Wouldn't stay there again.

Location was great. No parking at the Hotel though so street parking is the only option.

Dirty linens. Elevator wasn't working. Toilet was clugged and when I told them, instead of sending a maintenance person, they handed me the plunger so I would do it myself. Room phone wasn't working, even when I told them, they never sent anyone to check it.

El desayuno si bien es incluido es muy precario. Y no está bien servido. Entiendo que es Cortesía...según informo el hotel. Café frío y leche fría... Tostadora pequeña .. y agua caliente solo de dispenser.... Pero demora en tomar temperatura. Recomendaciones: hervidor eléctrico, microondas, variedad de pan dulce...

El lugar agradable el servicio de desayuno con carencias y personal con falta de capacitación y amor por servir

Las habitaciones estuvieron muy bien , limpias y cómodas

El recibimiento del personal de recepción ya que no se encontraban en la recepción y toque la campanita y se molestaron por que la toque 2 veces , también me solicitaron un depósito de $1,000 pesos mismo que no está estipulado en la app y lo requerían en efectivo a lo que yo les comenté que no contaba con efectivo y me pidieron ir al banco y sacar dinero o cancelar la reservación , también el desayuno NO es desayuno como tal es solo un snack o estate en pie por que solo te dan yogurt, cereal , pan , jugo de naranja rebajado y fruta picada , si crees que can a dar un desayuno sencillo te llevarás una desilusión

Deberías poner la distancia a la playa real

El personal muy amable y atento es lo único rescatable

La playa está más de 500 mts la calle para llegar está abandonada a la orilla de un río de aguas negras y en su anuncio dice a solo 100 mts . El aire acondicionado y los ventiladores no servían La alberca es demasiado pequeña El precio es accesible pero por ya me dí cuenta por qué .

Una estancia agradable

La alberca es pequeña pero excelente, el espacio es muy confortable, cuentan con una sala de estar que para nosotros que fuimos en familia grande nos encanto poder tener la cena ahí, excelente ubicación.

El desayuno es muy limitado en cuanto a la variedad de productos, el espacio para el desayuno es muy bueno, solo las opciones de alimentos es muy limitada.

Todo muy limpio, la señorita de recepción excelente muy amable y atenta, así mismo personal de mantenimiento

Lamentablemente no cuenta con estacionamiento y la zona es algo conflictiva ya que Justo afuera del hotel no se permite estacionarse

The area is safe and it is easy to commute to the beautiful beaches either by bus or uber.

We had a comfort stayed.! The beds are very comfy, ac worked well and kept the room cool and cozy. The hotel staff are amazing, i chatted with Jorge, Alejandro Jose, Manuel and even the security guard, they all made me feel safe and welcome. They provided lots of important information about the different beaches and “must go “ places. We visited Conchas Chinas, very rocky and kind of aggressive waves. Good for pics and a relaxing time but not to swim. Garza Blanca Beach and Esmeralda Beach are Beautiful!! Because there are not waves there, these are definitely my favorite beaches to spend the entire day and swim. Easy to get there by uber, I only paid about 6 dls from the hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel. No breakfast offered, however there are many places to eat near by, 2 to 3 blocks walking. The hotel location is great to access to the South or North side of PV, either by bus and pay 10 pesos or by uber and pay a little more. Coffee shop next to the hotel, however it would be perfect if the hotel had coffee in the room!

No coffee in the room. Beach nearby is not pretty.

Everything was great! The front desk staff, maids and security guard were very polite and very helpful. Our apartment in the hotel was very comfortable. The engineer fixed our television promptly and was very helpful. The location is great. We plan to return one day soon. I highly recommend this hotel. It feels like home. The staff makes you feel like family.

We spent most of the time at the pool which was magnificent, the common areas were lovely.

The pool area was magnificent, it was so comfortable and clean. The staff were amazingly helpful.

The kitchen was very basic - I didn't use it but there were no utensils or kettle and it was old and poorly stocked. The fridge was not even running. The rooms were ok but with being on the main road it was very noisy for sleeping.

Gem of a place

Loved the character and decor of the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The pool area was awesome. It was a last-minute find for us and the staff were wonderful.

The beds were a bit hard and noisy area outside.

It is close to everything important to me. The apt was spacious and comfortable.

Some of the kitchen areas require a closer cleaning. Counters were not completely cleaned, and the table and chairs had food debris on them. The pool is small, and there was a film on the tiles in the pool. My skin also had a funny film on it. I believe it had too much chlorine or whatever they used to disinfect it. The loungers were also stained. I used a towel to lay on it. It's not a comfortable experience.

nice pool but not good value

the Pool is clean and the pool area is really nice. it’s really clean and there are options to have breakfast around (except Sunday!).

the hotel needs maintenance: the shower was clogged, the mattress was too hard for me and the tv didn’t work. Also, they don’t provide anything that’s not strictly necessary. only one little soap for 2 people for 3 days is not enough. Would be nice that they provide at least bottles of water.

It was a very good holiday and it met my expectations because i have stayed there before.

location, central wherever i needed to go. friendly staff but not intrusive. Pool was excellent.

Excellent property great service and people

rooftop pool with the beautiful outdoor furniture and pergolas the courtyard and beautiful bonus room

the mattress in our room was uncomfortable to sleep.

Good location, but noisy

The roof top pool is a very nice addition to the stay.

Our room has windows to the street. It was extremely noisy. No difference if window was closed or not.
