Loved how it was just a 5 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Perfect for that one night stay in Pisa!

The location is what defines this hotel. You are at 5 min walk from the tower basically. Besides that the breakfast is acceptable and probably as a whole considering the price is ok.
The room had a strong smell of mold. It was also pretty cold and only AC to heat the room which is not the best option. The mattress was pretty old and could easily feel each spring. The bathroom was very dated and had a strong ammonia smell so we used it minimally. As a bonus the bed headboard was pushing against the main light switch 😁.

It was easy to find and right in the centre of Pisa, close to everything. The Hotel was very responsive when messaging beforehand and provided good, safe, free parking tips that were located outside of the walls to avoid the ZTL permit zones. Staff we friendly, room was clean, tidy and comfortable for one nights stay.

I loved our room and the style of it. It was very spacious, and comfortable.
Fantastic location, quiet area but still only a few ministers walk from the leaning tower of Pisa, and there’s plenty of restaurants nearby.
The room smelled a little bit, I think because it is old. The warm had a wardrobe but it was unusable because of the smell.

Ci siamo trovati bene.

Me encantó la ubicación, la habitación y sobre todo el trato del personal. La dueña del hotel fue muy amable y hospitalaria. Repetiría al 100%.

The location is absolutely unsurpassable in terms of proximity to Piazza dei Miracoli and other major attractions. The breakfast is generous and varied. The room was clean and comfortable for the most part.
The sound proofing between floor in our room was very inadequate and we could hear all the movement in the room above us. This was mostly not a problem as the guests in that room were usually only moving around a little before going to bed. HOWEVER there was one night when that room was occupied by 4 teenager boys who partied loudly until 4am, they came and went several times throughout the night. The receptionist went and spoke to them twice about the noise, however once he left at 11pm and the reception was unattended the occupants of that room refused to respond to us knocking on their door asking them to keep the noise down. Fortunately these lads only stayed one night. If I were to stay here in the future I would definitely get a room on the top floor in the hope that the noise might not be so present. Although I suspect those rooms are smaller.

Nothing
- Pictures don't correspond to rooms. In my room there was no chair, no table, and we were barely able to move, so small it was.
- Bad smell in the room, bathroom was not clean.
- central water boiler was next to the window and was so loud that it was impissible to sleep. Noise isolation was bad in general. We heared every single sound from neighbour's bathroom. I mean literally everything.
- finally, the price was inapropriately high for what we got.
I personally (you might have a different opinion) would stay there only in an extreme emergency, otherwise would avoid.

I would not recommend this hotel
We arrived after 10:30 and the keycard to access our room did not work. I could not get through to the emergency number for over 40 minutes! The room itself was small and dowdy. Receptionist next morning was pleasent though. overall, very poor experience

The room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was also great with lots of things to choose from.
Our room was on the top floor under the roof. There was only one small ceiling window, which we couldn't reach to open. It was okay, as we only stayed one night, but for longer stays, it would have been inconvenient. Especially since it was also very hot inside both the room and the bathroom.

clean, great value for money, close to the main attractions
very nice breakfast selection
very small bathroom, really tiny one
rooms on the top floor have sloping roof and it was uncomfortable to walk around for 190cm person :)

Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean, WiFi was very good and buffet breakfast was abundant. Location was very near to the Tower and very quiet. It is an old building but very well kept.

Great location, friendly/helpful staff. Breakfast had enough choice to keep me going until lunch time.
I stayed 3 nights, on my last night the WIFI in the ground floor room was terrible. Staff did reset it but that didn't help eventually gave up. If you are on the ground floor you hear a lot of noise from the room above.

The room was so beautiful and spacious. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful and had everything we needed.
The breakfast was wonderful.
THE LOCATION is perfect. It is so close to the Tower of Pisa and the city center.
The staff was so friendly and helpful and we were able to store our bags downstairs after checkout.
This was our most inexpensive stay in Italy and it did not feel like this at all. It was such good value for your money and I will recommend this place to anyone.
The checkout is really early at 10 am compared to other properties.
No elevator so we had to carry our suitcases up. BUT we knew about all of this before booking and it absolutely did not take away from this wonderful stay.
