Importante e stare in vacanza, il prezzo di 800 per tre notti sono non adeguati alla struttura che si è' approfittat

La vicinanza al lago e terme

Personale poco accogliente e quasi infastidito, un hotel a 4 stelle che non fa trovare nel frigo bar acceso acqua. Camera familiare molto basic, vasca con tenda in plastica e prodotti quali bagno schiuma allungati com acqua . Piscina con alghe intorno al bordo .

Nostalgie-Hotel in wunderschöner Altstadt von Sirmione mit abenteuerlicher Zufahrt per Auto

Das Personal war sehr feundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksangebot war akzeptabel und das zweite Zimmer, daß man uns nach zwei Tagen zuwies, war sehr komfortabel. Die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels im britischen Stil ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch teilweise noch sehr ansprechend.

Die Zufahrt zum Hotel mit dem Auto war nur durch die Altstadt möglich, was einer Fahrt über einen orientalischen Basar glich und äußerst herausfordernd war, zumal es uns davon abhielt, mit dem Auto weitere Ausflüge ins Umland zu unternehmen. Die Berechnung einer Parkgebühr von 15.-€ pro Tag hätte schon alleine aus diesem Grund entfallen müssen. Die Ausstattung unseres ersten Zimmers entsprach keinesfalls dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels, da äußerst klein und maximal für eine Person ausgelegt, sowie auch das gesamte Gebäude ( Baujahr 1959 ) einer umfassenden Fassadensanierung und Zimmerrenovierung bedurfte / bedarf, um sich weiterhin mit 4-Sternen "schmücken" zu können.

Ottimo soggiorno a Sirmione

Posizione privilegiata: si raggiungono in pochi minuti a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni di Sirmione. Atmosfera retrò: l'hotel è una struttura datata ma accogliente, con spazi ampi e ben puliti. Tranquillità: la piscina immersa nel verde è un luogo tranquillo e rilassante, soleggiato per tutto il giorno e isolato dal caos turistico. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Parcheggio privato interno all'hotel.

Very good

Loved the location, in old town close to ferries, ruins and cafes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room needs maintenance. Shower rose holder is broken although a new one has been put on it is floppy and held up by the broken one. Only one side of the French door out to the wonderful balcony can open..

In general the hotel was comfortable and the staff were very supportive and their hospitality is rewarding.

Uniquely located in the middle of the historic village. In proximity to both the commercial area, archaeological site, and other touristic sites such as the thermal bath and swimming beach.

A bit of furniture renovation would add more value.

Pleasant stay but would probably choose elsewhere next time.

Very good location only a minutes walk to restaurants and shops. Good air conditioning all around the hotel. Pool was nice but not like the pictures.

Apart from the hotel needing some TLC the staff weren’t very helpful except for one man. The lady on reception needs more training as she refused to issue a receipt at check out and ended up delaying us 25 minutes for taxi to airport. She also told us to search on Google for any info about the area when we asked about pharmacy/supermarkets etc. Not very professional in my opinion. There was no atmosphere in the hotel it felt like we were the only ones staying there at times.

Exceptional

Location, Location, Location The hotel is so perfectly located in a lovely quiet side street, only a short distance from the heart & soul & hussle & bussle of Sirmione. Jamaica Beach Sirmiones best beach is only a short walk away or take the road train located 50mts from your hotel. The hotel staff are really lovely, friendly & nothing you do, ask or say is a problem for them. Some of the reviews on here are a little disingenuous about the decor, really? You really are not in an episode of “Four in a Bed. The hotels, Location, Pool & Staff make this the place to be. The tranquility & quietness once you get away from the crowded centre make this place a little slice of Italian heaven. So in summary, look above the superficial & enjoy every moment Sirmione has to offer.

Great stay and great value for money. location fantastic and staff are lovely. with a little TLC would be fantastic! say

pool and rooms cleaned everyday. location was amazing and parking which is rare. staff were lovely. we had two balconies one large overlooking the pool. staff were very helpful . pool was fantastic very clean and relaxing. breakfast had a lot of choice considering catering for all nationalities.

ants in one area the room however I have been elsewhere and had this issue. wallpaper coming off walls and sockets. it needs TLC but very good value for money given the breakfast, pool and location. hotel was fairly empty probably due to low rating which meant little atmosphere however we were hardly in the hotel as so much to see and do.

Fantastic location, once you get over driving the last 500yds to Hotel thru Sirmione. Staff from Filipo the owner, max, Ali, Patricia, Ahmed all brilliant, pool to myself, well with 2 ducks

Very outdated and expensive. Wifi unreliable. The owner could do with investing some money to update the rooms. The closet doors would not close properly and neither the fridge door.

Cheap and just about OK

The management had my booking and there was somebody in reception when I arrived at around 7pm - later than I had originally intended as I came on the train and did not need the parking space I had requested.

The whole hotel and its facilities needs investment. The swimming pool needed cleaning, there was never anybody in the bar and it was difficult to get a drink. Breakfast was OK but no hot food. The worst thing is that there was nothing in the bedroom mini-bar - not even a bottle of water. Drawer space in the bedroom was non-existent. There is a large restaurant but the hotel was only serving breakfast. The carpet on the main stairs was dirty and needed replacement and the decoration in the bedroom was gloomy - maroon and sludge colour. Overall service was a bit like Fawlty Towers, reception could not print out our train tickets and the QR codes as their computer was too old fashioned. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were clean and it was not expensive. But whoever owns the hotel needs to do some serious updating and improvement

Furniture and hotel in general is fairly outdated but I believe the price is aligned with what you get.
