Great weekend getaway! Definitely will be booking again.

The cleanliness. The staff are very friendly. The water was cold whenever we got there and I told them about it and they immediately raised the temperature of the water.

The spa jacuzzi wasn’t working. They said it was due to safety concerns or issues. Wish they’d put that online. But, other than that, it’s perfect!

Nice alternative to the bigger hotel chains

Great location Cozy bed Very clean Modern room Good intermediate between love motels and bigger chain hotels No cigarette smell!

Not insulated from hallway/other guest noise Not a lot of interaction with staff/lack of info Not many amenities in the hotel It's basically just a room--a bit overpriced for what it is

Staff are very friendly and willing to help like helping with calling taxi, printing documents, finding places, etc. Location very good, breakfast good.

Exceptional

The hotel staff greeted us when we arrived. Everyone was very nice! They spoke English well and were happy to assist. Our stay was great, the rooms are nice, breakfast was wonderful and parking is available.

Over priced

Check out day, I requested checkout paper and receipt but front desk staff refused to provide any checkout sheet or receipt. Wonder why? They over charged the fee, it seems like they charged weekend fee to all 7days.

Good

The check in was very smooth and staff were kind, warm and welcoming. The hotel looks new and clean. Our original booking via another site was canceled due to technical issues. We had to scramble at night to find a place to stay. We were lucky to find this hotel.

The hotel room and corridors looked new and clean, but there was a mild odd damp smell in the hotel and rooms. My wife also suggested that it would be good to have 2 cups in the bath room for people to use for brushing teeth/mouth wash.

Not what I expected from Booking.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Room was dusty and the moquette was smelly. Also the shower wasn't clean properly. The bathtub waster was not reaching good hot temperature. It's my first time that I had to ask to change the room which they did.

Nice and comfortable and clean

The room was very clean. The staff was kind. We could order food to the hotel.

The bathroom had a bit of a smoke smell. I'm assuming other tenants tried to smoke in there, even though it is not allowed.

Location is good, room is big, clean and comfortable

The bathroom in the hotel dont have hanger to hang clothes when taking bath.

Everything. The entire experience was perfect. Highly underrated hotel in my opinion.

Good big-sized room for families

The general manager was very friendly and extra accommodating. The breakfast was good and convenient for us. The big tub was good but maybe better if it was a closed off room.

I would recommend to pay extra attention to cleanliness as there was dust when we moved some of the furniture. Also the bathroom door has a loud banging sound each time we opened it. It needs to be fixed.
