Céntrico, buen parking, piscina genial, un remanso de paz dentro del caos de tráfico del País.

Buscábamos algo cerca del aeropuerto con piscina y este Hotel está muy bien. La piscina súper y las instalaciones están bien.

Los precios del restaurante son caros y no están muy pendientes de los clientes y hablan bastante mal inglés. Necesitamos imprimir las tarjetas de embarque y no obtuvimos ninguna ayuda por parte de la chica de recepción. Limpiaron habitación pero no hicieron las camas…..

Poor ...

Ideally located for the airport. Had the pool been operating as it stated on booking.com it would have been great.

The pool was almost empty and according to a staff member had only just been cleaned the day before and was in the process of being filled..a blatant lie...I could not hear any pumps filling and the water was dirty.. The special meat platter was a re heated mixture of whatever the cook muster.. Chips were cold and had to ask for them to be reheated...which they by cooking them in oil further...they returned the same amount not even on a fresh plate..the locals next table had food so hot they burnt their fingers touching it.. The waiter who understood English perfectly all of a sudden could not understand when we told him that the meat was tough and not fresh.. Overall very disappointed...

Great value, exceptional friendly service

The rooms were very comfortably furnished with a good room for kids with single beds which meant they didn’t have to share beds. It was very quiet and air conditioned. The pool area was great - very relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide an exceptional service. They brought us a complimentary fruit platter while we were sitting out at the pool.

Generally ok when you need a place near the airport for a one night stay.

The location is near the airport, which means it's fine for an overnight stay if you plan to travel on the next day. It is very basic in relation to the price. The breakfast was very basic, which isn't great when you travel with kids.

Price in relation to quality. the breakfast was very basic. No buffet or menu, but salad, sausages and egg served at your table.

Exceptional

The room was comfortable and quiet. It was so nice to sleep with open window and to hear only the rooster in the morning. The breakfast was really good and the staff always friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a few minutes to the airport (but you don't hear the airplanes) and the taxi ride from the airport is cheaper than from the airport to Tirana city centre.

The hotel is close to the airport, that's what we are looking for. The staffs were so helpful and kind, no words to describe. We ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing.

My experience was wonderful, thanks to bird park resort staff.

The staff were very welcoming and good , food was nice , people were looking at us strangely though because we were blacks but I guess it’s because they don’t see many around them.

The fact that only two people understood English

the pool really is more like a duck pound - at least judging from how clean it looks. to be fair, this was early season and perhaps the pool hadn’t been properly cleaned for the season yet. also, didn’t see the much acclaimed sauna.

Disappointing

I've seen as option there is charger for electric cars. When I came over it was offered as regular electric plug 230V in very bad condition in the grass outside. So far from charger but still EVSE in the offer of this hotel.

Great place

It was a wonderful place. The staff was so friendly and I had a great time there. Room was very clean and comfortable. They have a big restaurant and I really enjoyed the traditional Albanien food there. In the summer is perfect for camping and to enjoy the pool. I strongly recommend it 😀

Clean rooms and nice facilities including pool.

Large clean and functional room in nice setting. The pool looked great but I didn't have a chance to use it and the staff were friendly and helped sort out a taxi to Kruje castle the next day. The restaurant was decent and was well priced.

Location is a little out of the town on a busy road (not ideal for me on my bike). For Albania the hotel felt a little expensive considering it was off season.

Extreme noise, small rooms, lack of facilities, no sleep - the worst hotel we've ever stayed in!

The swimming area was good. The restaurant food and service was both good.

We booked this place for 5 days but was told on arrival that they only had a room for 1 day. This problem was resolved but we were given a very small room with very limited facilities - shower that kept falling down, no tea/coffee making facilities, no telephone, no information booklet etc. All of this we could have handled. We were in the area to visit family so only really needed the hotel for sleep. That is where the biggest problem occurred. On two separate nights, the hotel was hosting parties (first an engagement and then a wedding). Our room was very close to the entertainment venue and on the first occasion the noise went on until after 1am, then on the second occasion, it didn't finish until after 4am! The level of noise was horrendous - imagine trying to sleep at a concert, standing right next to one of the huge speakers and you get the idea. Complaining to the staff ended up with us not paying for one night of our stay but they refused to ask the people to turn the volume down - the result was that we came home from our 'holiday' feeling totally exhausted. As a restaurant/ bar and place to enjoy a swim, this place is fine but they have not understood that when people come to a hotel that means they want to sleep. Would advise anybody thinking of booking this place to avoid at all costs.
