Fint med treningsrom og basseng.kloakk minus

Ok beliggenhet for meg litt utenfor festbråk.

Toalett problem fra første dag.vask på bad tett. Kran kjøkken lakk .kloakk system dårlig .stort minus

ATLANIS im „Schiffsbruch“

Die Poolanlage war Top ❣️

Die „Aussicht“ war eine Katastrophe 👎🏼 Müllhalde und Trafostation und bellende Hunde 🐕 . Das WLAN 🛜 hat garnicht funktioniert ganz schwaches bis gar kein Signal. Die Unterkunft ist in einem Nebengebäude S sehr laut auch in der Nacht ist immer ein „Brummen“ vom Trafo zu hören 👂🏼 Die Bilder stimmen nicht mit den Unterkunft überein alte Fotos evtl. damals bei der Eröffnung der Anlage 🧐

Passable

This is my second time booking in the same property What I like about it is that it has a big swimming area and it’s close to the beach

The condo looks old The wall paper is turned The drainage smell is bad We stayed for 9 days but the smell was still there We complained but they didn’t do anything about it The generator machine was too loud Cleaning items like the mop is tooo dirty and old What ever we ask for is chargeable There is no check in/out desk 5 years ago we stayed in the same condo the facilities was so nice Everything was available The door keeper was rood The staff don’t answer any of our questions they just ignore

Parking lot is very unacceptable. Weak mobile signal (No 5G) and WIFI is not available even it is determined in the booking.

It was worth the money

the pool!!!!

the sofa bed was quite dirty!! we didn’t get any bed sheet for that. and it was too hard and lumpy to sleep on. the pool is huge but the water could have been filtered better than it was. the pool facilities are very old and need reparation.

wont choose this place again

the bed was comfy ...

the whole place needs an upgrade ....everything was old and falling apart ....stained ,dirty .....was meant to have cooking facilities ...iron ....garden view ....had to phone and ask for pots and pans and an iron both arrived late the next day ...

Fine stay with the family, funny swim in the resort pool.

The room is located in front of the resort pool. The scene from the room is nice seeing the falls. The beds are comfy. There are sufficient toiletries and kitchenette. There is 7-11 in front of the resort.

The facilities are quite old. We saw the cockroach in the toilet when we arrived.

Great pool for kids, uncomfortable room

My kids loved the pool and pool activities . It’s safe and shallow and have slides and other PlayStations for the kids . The living room in the apartment we booked was spacious and comfortable . The host was excellent This place is good ‘if and only if ‘u r traveling with children who would love pool activities

The mattress was so bad and broken in places , I got a back pain in just one night . The bed room is too small and cramped .

Good location, great swimming area but big parking issues.

The apartment was spacious and had a patio leading out to the pool.

The pan had no handle so was difficult to use. The parking is atrocious. It is impossible to find a parking space in the evening and you have to park on the road outside. If you have a big car, you can easily get blocked in as car park parallel to the building opposite the parking spaces.

Could have booked a much cleaner better room for a lot less.

The apartment was fine a little tatty, the sofa bed was dirty and the bedding was not ironed. I am not happy that I was quoted a price from Trivago, who passed me on to yourselves Booking.com and the same price was shown until I had made my payment and booked the apartment only then to be told that their were no refunds and that additional payments would have to be paid on arrival which brought the total cost to almost double. I would very much like an explanation why this was hidden until after I had booked and confirmed payment. Now covid travel restrictions seem to be more relaxed I will be living and working in South East Asia between 6 and 8 months of the year and if honest will be very reluctant to use Booking.com again unless I receive an explanation why I was charged almost double.

Bedding wasn't ironed so looked very tatty and almost unclean. Sofa bed was old and dirty. The price I had to pay was almost double the figure quoted and i was only given the information that additional cost at the resort were payable after I had booked and confirmed my reservation and payment giving me no choice.
