L’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel et leurs conseils pour visiter la ville. Les petit dej excellent, et le balcon de notre chambre vu sur la vielle ville avec la mer au loin, et avec des singes comme voisins

Una villa piena di charme, con arredi e quadri di gusto. Staff gentilissimo e prima colazione molto ricca.

Lovely garden and delicious small pool. Right next to bars and a great restaurant for New Year celebrations. Fine breakfast and all staff friendly and helpful

Admittedly we did get the economy room: it was quite stuffy, with a not too comfortable bed and a noisy aircon

Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar!

A estrutura da pousada supera a expectativa. É tudo lindo. A cordialidade do pessoal, o ambiente aconchegante. Vários locais na própria pousada para fazer fotos perfeitas. Um lindo acervo cultural. Café da manhã excelente, com muitas variedades. Amei de verdade.

O quarto que fiquei era um pouco pequeno, a estrutura do quarto não condizia com a da pousada. Mas estava confortavel.

Atendimento péssimo e pouco profissionalismo da recepcionista

Gostamos muito da localização e do casarão histórico onde a pousada está instalada.

O atendimento da recepcionista Érica foi péssimo. Fizemos a reserva de um quarto que no Booking.com tinha textualmente a existência de um terraço e fomos encaminhados p um quarto extremamente desconfortável, sem terraço e c mal cheiro. Voltando a recepção p informar q n era esse o quarto, a referida recepcionista disse que não eram todos os quartos dessa categoria q tinham terraço, ou seja, os hóspedes teriam então q adivinhar esse detalhe, já q nunca tínhamos ido a esta pousada. Nos sentimos como se estivéssemos pedindo um favor, totalmente desconfortáveis, enquanto ela, sem nenhuma diplomacia retrucava o tempo inteiro. Só depois de esperarmos um bom tempo enquanto ela atendia todos os outros hóspedes q estavam fazendo check in, ela encaminhou p outro quarto de maneira bastante rude, sem o único pedido de desculpas. O café da manhã tbm não é bom, com poucas opções.

Não tive uma experiência tão boa

O local é bem central e bonito. Funcionários atenciosos.

Infelizmente não estava bem limpo, com sujeira no banheiro e muito ácaro no quarto. Eu e minha amiga tivemos crise alérgica durante a noite (recomendo limparem os colchões e o ar condicionado também). O café da manhã é bom mas não tem nada demais, poderiam providenciar algo que deixe a comida quente (pois não tem nada para manter a temperatura).

Localização excepcional! Lugar lindo! A decoração da pousada remete a algo antigo, porém da muita satisfação

Não gostei do modelo do café da manhã. Tivemos que decidir num formulário o que queríamos no café da manhã, para ser ofertado na mesa. Não teve dinamismo, a moça que atende é simpática porém lenta. O café da manhã que é uma das coisas mais prazeirosas da viagem, acabou sendo frustrante. Pq demorava muito a vir as coisas e estavam um pouco atrapalhados na cozinha, apesar de aparentemente ter poucos hospedes no dia. O sistema de bufet ai meu ver, é melhor tanto para hospede quanto para a pousada.

Disappointing…

Maybe it was because we booked last minute, but the room was dirty. The floor was full of dust (our feet were full of it) and there were some spots / some sand on the sheets. The breakfast was disappointing.

A bit dated, the water in Brazil from the tap is not drinkable and they charge you for bottled water.

Lovely and helpful staff, convenient restaurant with quality food, gorgeous patio that was a delight to sit on in the evenings. Wonderful ambiance that really gives the flavor of Olinda. A++

This did not affect me, but the hotel has lots of stairs. People who need disability access or have trouble with many stairs may have difficulty here.

Fun stay in Olinda

Lovely, large pousada in about as central location in Olinda as you can ask for. Bars, restaurants and festivities literally on the doorstep. It's an official camarote during carnival so don't expect much peace and quiet then! Vanessa on the front desk couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome right from arrival. Also assisted in organising a reasonable all-day taxi for a daytrip to Porto Galinhas. The food on site was decent, we had both breakfast and dinners there on occasion. Good caipirinhas too. The veranda is a lovely place to take in the evening before heading out.

Night & kitchen staff were a little less helpful and communicative than during the day, no issues however
