Good value for money

Breakfast is good, the hotel is close to the highway and outlet if you plan to shop.

We got the room where there is a red light on in the window throughout the whole night and you can not turn it off. Maybe ask for a room without it when booking.

La posizione ideale per chi arriva dall'autostrada e la struttura vicina all'outlet. Il personale addetto alla colazione disponibile e cordiale.

Il personale della reception distaccato a volte indifferente. Per il prezzo pagato le camere dovrebbero essere più accoglienti ...certo per la clientela straniera sicuramente sono ideali.

Lose, ne preporucujem.

Cisto je i uredno.

U trokrevetnoj sobi smo dobili samo jednu karticu za ulaz u sobu, bez mogucnosti druge. Za vrijeme dorucka nije bilo prirodne vode niti soka, samo mineralna. Radnice na sluzenju dorucka su spore i nezainteresirane. Jorgan u sobi nije imao posteljinu, samo prebacene plahte. Ne preporucujem ovaj hotel.

Decent stay

Good location, couple minutes walk from the outlet and 40 minutes drive to Venice. Rooms are decent size, hotel is pet friendly and had good breakfast.

the rooms are very small. they are not for the family. the bathroom cannot be locked. it is suffocating, and there is a stale smell. the location is good. breakfast is always the same, and not so varied. the remote doesn't work.the shower cabin is very slippery, very inconvenient for small children. There is some red light on the window all night. The price is high for somthing like this

Hotel was good alongside with additional package imcluded

It is not related to the hotel but i was robed at the parking in the front of the hotel early in the morning by progessional couple who is usually present there. To all future guests please bez carefull because my belongings were taken in front of me While i was put luggage into the car. Realized minute after basterd left but to late. Reported to the police but no outcome. Hotel stuff was helpfull and supportive.

Very clean, not very spacious for a room with an extra bed ana a baby cot, 15€ extra charge for the cot, breakfast ok,

It was extremely hot in the room, 28° all the time, we called the reception to turn it down, but it was no good, there was some problem and eventually they stopped the air conditioner, it was very wet in the room

Bad stuff

During our stay, all the bags with new clothes we bought were stolen from our car in front of the hotel. The receptionist was not willing to help us, she was very unpleasant and disinterested. We asked her if she could let us see the cameras, or check them by herself, because our car was parked directly in front of them, but she refused to help us until the police arrives. We asked her to call the police, she said she can't because she has to do the check in and that we should either call ourselves or wait. At the end we got the answer that we could go to the police tomorrow morning and that was it. She had no interest in helping us solve the situation that we experienced as the guests of Base hotel. We felt like she was involved in theft. NoFirs of all, the fact that our things were stolen in front of the hotel destroys hotel reputation. Second, behavior of the staff is below any level, we were very disappointed with this stay.

shopping weekend in a nice tidy hotel next to outlet center

very tidy and modern hotel with great rooms and nice breakfast

no possibility of having ordering coffee during breakfast because of staff javing no time
