Would not visit that hotel again

Really clean

We asked for help to go back to the airport and how were we able to get a taxi. We asked the staff and the response and they mentioned a paper they left for us at the room had options. We trued those options and it didnt work. We went down again and now the responde was “I don’t know, I cannot help you”. We lost probably 3 hours that day because of that. We looked by ourselves for about an hour and found an option online.

Nice hotel

- good localization as we were going to bovilla lake, - nice staff, very helpful and friendly, - great view of the city from the bar, nice decor, - clean room, good air conditioning, strong WiFi, - free parking in an underground garrage Overall its a good place to stay :)

- there was a bad smell from the pipes in the bathroom initially. It was better after we rinsed the drain grate - TV was in the room but no channels were available (this was just a quick check, we didn't need the TV so it was fine for us, maybe hotel staff would be able to help here) - water was dripping from air conditioning to the floor of the balcony

The staff of the hotel is excellent! It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. You can ask everything at Dennis and he will fix it. Fantastic staff!

The location is good as the hotel is located in a quiet street but it is out of the way. It is not near the centre of the Kamez area. The room was of a good size and pretty clean though I found a small bug when I first went in which I squashed. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The shower worked and the rooms were cleaned when I requested it. The staff here are wonderful hosts and were very helpful. They recommended good restaurants in the area.

The flush did not work. This was a problem during our stay. Also, the gate to the car park is not automated so we had to keep asking for it to be opened. We checked in very late so we did not get the updated WIFI code during check in The code displayed in the room was the old WIFI code. The hotel is a bit out of the way so visitors need to be aware of this. My top tip would be to put some thicker curtains in the room as the sunlight in the morning disturbed our sleep.

The staff were extremely friendly and the manager was super helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the hotel bar was really stylish with a cool quiet rooftop area as well to watch the sunset.

Great!!!!

Nice, big and clean room with air-condition. Host was great, food was delicious. Beautiful view from hotels terrace. There was no noise from outside. Car was parking in garrage and there are many parking place around hotel.

Everything was great!
