This stylish and contemporary 4 bedroom terraced villa with private swimming pool is beautifully furnished and finished to an exceptionally high standard throughout, and offers wonderful views out to sea and towards Luz Bay and surrounding headland. Situated in a peaceful area of Luz, the villa is a short walk from the beach and village centre where there is a good selection of bars and restaurants. The villa also benefits from use of facilities at the nearby aparthotel including swimming pool and separate baby pool (retricted use during July and August), bar, internet access, pool table and UK sports TV. The historic, walled town of Lagos is within a 10 min drive for a further selection of restaurants, bars, shops and a marina. There are several fine golf courses within a short drive. There are also a number of tennis courts and 'Padel Tennis' within walking distance that also offer coaching. A fantastic villa, offering spacious and comfortable accommodation all year round.

We had a pleasant stay in the villa which was well equipped. It’s situated about a 15 minute walk from the centre which has lots of great restaurants and cafés.

Immaculate and very spacious villa with a great view. Couldn’t fault either the villa or the booking process. Queries were dealt with promptly by the owner and manager. The only downside was the 18 minute walk into the town. Some steep gradients which as 75+ year olds we found exhausting. Nevertheless we would book again and highly recommend the villa.

Lovely stay, well equipped villa. Loved that we could stroll into Praia da Luz to the beach and has most meals there as well Short Uber ride to Lagos for more.shopping and lots of restaurants and bars

We had a wonderful week at the Villa. Its located in a quiet neighborhood and really close to Praia da Luz. The property manager was really nice and made us feel like home. The property is prepared for families with small kids.

We had a wonderful time in Praia de Luz, a quaint small beach town very close to Lagos (10-15 min drive). Spectacular views, loads of space for everyone, plenty of rooms and beds. The pool was delightful - especially as we asked for it to be heated (we generally had cool and windy weather making it harder to sit on the beach). All things in Luz were walkable. Fun bars, restaurants and cafes.

We had a fantastic stay at the Villa. The location was close enough to walk to amenities, bars and restaurants and the beach but in a nice quiet neighbourhood, and with a fabulous ocean view. The facilities were first rate, especially easy to manage for our toddler, with a beautiful pool and balcony areas which could also be made safe for him and it was great to hang out there. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and with the ability to manage the temperature easily. We had a brilliant and relaxing time, with no problems at all and would absolutely recommend the Villa to anyone. It’s difficult to find a suitable family property, and this was absolutely perfect. We’d love to come back.

Beautiful villa, very spacious, on a nice complex and in a great location. Kitchen has everything you need. Nicely furnished and nice touches like games/cards. Lovely pool and outside area with table tennis and darts. Lots to do at the villa itself!

We had a great stay at the Villa, very spacious for 2 families and it was well equipped with everything you need. The kids spent hours in the pool, they didn't want to come out, would recommend getting the pool heated, the kids didn't want to go in other pools after that. It's just short stroll down to the centre where there are lots of great places to eat. Caroline and Jane were both great to deal with and helped us right away when we needed anything. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back in the near future.

Great stay for 7 adults and one child. Fabulously equipped, clean villa with excellent facilities, bed linen and towels. The photos really don’t do it justice. Communication with owner Caroline was really good and the local manager Jane was very helpful. Local beach and restaurant within easy walking distance so great location but quiet as well. We would definitely stay again. The Johnsons

Beautiful villa, well equipped with everything you need in it to have a great holiday, like we've just had. Jane was on hand if we did need anything but we didn't have to call on her, great communication from Caroline also. The villa is in a quiet location and only a 15 minute walk to the centre where all the restaurants were. Would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends for future visits.

This suited our family of 6. We had everything to keep the family busy. Sunny pool, table tennis and darts and plenty games etc to amuse a mixed age groups. Lovely walk to the bay and cafes/restaurants. And good local walks along the cliffs in both directions. Great holiday.

We stayed in the villa for a week in April and had the best time. We were two families with 4 children under 9. The villa is amazingly spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, which was wonderful as we cooked at the villa a lot. There is a large gas BBQ on the balcony where we ate lunch and dinner together overlooking the sea. There is also a table tennis table and darts board down by the pool. The pool was great, we paid to have it heated since it was early in the year. The kids didn’t want to come out they loved it so much. The location is great, very quiet but only a 15 min walk down to the beach/shops. The view is stunning, there is a large roof terrace where we did yoga every morning! There is a lovely walk across the headland to Bergau straight from the property which I’d recommend. Caroline was a great host, good communication and quick to respond. We loved our stay and hope to be back next year. Thank you Caroline!

This villa is lovely inside and outside with so much space for a really relaxing holiday. The kitchen is huge and well eqipped, the living space is comfy and the bedrooms are really comfortable. The location of the villa is perfect for walking into town and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere while also enjoying a secluded family break.

This place was amazing. It had everything you could possibly need, and I mean everything. We had two young children and the house was fully child proofed and had all the extras that make travelling with children so much easier. The rooms were super comfortable. There were loads of things to do with the family nearby but the kids were more than happy just to stay in the pool all day. The view from the property was beautiful. We started talking about going back before we had even left! The owner was very quick to respond when contacted and they let us know that Jane was always available nearby if we needed her.

We have just returned from a great stay in this lovely villa. We were 2 families with 4 children, 5 and under, and it was much more spacious than we thought from the photos. It was extremely well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were pool and beach toys, and even puzzles for children and adults which made family life very easy. We have been to the area several times and would definitely stay in this villa again. The pool with heating was perfect, as we have had pools unheated previously that have been too cold for the children. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, so a little further out but then very quiet. Caroline was really easy to communicate with and very helpful. Thank you!
