cozy hotel near city center

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for the weekend. Liked the location, very nice and friendly stuff, we were able to check in a little earlier than the scheduled time. The room was very clean, disposable items are provided upon request. Good and quite varied breakfast.

Disgusting Breakfast

Room was clean and comfy.

The fact that the hotel was actually a hospital in the past is creepy, and there's a clinic right outside the hotel. Staff wasn't very friendly, they don't even smile at all. We were asked to fill huge personal information list during check-in (like my home address, work address etc), which we didn't provide. It isn't usual for a hotel to ask personal information and it's never mandatory, so when we asked why you need that kind of info and is it mandatory to fill in, receptionist told us that yes, and it's for the police in case if something happens so they can know where I live. It was so weird, like they were treating us as we were some criminals or law breakers. I never experienced something like that during my travels, especially around my homeland, especially when I don't even have any criminal record :) Rooms are on the ground level and it's very noisy when some kids play outside, they constantly hit with playing balls on the wall. During our stay some old man was outside walking and talking very loud, using awful swear words. My partner had to go talk to him and explain, that such behaviour isn't suitable for the hotel area and he's language isn't acceptable here. It wasn't a pleasant experience and it's impossible to relax there during daytime. Breakfast was the worst experience in my life, coffee was awful, few food options and we got dirty boiled eggs you can see on the image I uploaded. At first I was confused, I didn't want to believe my own eyes. They serve dirty, unhygienic food. Who treats their guests like that!? We ate in another place after our check out. I'm not recommending this hotel to anyone, stay somewhere else in Gyumri.

Superb

A great place to stay with a smart and arty vibe to it. All rooms are tastefully decorated, the staff are very friendly and the garden outside is a great place to sit and relax after visiting the city. The hotel is on the site of the hospital and also provides facilities for various local clubs and organisations.

Decent place to stay, but check other options too.

The staff was very friendly. The room was light and large.

The bathroom could have been better. The toilet water flash button was not working properly. Also, we received a call at 23:30 requesting us to be in the hotel by midnight, as the reception was closing and we would have been stuck outside. No one informed on this beforehand.
