Allt var tiptop Från golv till tak

Eftersom vi inte röker så var rökningen på balkongerna det enda negativa på hela vistelsen. Vi var tvungna att gå in på rummet vid några tillfällen för röken störde oss.

Good hotel and friendly staff but in general needs an update.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. However it needs an update and toilette with glass door not possible to close. Bed was small (we are medium size) for two persones, 160? Location is good with lot of restaurants and close to water.

Door to toilette bad, small bed, needs an update of the rooms and especially the bathroom that was clean but old. The reception promissed us new towels two times but diden´t deliver. Could expect more for the money payed.

Big dissapiontment… felt betrayed… not a 4* hotel anymore.

Location

It is down graded from last few years. The breakfast and dinner was not comparable for a 4* hotel. The chef Pedro was counting me how many ribs I eat… how many sushi I took. That was a tentative of sushi… in fact was pilaf with advocating in the middle. Felt betrayed for dinner not tap water or any free water available! Just forced to buy drinks. Old and outdated towels, no privacy on balcony… smoke from all around in my balcony. This is much worse than previous years when I used to stay. I am not coming back, go to Iberostar..etc.

Location

Be careful, when you pay for front sea view room, which is more expensive than side sea view, we payed almost 700e for front view and when we came, we were told, that front is full with german tourists and they gave us side one and they told us, that for them it's the same category. No it's absolutely not! And also the room was too small for 2 persons. Then I don't know why on Booking you can choose which type of room do you want and mainly, for which you pay. It was a surprise for my mum and you ruined it all. "Thank you"..Never ever..

the pillows were terrible, shower and bathroom was still dirty. worst of all was the breakfast. scrambled eggs tasted like packet eggs, juices were terrible.

Nice hotel would stay again.

The location was great, walks right out to the beach. The room was comfortable and of decent size. The breakfast buffet was good. The little indoor heated pool and sauna area was a plus. It was adult only, so no kids crying and running around but definitely a lot of seniors.

Wish the sauna and indoor pool was open all the time.

Relaxing weekend stay

Excellent facilities and room. staff were all friendly and welcoming. The indoor pool was very good. The prices were not too expensive The food was tasty and fresh. The area is a little mixed with some good shops.

The outdoor pool was not heated.

Not worth it

The location is good

The reception old guy was there is arude man! I asked for a twoel before I go to the suana then he started yelling that you should have asked before not now,which was a really wierd !! The room has no privacy at all ! The terrace was shared with the other rooms! So I have asked for other room. And the sound you can hear everyone around talking !

Exceptional

Jesus and Sebas were so welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant staff were exceptional. Staff were always replenishing fresh foods both at breakfast and dinner. I traveled alone ..had been to Palma 30 years ago and I have many fond memories. Bar staff always made me feel welcome.

very nice hotel, totally recommended

Almost everything. The hotel is very nice, people who work there try their best and are very friendly and helpful. The location is superb, right on the beach, beach is fantastic, my room was facing the sea with a nice sun terrace and your own sun beds, breakfast is just exceptional, tasty and a lot of options, facilities are nice, big enough pool, comfy sunbeds, SPA area is small but as it was the end of the season I didn't feel it's over crowded (could be though I guess), bus stop right behind the hotel, few steps away, they give beach towels and bathrobes for free, all is in good condition, comfy beds and pillows. Tea coffee in the room. Only positive impression and totally recommended.

I didn't put 10 even though I was ready because of a couple of things: room is quite small, enough for 1 person, but for 2 - hmmm, not fun. There was only 1 small trash bin in the bathroom, guests could benefit from having another one in the room as it usually are in the hotels. And the last but huge minus for me - it's not hotel's fault but I believe they could think about doing something here and it could be a huge benefit for them: limit smoking areas (like to set up smoking areas only outside including outside their rooms and balconies). I know it's allowed to smoke everywhere in Spain but come on, some people just don't care about others. They smoke non stop at the beach, they smoke non stop by the pool, and they smoke non stop on the shared terrace where all sunbeds are. Some people say they have the right to do that but people who don't smoke have the right not to breath all this disgusting smoke, passive smoking is very unhealthy as well. You come to enjoy and breath fresh sea air and instead of that you breath only smoke all around you. With the wind it's coming everywhere, you can't hide. And this ruins all the good experience in this nice hotel for me unfortunately.

Nice and clean hotel in very good location

Nice hotel right on the seeshore. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Very kind and helpfull stuff.

A direct gate between the pool area and the shore would be nice. If someone wants to go back to the pool after swimming in the see ( I mean wet and sandy) it was not necessary to go through hall of the hotel.

Amazing

You fell welcomed and surrounded by smiles and friendliness from the very beginning. Location is amazing, just in the beach and the sea side promenade. And breakfast is just excellent.
