Estada idílica a un château

El château molt acollidor, la piscina molt bé, la tranquilitat i l'apartament molt confortable, també ens va agradar molt lo amable que és l'home de recepció.

El llit era una mica baix però còmode

Estábamos haciendo el canal de Midi en bici y cogimos una noche aquí, está muy cerca del camino ciclable. Todo en general, la piscina, el personal, el apartamento...

Very relaxing 3 night stay will visiting family nearby, would stay again.

Peaceful location, lovely pool, easy check-in with helpful staff-English speaking. Nice spacious apartment with private outside seating area looking onto trees. Great kitchen facilities, all stocked. Close to canal du midi & le lac which we walked round then into Homps & sat by canal. Some good restaurants & well stocked shop here.

Lack of air-con, 2 fans were provided but one stopped working during the night, was reported but not replaced as offered, so last night was very warm & had uncomfortable sleep.

Das Appartement ist schön.

The Appartement is between two streets beside the train in a old and rubbish House. The "Neighbours" are unfriendly and the neighbourhood is ugly. You can reach the Rooms only over a dark dirty dangerous steps (down).

The pool facility was the only good part.

The whole place was dusty and dirty including corridors, stairs, balconies. Our bedroom linen smelt really bad like tinea. We had to sleep on the pull out couch. The room was very hot so we had to leave the large sliding glass door open as there were no windows and still not much air flow into the unit. Mosquitos came in through the night as there was no screen door. I had to wash out the pillow cases to get the smell out. We left after two days and asked for refund of the other 3 days that we had had to prepay. They have not refunded or communicated about our request for partial refund. The hotel is also not in a convenient location.

Very well equipped, facilities were very good and the location was quiet as we expected. The showers and pool were excellent.

Unfortunately our disherwasher was broken and while we reported it twice it was never fixed during our stay. The sink backed up in our apartment so we couldnt clean our dishes

Good value for money. Good swimming pool. Accommodation clean and practical if rather basic. Nice location in quiet countryside. Decent supermarket at nearby village. Nice reception staff.

No bar or food as cafe not open.

Lovely. Friendly staff. Comfirtable accommodation. The pool was never that busy and we always got a sun bed.

The beds were comfortable. Lovely blackout shutters. Little garden at the back. kitchen was fine for our needs.

Nothing wrong with the property or our stay. But you do need to have a car.

Superb

Family oriented resort hotel in an old farm/chateau compound with a large pool and nice facilities. There was a wine tasting and food truck the evening that we stayed. The village is a short drive to numerous bars/restaurants on the canal.

Exceptional

We stayed one week in the Residence and we had a wonderful time. The appartment was huge, clean, with a great terrace and a beautiful view. We enjoyed a lot the perfect combination between modern and nature. The fact that you could have a walk through a real forrest in the same accommodation facilities has been great, the little house with games and books, the barbecue, the pool, everything has been perfect to spend a perfect vacation.

Potentially good, but few facilities were open

Size of lounge was very good and the bathroom was excellent. Kitchen facilities were sufficient.

Pooolside area facilities (bar and snack bar) were shut. We did not have a car and the walk to the nearest restaurant was over a mile away.

well situated, close to Homps, surrounded by vineyards, lovely pool, ideal self catering

when we were there in early June the poolside bistro and bar was not open

It was fine for our needs, would like to have been able to come back in the summer.

Too cold and wet to use the pool. Location was good.

There could have been better directional signage, it was pouring with rain when we arrived in Azile, we couldn't find the property for quite sometime. Eventually had to check the map on our IPad on the Booking.com site and after much frustration found it, but the name is hidden and not at all visible unless you were standing right in front of it.

Great location for my purposes. Very quiet, clean and comfortable.

Lack of WiFi in apartments, only in reception. It's important for foreigners to understand the difference between Hotel and Residence. In a residence you bring your own towels and make your own bed with provided linens. Booking.com should make this clear.

Part of a working winery. Great breakfast.

Not convenient to town for evening meal. Room had facilities for cooking if I had realized this ahead of time. Snack shop was adequate.

Not what the headline says.

The staff were chatty and helpful. Garbage disposal area was well organised and clean. The view from our room was quite pleasant.

The rooms were very sparse and few cleaning products were provided, which I thought a bit ironic with the small prints and room banners telling us how they expect us to clean up the room after our stay. The rooms were not clean when we arrived which begged the question of what their expectations were of the level of cleaning needed. The staff were wonderful and thus cleaning rhetoric could only be attributed to the attitude of the management, which can only be termed to be narrow minded and pernicious. I would probably not return here on account of that. The pictures also do not match the reality - they only form a small part of the whole.
