Vacances en famille

Le personnel a été très accueillant et gentil. La variété pour le buffet du soir était top, les plats étaient très bon. Le buffet changeait tous les soirs Les soirées au bar avec un DJ sont sympa

L'insonorisation des chambres ! Nous entendions les gens marcher, parler et déplacer les meubles cela a été dérangeant à plusieurs reprises... La vitre qui sépare la salle de bain de la chambre, je ne vois pas à quoi ça sert à part offrir un manque d'intimité lorsque vous êtes sous la douche. Le store étant transparent cela ne change rien. Nous n'avons pas trouvé la structure gonflable avec la clôture sur la plage pour les enfants La plage est un peu loin de l'hôtel, il faut marcher environ 15min. Attention le parking a proximité est payant 6e par jour

personnel très gentil à l'accueil, au restaurant. repas copieux, du choix et bien cuisinés. belle piscine à l'étage mais eau froide car début mai. parking commun fermé à 300 m, appréciable vues les difficultés pour se garer. emplacement à 600 m de la plage et de la gare. appréciable pour aller à Barcelone en 1h10 en train. le rapport qualité prix !

la chambre un peu exigüe pour 3; obligations de ranger les valises sous le lit par manque de place, peu de place pour circuler autour des lits. matelas mous. confort simple mais suffisant pour nous pour 3 nuits. isolation très moyenne, si le voisin est bruyant vous entendez tout. Mais pour notre séjour, hôtel peu bruyant (début mai, peut être pas complet?)

La proximité de l'hôtel des commodités et restaurants. Hotel bien situé géographiquement. Le personnel sympathique et serviable, le petit déjeuner bon, diversifié et complet. La piscine sur le rooftop propre et agréable, plutôt calme comme lieu.

Le parking un peu loin de l'hôtel.

Very good value for money! The food is very good, staff are lovely. The sunloungers are brand new and they've done up a big part of the hotel. We got the fridge for the room which is nice as well. Goiod lication, close to the village centre. Have been here many times and will definitely go bsck!

Everything is ok except wifi.

Wifi was terrible. They are giving a password valid for the number ıf people you make reservation. If you have more device than number of people you can’t use wifi, but it doesn’t matter because wifi either doesn’t work or too slow.

Disgusting place, unprofessional staff.

I didn't like anything.

Disgusting place! We didn’t even stayed in there. Very old hotel, doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We booked 2 separate rooms and they were very dirty. Hair in bathroom, dirty walls, bedsheets, towels. AC didn’t work properly. Food smell in corridor. Staff is UNPROFESSIONAL, lack of training (village style service). We came in to the room and were shocked. Pictures didn’t match reality. Their private parking is 10 minutes away by foot and it’s not even safe, just a piece of land surrounded by thin gate. We came to the reception pointing to the issues and asking for a refund. They said to call booking for a refund and didn’t even apologise and tried to change the room. Booking is calling them and no one is picking the phone despite the fact that 3 ladies are at the reception. We left and on the next day booking contacted us saying that hotel is refusing to process a refund without no reasonable explanation. I feel SCAMMED.

Good value for the money paid.

Breakfast was varied and tasty. You can check in later then 00:00, I think the reception is opened 24h.

The room could be more cleaned, and the bathroom could be a little renovated, but overall was good.

Great value

Generally this hotel is great value of money. It was warm during the middle of my stay and I managed to walk to the beach, though the start and end were wet and windy. The room was of very good standard and had a nice private outdoor area.

I think it would be better if the room/floor had a microwave and a kettle and tea set, and if the property had a laundry machine.

Lovely family hotel

Lovely family hotel in good location. Groceries for essentials nearby and really helpful staff. Buffet restaurant has really nice food with excellent selection.

Nothing to not like. The bathroom was a bit outdated but clean.

highly recommend

We were travelling with our dog and the hotel was incredibly accommodating. They also offer gated parking for a €10 deposit which was really helpful. The place was clean and we had a balcony which made it possible to leave our dog in the hotel and enjoy the rooftop pool by ourself.

nothing, both hotel and staff was lovely and great value for money.

pros: + spacious room (#206) w/2 balconies and a lovely bathroom + parking options + 24/7 front desk + buffet breakfast with many options to choose from, incl. beans+eggs+bacon + very clean all over + kind staff + great location to explore the town

cons: - balcony door (one) could not be locked - slight odour in the bathroom when other guests use theirs - no lock/key for the safe

- Very good breakfast, a lot of choices - Nice swimming pool on the roof - 10minutes walk to the beach and the train station - Room has balcony with hill views - Friendly staff

- Our triple room is actually a double bed room with one extra bed, very crowded with 3 of us in - The air conditioning system is not working properly - Parking is available but several minutes walk from the hotel

The location is great And its flat walk to the shops and beach . But most importantly the staff were amazing There was Suzanna elena and Jennifer ..who were all excellent helpful and went out of there way to make me feel good and help with all Also on the top bar there was marina She was excellent and helpful and great with the children the night security guard was also helpful The breakfast was reasonable and the pool was good enough A great place and connections to Barcelona and parts of the costa brava

Ok..it’s not a criticism ..because all was good . But if you go on A busy weekend or a fiesta when lots of kids …well it can be very noisy This is not the fault of the hotel (what can they do )but the guests . So basically if you like realty quiet its maybe not for you ,

Great value for money!

This is a great hotel, good location. The staff are nice, we have been coming here for years and it's very good value for money. The food is also very good! They have been updating various parts of the hotel and keep improving.

If anything the sunbeds could do with an update. And some rooms don't have a great view but look out on the roof of the kitchen and you can get foodsmells. But as we don't spend a lot of time in the room we don't mind.
