Central location
On the main street. Too many cars passing. You can't sleep. There's no fan or AC

The hotel is located downtown and it is close to the main amenities of the city. The train station is 15 minutes away walking. The personnel is very kind: it is possible to do the check-in only from 2 PM. I arrived earlier and I asked if it was possible to have the room sooner. The staff was able to give me the room at 11 AM. The bed was comfortable.
The room was not very clean. There were stains on the curtains, the walls need to be repainted because were dirty. The structure is pretty old and need some renovations.

Location is good and close to train station. They gave us a code for entry after 22:00. One of the nights we came back after 22:00,. We put the code to gain entry but the door wasn’t opening. We attempted more than 10 times and still the same. We called the number to explain to them we can’t get in. The person that answered with a rude tone saying why didn’t you go out with the door code. I explained that we did but it did not work. All he could say was keep trying. They never came. We attempted at least 20 times before the door finally opened.
Smelly wardrobe. Dirty and tattered duvet left inside wardrobe. The receptionist at the desk was unprofessional, not welcoming and definitely did not have a friendly approachable manor. We planned our stay for 2 nights, but we then decided to pay for one more night and we did this online and naturally assumed it would be updated and the receptionist would see, but sadly this was not the case. After our two days had expired, at exactly 11am, the check out time, the receptionist came, banging loudly over and over at my door for quite some time whilst I was in the shower, I was concerened as to why someone would bang at my door like that! I then anxiously managed to open the door and the receptionist said that my room had expired, and she would give me 5 minutes vacate the room. I did not understand why she was saying that. I tried to explain to her that I paid for extra night online and that she should check on their system, but she unfortunately did not
listen. All she kept saying was that she would gives me 5 mininute to come out of the room and that it has expired. I did not know how else to explain it to her. I told her to at least check their computer and give me 10mins to finish in the shower, which she then agreed.I then went downstairs at the reception and I started explaining to her all over again that I have paid for one more night. She still couldn’t understand me. Then she phoned her manager. Which I explained to the manager exactly as did to her. Then the manager asked her to check on their computer if payment was made,?which she confirmed. Then she said I should go back to my room.

Location
Reception (was not good with English or German, but was OK)
Parking was so hard (underground parking)
Life (elevator) was horribly old and scary
The toilet was one of a kind. There was no flusher, but an ordinary water tap which you need to keep open until the "stuff" disappears. Please fix that..!!!
