A great stay!

The hotel is great, it’s big and spacious with a fabulous pool and views over the ocean. Sunrise was amazing! The food was good from the buffet, not amazing but did the job. Staff were friendly. I had a massage and it was amazing - there’s also a hair salon and gym too. Drinks outside of the all inclusive were very well priced. Pool staff were very attentive. Live music every night was great! I did the old town tour, street food tour and giraffe walk with Travel4Purpose who is linked to the hotel and they were amazing! Definitely get in touch with Sham on Instagram

Minor things really, but my aircon wouldn’t change temperature so it was either freezing or too hot. I only stayed for 3 nights and my towels and bedding were changed everyday which I don’t think is necessary due to excessive laundry.

beautiful view to the sea, the rocks made the hotel unique, nice maintenance of around garden

the shower quality, taps not working properly, water go out of shower to the floor and there is no drain, my ac was not working properly until they came fix it.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection.

I was given a room at a very bad location. My booking was for garden view, but all I could see was a wall &driveway on the side of the door and a corridor/roof from the balcony side. Staff was very unhelpful and actually showed me an even worse room as an alternative. The bathroom was riddled with black ants.

great location service could have been better.

greaT location .

calling reception and getting the service fulfilled was a complete joke, from room service to an iron. called for room service one hour later we called back saying where is food to them saying they ran out of burgers.

don’t expect reception to do simple things can I borrow an iron, asked 2 different days second day I called back and she was confused I haven’t received yet. Anything to pay for they couldn’t be more happier to serve.

Disappointing

The location was good and they often had entertainment during the evenings. The staff were polite when we complained and gave us a free lunch.

The room smelt damp and the curtains on the window were thin cloths which allowed all the light in. There was a huge bright light just outside of our window which disrupted our sleep. When we asked for an ironing board they send us an old board with many holes in it. Ironing our clothes on that would just have damaged our clothes

Exceptional

We liked the location of the facility, the food, the helpfulness of the staff and the beautiful trees.

It's not nice to have the mini bar locked. Any person may not be able to cool the drinks they bring outside the hotel. The minibar opens when drinks are purchased from the hotel. Flexibility can be provided in this regard.

In the 6 days I stayed there, I only had 2 hot showers. I complained twice to the reception, they promised something would be done and nothing was done. The air conditioner in my room wasn’t working on the first time, but credit to them for fixing it the next day. Also, the cocktails are very bad. I tried 4 different types and they were all very bad.

Exceptional

The food was exceptional and in good portions too. The location is good for early morning runs on the beach. It has a gym and the pool is remarkable with a good view of the Indian Ocean. The staff were friendly and courteous and the environment is serene.

comfortable stay at the beach.

There is a very nice view of the beach and a comfortable distance from it. The hotel has a very nice beach-side vibe. The food was also very nice, for both breakfast and dinner.

Unfortunately the services provided were discounted due to pandemic restrictions. Interactions with the staff were minimal. The air-con in our tiny room was not well-functioning and it took a long time to fix it - quite a headache during hot seasons.
