The only good thing about the facility was the location, every other thing is very poor
the rooms were poorly maintained, the food was really not good and we didn’t have light and water for a whole day
3.7
rooms were sizeable enough location was good.
smelt slightly odd.
the showers are disgusting.
3.7
View
Dirty/stained rugs, towels and sheet
3.7
The eco friendly environment
The bathing soap was the poorest quality..the liquid soap made from mixing some chemical.
3.7
Access to the beach.
The bedsheets smells.

Breakfast was nice, bed was comfortable. Access to beach was good
Room had no power or water when we checked in. Only moved to new room when we insisted

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. I loved the African themed decor.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful (they are the greatest asset to this establishment).
The room was very nice and cool, and the AC worked perfectly.
There was a beautiful sitting area at the front of the room with comfy seats and a swing which is perfect for just outdoor chat.
The windows are secured against insects and mosquitos. Whilst mosquito nets were provided, I did not hear or see any mosquitos Indoors.
The room is dated in places and needs upgrading. For example shower heads and taps. Hand and bodywash holders were not working either (though there was soap). One electric socket was not working but others were working fine. However, despite all that we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

the manager send someone to hell the nock out of my door and try to crash in and speak in Swahili and when I ask English he said no English, my visitor said, he is saying “the manager know u r not alone” so what? I f… pay for my room and I am a tourist here, so scary so unprofessional and when u went down manager said sorry i sent the boy to the wrong room

Only had breakfast it was great however it was the same for everyday and nothing else.
better breakfast selection

Great place to relax especially on the spacious terrace. Hundreds of palm trees surrounding the stylish huts that are built of wood combined with typical African signs. This ressort is different to the other other beach ressorts in this area.
The DJ on Sunday night was great.

Very courteous staff, helpful the whole stay. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere and Nick was kind and informative on our checking out.
All was good.
3.7
The hotel is cozy and nicely decorated. A wonderful terrace in front of the beach. Very kindly employees.
Great location close to GoKart where we booked 2 half days biking tours
Breakfast could have had more options in fruit and juices

it’s not mentioned that its a vegetarian restaurant

Amazing location and lovely staff.
TV didn’t work

Very well furnished the traditional concept is on point.
However the maintenance of the rooms is so poor till one feels that everything is not clean from the rusty curtains to the poorly maintained shower heads to taps and the worse smelly beds.
Maintenance maintenance maintenance. Thorough cleanliness attracts more. Change change and clean the beds thoroughly.

African Design, Front brach balcony
The bathroom was not clean and needs a lot of improvement. No fridge

The breakfast was pathetic, why 3 types of potatoes? And cabbage leaves in the morning, everything cold, and i couldn't get a room service. The view was perfect worth my money .
Customer service and the food.

I had a room with a sea view and it was fantastic definitely, the room was big enough and a big balcony.
The breakfast was very cold and all the spoons had rust, not Good at all.
3.7
Staff was always friendly. The location right on the beach is fantastic.
The room was cleaned only upon request. Some days not at all. Necessary repairs (no water for shower, leaking toilet) was attend several days later. One morning there was a rat running around the room. Later, I found remains all over my clothes. Management apologized, but didn't do anything about it.
3.7
The location at the beach
Individual hand craft arrangements of garden and restaurant
The food vegetarian is good however some variation would-be good, also for the restaurant card.
3.7
I liked that the resort rooms are in cottages and the African theme made the room look marvelous.
I didn't like it that they had not included their restaurant was vegetarian only. We traveled every day to other restaurants for lunch or dinner.
3.7
Location was prime being right on the beach front and near excellent restaurants.
The rooms have not been maintained to a good standard. Bathroom fittings (taps were corroded and past their life!). No shower gel or soaps, no waste paper basket, hair dryer broken, towels very threadbare and stained.
