The property was not up to par but my room and bathroom very clean, comfortable and very quiet.
Keypad entry on all doors a little difficult visually.

It was not expensive
The property could do with a lot of upgrading. The room was full of flies

No personal contact, all contact via email or message to deliver door code, etc. Worked ok, but not without a hiccup.

property has seen better days, but it was clean and comfy. we booked a room with private bath. espresso machine in the kitchen was a bonus. they facilitated an early check in, which was nice.

Bed comfortable
Did not see anyone, had a very confused conversation over the phone and messages.
Room old and tatty. Shower filthy. No facilities. Drinks machine that served coffee only. Whole place was shabby and €20 was way overpriced.

The pictures online showed a quaint establishment with a pool. No pool. The lady who met us was drunk the facility was extremely dirty. It was basically an apartment building where some rooms were converted to sleeping. When we arrived in the rooms we checked and found they were infested with bed bugs so we immediately left and had to find other accommodations. Very diss appointed. Bookings.com should really investigate these properties before falsely advertising them. We felt ripped off.

We were able to make a reservation.
Rooms very dirty, sheets had a good bit of debris on the
, just not clean. Shower also had a hole in the shower pan and
Flooded the bathroom and bedroom. Past reviews said the same thing and nothing had been fixed.

The hosts were lovely, it was so awesome to have my clothes washed abd due and left outside my room. I was even able to buy a bottle of wine and they dropped me at the bus stop the next morning.
The rooms could do with a little attention. A new paint maybe.

good value, a private room with a queen and a single, a nice break from the albergue for the night, sure a few things can be improved upon, for the price we were happy to have a private and quiet room,

The room was very clean, the hallways were not
We were there on a Monday and after 4 everything was closed. Not the property's fault- just the wrong day to be there

the location
it had bedbugs, the showers weren’t working, it wasn’t clean
1.0 / 10.0
it was cheap
the toilet did not work. The toilet seat was clearly broken. several surfaces in the room were sticky. the window curtains were torn. and something made loud metallic banging noises throughout the night. staff were nonexistent. and the legally required complaint notice was missing

I loved the room. Two windows, spacy, I had it for myself because nobody claimed the other bed, which was awesome.
The shower was actually so avanced I had to ask a French man across the hall how it worked, wearing only a towel... awkward. ;)
It is quite an old building and you hear every little sound from other quests echoing through it.
The owner does only speak Spanish and when I arrived early in the day (around 12) nobody was there. When I called he didn't understand me, neither did I understand him, so I had to wait until 3pm...

Beds were comfortable, and price was inexpensive.
In the first room, the toilet did not work, so they gave us a new room. But in that room, the heat barely worked and it was quite chilly. Also, there was a large mold stain on the ceiling. Staff was pleasant, but it took some time to get their attention to let us in, and later, I had to go inside and find someone to check in a large group.

I didn't like anything
I was given a room where a corner of the roof had black mold, when it rained I could hear water dripping onto the ceiling above. Avoid.
