Bardzo komfortowy

Ładny duży pokój, dobre śniadanie, ładny wystrój, dobra kolacja z pięknym widokiem na tarasie

Obok hotelu, pod oknami mieszkańcy urządzają sobie rajdy samochodowe całą noc. Nie da się spać! Brak zasłon , nie da się zaciemnić

W akompaniamencie dziwnych dźwięków z wentylacji

Dobre śniadanie.

To już nasz trzeci pobyt w tym hotelu i z pewnością ostatni. W pokoju przez cały czas huczał wentylator (czy tam klimatyzator), pomimo tego, że wyłączaliśmy klimatyzację. Po zgłoszeniu problemu w recepcji, okazało się, że nic z tym nie da się zrobić, gdyż klimatyzacja jest w trakcie konserwacji. Nie było możliwości zamiany pokoju na inny. Chcieliśmy się wymeldować i zmienić hotel, co również było niewykonalne, ponieważ nie było możliwości zwrotu pieniędzy za rezerwację. W efekcie zostaliśmy, ale pobyt skutkował nieprzespaną nocą. W recepcji nie było możliwości otrzymania zatyczek do uszu, a nie chciało nam się w nocy szukać całodobowej apteki, która z resztą jak się później okazało w Suwałkach nie funkcjonuje. Pokój z taką awarią nie powinien być udostępniany gościom, ponieważ jest to po prostu nieuczciwe. Zapłaciliśmy 390 zł za nocleg ze śniadaniem i nie było szans na porządny sen. Jest mi przykro, gdyż pierwszy raz spotkałam się z taką sytuacją i brakiem możliwości wymeldowania się z hotelu i zwrotu pieniędzy w przypadku zaistniałych niedogodności.

Watch out! The place is a scam and the owner doesn’t care!!!

The restaurants outdoor taras. Proximity to city center.

Theres was an all night wedding reception which I was not informed about prior to my stay. Loud obnoxious music. There were people screaming and shouting till 5AM. I was 2 floors above and the music was thumping and people were running around the corridors. The staff told me this is the norm. The owner doesn’t care about others when he can make a good buck on a wedding. There were no responses to my complaints directly nor via booking.com Once I left the hotel I’ve been treated like air and ignored. No compensation was offered. The restaurant was closed early. The bar was closed. The saunas were closed.

Hôtel très bien aménagé,et restaurant au top

Propreté de l’hôtel.Garage sécurisé en sous sol( payant).Restaurant Ciao Amore très très bon

Il manque peut être un coffre fort dans la chambre…et plus de pain au petit déjeuner, pas vu de yaourts (peut être est ce les touristes d’un bus qui ont tout dévalisé?)

Ihan hyvä yhden yön levähdyspaikka matkalla Eurooppaan.

Aamiainen OK. Sijainti ihan hyvä, keskustassa. Auton sai parkkiin ilmaiseksi oven viereen kameran alle.

Erilliset peitot parivuoteessa olisi ollut mukavampi meille.

Good location near Suwalki plaza. Breafast is very good.

Price for a dog has went up since last year. It was 80 PLN this time.

Cool place!

I was traveling with my family and we stayed at this lovely super clean Hotel. Checking in reception was super fast.

Restaurant waiter - young lad has forgotten one of our orders.

Receptionist Monika was brilliant, location - absolutely great, breakfast was also nice.

Internet was not working at all and on Saturday night there was a live music party at the restaurant which made the night really noisy. But besides that everything was really great and I am willing to come back to this place next time I am in Suwalki.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Restaurant is part of hotel and it offered even late dinner less than hour before closing time. Hotel has everything what one would expect. Location is good for travelers as its not far from highway but it is also close to a shopping center. Parking is right next to hotel on private property with ramps. Room was nice, cozy and comfortable. Breakfast offered very rich selection and it could be easily one of the highlights of the stay.

Nothing much to say. There wasn't anything particularly bad. Maybe just that there was small soap bar for hands available which I used completely during my one night stay. I assume I would get more if I asked (and needed) and probably they refill amenities during cleaning anyway.

Nice and cosy hotel, good value for money

Clean, good breakfast, nice little spa, big room, spacious underground parking

More fresh air in the room would be nice. There was smell from the chimneys outside so we did not want to open windows and without forced ventilation there was lack of fresh air in the room. Option for third bed for the kid would be great

Superb

Very good value. Better than expected. The room was clean and comfortable (as on pictures) and the staff was super nice. The breakfast was also better than expected. Quite a good choice of food.

Not much facilities for kids. I would appreciate more breakfast options for kids such as waffles, plain cheese (twaróg)? Playroom would be great. After many hours of driving we went to the playroom in the nearby mall so our kid had a chance to move a bit.

Perfect stop over place for travellers with dogs

This is a perfect place for travellers with dogs. The dog was allowed into the restaurant for the dinner and also for the breakfast. In our experience, it is rather rear occurrence in Poland. The food was excellent, the restaurant offers room service as well. Breakfast starts at 6:30, which was super convenient. Staff was so kind and welcoming, with a great can-do attitude! We are definitely staying here again. The room had tea kettle. Ko

There is not much to do around the hotel. The mattress and blankets were a bit synthetic..
