Ich war auf Durchreise, und dafür war das Hotel mehr als in Ordnung.

Das Hotel verfügt über Parkplätze. Es liegt unweit Freiburgs und ist mit dem Rad über einen Radweg gut zu erreichen. Abends konnte ich auf der Terrasse ein frisches Bier vom Fass genießen. Schade, dass der hübsche Schmuck nur mit Bargeld erworben werden konnte. Da es in der Nähe keinen Geldautomaten gab, konnte ich nichts kaufen.

Leider bekommt man abends im Hotel nichts zu Essen, es serviert nur Frühstück. Insofern ist die Bezeichnung Hotel eigentlich nicht ganz richtig.

Séjour idéal en famille

Chambre très spacieuse. Lit ultra confortable. Quartier très calme et agréable. On accède très rapidement au centre de Friburg avec parc agréable. Rues très propres, gens respectueux. Petit déjeuner simple mais efficace et très bon.

Éventuellement la salle de bains à rafraîchir

A nice hotel not far from Freiburg

A nice hotel not far from Freiburg. There is a free parking in front of the hotel. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and confortable.

Free parking, bed were very comfy

I have asked a room with a bath and it was confirmed. But we were given a room with a shower. Had to go back and ask for another room. Unneeded hussle

Disappointing

Size of the room.

The key that was left for me in the keybox did not worked, and I could not access my room. I had to call a phone number and had to wait more than two hours for someone to come and open the door. After driving 800 kmts to get there, I definitely did not expected such an inconvenience.

Spacious and comfortable family room with parking

Family rooms were spacious and comfortable! The rooms had a nice patio to enjoy the cool evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bus stop was just out the door for easy access to town. We had ample parking for a very large 8 passenger van.

Great guy in the reception, great patio to have a beer or coffee.

Breakfast could be richer, location is a bit isolated but that makes it very quiet.

Over all the price of the stay was not an overcharge.

Parking was available.

The place didn't really was a four star establishment. And it's pretty well dated .

Perfect location and more space than expected.

Location was perfect. Close to supermarket and many parks for the children. Breakfast was very good, breakfast areas both indoors and outdoors were great. Room was very spacious - perfect for a family room. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Room was very dusty. The location of the room in the roof meant it was very hot. There was very basic and noisy air conditioning which didn’t work very well. This just needs a little modernising.

Location is a bit far from Freiburg (city) but not more quiet

The check in process was nice and quick and the staff were very pleasant.

I wasn't able to sleep well due to other guests going in and out of the rooms, slamming doors around 3-4am. Around 6am someone was locked out of another room and consistently knocked on the door for at least 30 mins. The bed I had was soft and lumpy and the room was quite hot. I had to close my window due to noise and smoke from other guests.

good rooms, great staff: would gladly come again.

Staff was super helpful and accommodating to our needs and helped is find solutions to any problem we had. the room was nice and it was very generous to let us use the confetence room for a meeting.

location not central, but it was well connected by bus. The beds were a bit uncomfortable - woke up with a stiff neck / sore back. the Wi-Fi in the room was very weak. everything else was really great.

Satisfactory stay slightly outside the city limits

Good value for money. Free mineral water in the room; good heating (after one turns it on), easy access to the city of Freiburg. I staid there before for a family gathering and - while the rooms were upated to a good standard - the restaurant remained unchanged

If you have trouble walking, be sure to request room in the newer part of the hotel (equipped with elevator); ground floor rooms can be noisy as guests returning late have to pass by when entering the hotel. Access to rooms in the old part of the hotel via some short but rather steep stairs. Waiting for check-in rather lenghty (>30 mins), due to a group checking in at the same time. It would have been more expedient to handle one individual check in first. Parking in the garage not possible when returning after the reception staff has left.

Good room but lacks cleaning

Good room size.

The room was not clean. There were quite some pencil shavings on the ground (no idea why, maybe kids before) and lots of hair on the bed sheets.
