Spacious two interconnected rooms, ideal for families.

tranquil
dodgy stair to the attic room. The breakfast was very basic and with a boulangerie in the village some croissant and fresh baguette would have made it memorable.

Fantastic host - friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast too, including home made marmalade, jam, yoghurt etc.
Building itself was a lovely place to stay as well.
Everything was great.

I was walking and got there early and the owner came quickly to check me in when I rang. He was very friendly and spoke English well to answer my questions and help with transport problems for the next day. Great price.
It's a bit run down and shambolic. Faded glory. It doesn't really look like the advertised photo which makes it look very grand.

It was quaint, typical very french countryside home at a lovely location

Plenty of room for our family. The host stayed up until midnight so we could check in later, which was very kind. Breakfast was nice with other guests.

We had a lovely stay here on our way to Le Berry. The owner was very friendly and we had some nice chats on the history of the place and on his kids' hobbies. The room was clean and spacious, and with breakfast included in the very reasonable price it was very good value for money.

Very friendly and helpful owner.
Spacious rooms
Not so comfy beds (too short; thin matras)
No real shower (attic family room)
Ketlle + coffee/thee, but no milk/creamer or spoon.

Continental breakfast was ok, daughter loved the horse roaming in the back, family room was massive. Very friendly owner and cat, large old house with original staircase/wallpaper.
Noise from road so couldn’t have window open at night and was very hot. Beds not comfy at all and only hand shower over a corner bath which wasn’t so handy. On Monday everything is shut so had to go to Troyes for dinner (which was nice but wasn’t the idea after a long drive!)

Great room and house with tons of charme. Breakfast was very delicious. We already booked it again
The shower would be even better with a shower curtain

The location was great to break my long drive up. There is a good pizzeria with many options within a short walk away. The host and his kids that I met there were kind and welcoming. The house shows its age, but that is what I loved about it. The room we stayed in had electronic shutters so we could block the light out!!
If I had to pick something, it would be that there was no actual hand soap provided in the bathroom. However, there was body wash, so that is what we used.

Very friendly owner.
Really nice old place. A house with character!
Some people may dislike the cracking noise of the wooden doors and floor but we really liked it. It fits the house old character.
Really nice big rooms with lots of fun toys for the kids to play with.
Very spacious and comfortable bath room.
Nice and comfy soft beds.
Some dusty windowsills with dead insects could have been cleaned (easy job:))
The really big bath did not have any hook for the shower to hang on. So it’s really only for taking a bath rather than taking a shower standing in the bath ;)
The double bed was a bit too short for me (190cm).

Perfect location as a stop on the way to the ferry in Brittany , relaxed evening in a pretty setting with room to run free for kids. Accommodation was simple but clean, perfect for 1 night. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast of fresh bread and homemade jam
Maybe some fruits, yogurts at breakfast.

Top area, possible to eat outside on camping table, trampoline and nice Poney, a must for family with little kids!
