Not going back. But the room was clean.

The room was clean

The staff couldn't speak a word english, and the cleaners came in the room 30 minutes before check-out time. She was very very rude when I told her we have time left. We where getting ready to go and she didn't want to hear a thing about it. Very annoying and disrespectful. Also we could check out at 12. So she didn't had any right to come in 11:30 and keep knocking the door every 3 minutes after we told her 10 times we are getting ready. Also the air conditioning didn't work.

Very nice hotel, with easy transport to the city center. I really liked it. The staff was also great, I recommend it to everyone.

A big disappointment

The air conditioning was the best thing about the room

When we arrived in the taxi from the outside it looked very shabby. The room was very, very basic there was a fridge in the room, but not even a bottle of water in it, there was no kettle to make a hot drink, the bed was very hard, not at all comfortable and what made it worse was the pillow cases had half pillows in, not even a full sized pillow!, to try to make it better we rolled up the spare quilt and put it under our pillows, there was a rip in the quilt cover, and the curtains didn't even fit the window properly, we didn't feel safe when we were told by our Taxi driver that the area was not good for 2 women alone at night. I wouldn't advertise this as a hotel, it should be advertised as a hostel for back packers as this is more of a true discription.

Could have been better

Pros - Location is perfect as the metro station is just across the road - Breakfast was delivered promptly according to the time specified.

Cons - Room was quite dusty when I checked in, I had to notify reception to get it swept. - AC remote control is retained by reception unless you ask for it which makes no sense as its summer! - I got bitten by a mosquito. I saw 6 of them in my room. I told the lady at the reception all she could say was sorry!

Person to whom I spoke at reception was very polite and friendly, putting up with my effort to speak French. Check-in and checkout times are quite generous

A pleasant place to stay for a couple of nights.

Excellent location, metro just across the street, plenty of eateries nearby. Clean, warm - the heater could be adjusted. Breakfast available, but didn't use the chance. Fridge and hairdryer in the room.

This doesn't actually qualify as a fault. The tiny shower section in the toilet was not separable, so impossible to keep the floor dry. The wifi was also very unstable. The view was on the wall of the yard, but you don't come to Paris to stay inside and enjoy the view. Nothing else to mention.

Experience I wouldnt expect!

My poor rating goes mainly to the person named Kika on recepcion desk. I wont waste my time to describe how rude and primitive she was. All other aspects are ok. Except wifi! Rather tell quests that there is no wifi at all!

The location was good. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, shower head cap toothpaste and toothbrush.

The room was very small didn't expect it to be this small and wasn't clean enough. The bed and the pillow were not comfortable.

The key question is would I return and the answer is a definite "Yes"

The room was immaculately clean, the bed comfortable and plenty of space. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast although very basic was good value for money with the bread and pastry very fresh

I arrived at night, the hotel wasn't very inviting from the street and the reception a little sparse but the room itself couldn't be faulted

2star Hotel with amazing Sarah

It s just another 2 star hotel but the difference was made by Sarah. She was super helpful about everything, definitely the best part of the venue

Good layover place!

The location is really good! It's right at the metro station and it's really close to the city centre by metro. There is a coffee shop which is open from early to late so you will be able to get your morning coffee!🙂

It was a little bit too warm but if you like to be warm it's for you. Also, a kettle would be great in the room. And maybe English speaker TV or at least the option to put English subtitle on the channels would have been appreciated.

Everything was perfect...Clean room, very nice and heldful staff, everything you need is in the surroundings, the transportation is steps from the hotel.

Very friendly staff, near the metro station, good breakfast.

The hotel is at the main street, so there is a lot of traffic noise and the walls in the rooms are not exactly soundproof. You are served breakfast in the room, which is not so convenient, because there is no proper place to have breakfast.
