Room was large and comfortable.
The pool closed at 5PM which was not good as the weather was too hot to stay in the sun in the middle of the day. Also, the pool is very shallow at 1.2 metres. Also, there was no bar at the hotel. The Italian restaurant at the hotel was too expensive so we got a taxi to a restaurant. The hotel is in a very quite location and there is nothing close to the hotel.

Lovely room, comfortable bed, bath and room had great view over marina. Friendly staff. Easy to get to by public transport. Good place to relax, an onsen nearby. However a bit far for seeing Wakayama castle etc. I think we were the only International travellers here.
I had not researched enough and it was further out of Wakayama than I would have chosen. Only two restaurants open serving set Italian tasting menu and we were not able to get a booking for the Japanese restaurant. A bakery cafe in the lobby served breakfast but did not open until 10am. I believe the Italian restaurant had a Buffet breakfast. The 'Porto Europe' amusement park nearby was interesting to visit but was not open at night for other dinner options.
4.0
The view at the balcony and bath tube.
Carpark is at the back of the hotel which need to walk 4min and it was raining. The lots infront of the lobby was blocked.

The location was absolutely gorgeous. It was close to the Porto Europa and Kuroshio market complex, so it was very convenient. Definitely pay the extra to include breakfast - it was delicious and extremely varied. I also liked the room, it was comfortable and had an excellent view of the yacht harbor.
This isn't really the hotel's fault but there aren't any restaurants or convenience stores around the hotel. The restaurants only offer course menus for dinner, so grab something to eat outside before turning in for the evening.

The hotel had a beautiful lawn and the decor in the lobby was very inviting.
Where to start….the beds were very hard, the carpets and curtains felt old and sticky (dirty). The air conditioning in the room barely seemed to be working. Check in is at 3pm and in order to guarantee that you can make a reservation at one of the hotel restaurants you probably need to let them know ahead of time which is hard because you haven’t checked in yet.
3.0
It’s beside the seaside & resort like atmosphere.
There’s nothing in the hotel and around this area especially under COVID. There was no dinner place in the hotel...

The view and the staff commodation
The room smells like cigarette but the staff change the room immediately . No convenience store near by. The room is so hot
4.5
Spacious hotel in Japan
The restaurant seems always fully booked for dinner by the outsider.
