A very relaxed and beautiful stay, and a much better way to visit maya bay by private long tail boat

Situated on a beautiful, the staff made you feel very welcome, a few different places to eat along the beach front. Calm and relaxing stay

Assez agréable mais pas le paradis attendu

Petit déjeuner sympa Propose des excursions, notamment la location d’un longtail boat avec le chauffeur qui vous emmène où vous voulez sur la journée

L’organisation était un peu chaotique. Ils ont donné le bateau qu’on avait réservé à quelqu’un d’autre par erreur. La plage est belle mais l’eau est trouble et il y a pas mal d’algue, la zone baignade est délimitée par des bouées. Pour le snorkeling il faut sortir de la zone et aller très loin (car vous avez pied sur plus de 100m) et donc vous vous retrouvez dans la zone de passage des bateaux, pas très sécu

Tutto lo staff, la camera, la colazione e i drink e la riservatezza (data la posizione isolata)

Essendo una posizione un po' isolata comporta la spesa aggiuntiva dello spostamento in barca ogni volta che si vuole cambiare aria.

Wspaniała lokalizacja na plaży. Przemiłe przywitanie w hotelu. Bardzo miła obsluga. Buffet sniadaniowy smaczny i różnorodny.

Bardzo duzo komarów. Hotel co prawda uzywal oprysku na zawnatrz jednak nie niwelowało to problemu. Brakowało czegos na komary w pokoju. Minusem był też bardzo twardy maretac i klimatyzacja umieszczona tak że wiała bezpośrednio na łóżko.

Perfect hotel on Ko Phi Phi!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and in very good condition. You get free towels for the beach and free drinking water. We really enjoyed our stay at Erawan and would like to thank the staff for their hospitality and kindness. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at this resort, perfect for a family trip

Location of hotel is amazing like from some movie. Hotel pool is clean, breakfast were fine

Renting gear from this hotel is in terrible condition and overpriced. We rented kayaks which dont have a seats and fins which were damaged. Standard room was much nicer then deluxe room. Deluxe room was painted by dark colors and there was a mold on a wall. Also dirty bathroom ... so we asked for different room which was "lower class" but much more lighter, cleaner and comfortable

A completely relaxing week

The location was fantastic

Perhaps our ignorance but didn't realise until we had booked hotel that the only transport is Boat and we arrived too late for the hotel transport at 450 Bhat and had to get a long tail boat at 1500Bhat. But it was an experience. Maybe your resort details should be more clearer and also we stayed in 6 hotels in thailand over the 4 week period and the only only one with up to date photos was Kokotel in Naiyang Beach - all the rest were way old

Perfect Sunset

We had an amazing experience. Relaxing by the beach listening to the waves and looking at a perfect blue sea was one of the most enjoyable days in Phi Phi. Breakfast was good, daily clean up to standards, restaurant very good as well and the bar made us a perfect mojito everyday. But for me the top of the cream was the sunset view. Oh, the staff was AMAZING. At the end, they even gave us some neck pillows as a gift.

Sometimes the cheff in the lunch restaurant was not as good as the dinner cheff.

The location is amazing.

there was little options for the breakfast. the bungalow was really nice but the forniture is a bit outdated. the staff was kind but sometimes it seems to be a bit disorganized. it’s a little bit expensive to reach the Tonsai pier since you have to get a long tail boat.

a nice hotel for a short stay. a bit expensive for what it offers

nice location, in a beach with several restaurants and a shop, very nice breakfast, friendly staff

too many mosquitoes. it wold require pest control otherwise is impossible to enjoy sitting on the balconies. the room was not well clean, under the beds and especially the windows of toilet were full of spider nets. extremely noisy air conditioners. the hotel could give some more hair conditioners and shampoo and refill them daily

Very good

The room was really spacious and comfortable. The staff were super welcoming upon arrival and always made themselves available. The breakfast was delicious and had really great Thai food options. It was so convenient for departure and arrival since the hotel informed us about boat times and sold tickets.

I wish there was a sheer curtain or something to provide some privacy during the daytime. It also would've been useful if they provided a drying rack for longer stays, to handwash some clothes in the room.

relaxed good place

Great location for a 2-3 day stay as enough different restaurants and things to explore. Our mountain. view bungalow was clean and peaceful

no screen on the verandah between bungalows so couldn’t really sit outside if the people next door were as too close together. A screen of some sort would have been perfect.

I really liked everything. The hotel surpassed my expectations. Sime, very Thai and excellent. Good breakfast, very helpful staff, in front of a wonderful beach.

Terrible value. Great staff. Great location. Old rooms. Extremely rude management.

Proximity of bungalow to the beach. Pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great people.

We notified management of a problem with the boat driver they booked us and they did nothing. Value for money was poor: - beds were uncomfortably hard - bungalows were clean but old and tired, with holes in curtains - no satellite TV choice - same singer playing same songs to backing track every night - poor value for money - very expensive rooms so expected better quality. A senior manager was sitting in the restaurant one morning speaking very negatively and condescendingly about foreigners without realising we understood Thai language. This left a very negative impression with us. we won’t be going back to this resort.

the location is awesome and the staff so welcoming, clean, so helpful and kind. also everyday smiling and happy, I like that

we had a tour and the tour guide didn’t specify we can only see the baby shark in one island and when we realise it was too late to came back… probably misunderstand or poor English communication. on the way back I have been charge a little over price for came back, usually the ferry is 600 a person plus extra 200 each because we are a little far from the main pier, but when I count it it was much more then that. but was too late I couldn’t say anything because the ferry has to depart. probably need to be more careful lack on food, they didn’t have many things are showed in the menu, and breakfast is included but low quality

Greatest experience in Thailand

The personal and the welcoming. Someone came to pick us up from the tailboat to help us with the luggage. Then they let us first sit and enjoy a welcome drink. Everyone was really nice and friendly. Good breakfast also. They decorared the room, as it was a special date for us. Just in front of the beach.

It's not a part of the hotel, but one have to be careful if wants to come after 18 to the hotel, as the prices for the transport can get really expensive.

Thailand is not busy now, if you have good health and vaccinations it is a travellers dream!!

Well taken care of, excellent service and great care!
