it’s not what was advertised and it doesn’t have the spa pool area as per their description
view was ok if you looked over the solar panels and ignore the paddock below
air conditioning was broken
no futon as per description
private pool was tiny
not value for money
manager wasn’t helpful, he provided a fan as a substitute for air conditioning but when the temp is 38.c it’s very difficult to sleep
underwhelming and not what we expected

The great service and quiet atmosphere was excellent. It’s close proximity to everything made it an ideal location.
The only complaint was the small bugs that came to visit each evening were unwelcome.

Beautiful selection of breakfast served on the terrace was lovely
Limited hot water, couldn’t use jacuzzi
Airport transfers were expensive

it’s quite, clean and private
the phone was located upstairs in the bedroom. it made it inconvenient to order room service

lovely villa with a pool which I wish was heated so we could use during Oct weather. views were amazing. breakfast options were delightful. great location!!
breakfast would come later than scheduled time which was a bit annoying.
room would get really humid if the AC isn’t on but if the AC is on then it’s too cold.

beautiful rooms and a stunning view!

The staff was so friendly and amazing! Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning; along with dinner. The food was amazing! Staff were personable and super friendly. Maria at the front was so accomodating and always available. Alex, the server, was so kind and respectful. Tikas, the transportation (taxi), went above and beyond expectation. He took us to the most beautiful sights and took our photos as a family; basically went out of his way to make us feel important and cared for. Not only do they have a taxi service at the resort (extra charge) but you can book ahead of time! The view from the balcony and hot tub were breath taking; even got to watch the sunrise/moonrise every morning/night.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend this resort.
There's nothing we didn't like.

the rooms were nice with the pool
the day spa is NOT IN USE. this was the reason why I booked in the first place. lots of things were not utilised ie. wood fire pizza oven no spa which it is called a resort and spa. I found out the staff actually live in the spa i thought this was disgusting of the owners. the bar was run by an amazing young man but it was such a small bar with very little for him to apply cocktails with. for the money they were charging a night I feel the owners were really stingy this upset me a lot.

good views.
everything! we didn’t have water for 3 hours during the morning 7 to 11 and we couldn’t even brush out teeth. no apologies from property management. also they sent us to their owned restaurant at Fira and we’re served with raw chicken.. overall terrible experience and none customer service

View was great especially at night with the moon over the wate. And you can walk across the road to the other side and get an amazing view of the sunset!
The suit was spacious.
A bit out of the way and booking a taxi through the hotel is more expensive

We booked this hotel to have more relax but stay close to the Caldera at the same time. The room was so nice and we had a private pool for us😊
However, we though the price was quite expensive considering the overall experience but we liked it and It’s ok. The breakfast was great!!🥤
Please note : this hotel does not have the Caldera view
Quite dark during the night, there are no lights in the common spaces and there is no music at all…we were forced to move out of the building every day to enjoy the night somewhere else.
Wi-Fi connection is really bad and does not work.

I liked the view, the style of the room, the selection of breakfast items. I like that the location is not in a busy part of town. The view was mesmerizing and the pool was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and kind.
The time selection for breakfast is limited. I understand that it is a relaxing island vibe, but sometimes we need breakfast to be before 8 a.m.
The sofa bed for our 5 yr old could be better. I think if it was a pull out sofa, it would be more comfortable. I did not ask for a rollaway bed because it says on the Booking.com that none was available. We asked for a drying rack and were not provided with one.

Where to begin! The food at the restaurant was wonderful and reasonably priced for the island. That said- It’s hard to put a price on convenience! The kitchen closes from 5-8 PM so if you are traveling with a family keep that in mind as you might need to adjust your routine dinner time a bit. They have wine, beer, sodas and a limited mixed drink menu. No bar tender on staff so don’t expect craft cocktails by the poolside. We had breakfast in the room each morning and they offer a wide selection, something for everyone. You fill out a breakfast menu card the night before and indicate what time you’d like breakfast delivered to your room- earliest is 8 AM so If you’re littles are up earlier than that be sure to pick up some snacks to keep in the room from the nearby market. We can’t praise the staff enough. Truly a delight! The kitchen staff (Geo, Liton and others) especially were attentive and so so SO hard working; not one single need of our families went unattended to. We basically had food on demand which with small kids is critical. They were engaging with our children and even took extra time to answer my questions about Greek food preparation! Now I know the secret ingredient to tatziki sauce! They really did go above and beyond. I overheard Geo giving our five year old swimming tips as she tried swimming without her arm floaties for the first time in the Dome pool. The rooms were clean, comfortable and relatively spacious. They are larger than rooms on the caldera side for sure. We opted for the in room jacuzzi which I wouldn’t recommend. It takes forever to fill, the water temperature is Luke warm and the jets aren’t strong. I’d get a standard room and forgo the added cost of the in room tub. Also I misinterpreted the sleeping arrangement of the junior suite- it is one large open room with a corner bed and a living room seating space they convert into a twin size (slightly smaller) sleeping pallet.
I thought our children (ages 3 and 5) would have their own separate sleeping space in a living room with a partition or door allowing for some adult evening privacy and that was not the case. We weren’t able to switch rooms once we discovered my error so just ask clarifying questions about the room set up if you have them. I did also consider The room with the lofted bed but it has an open, stone staircase with no hand railing which is too risky with our clumsy littles. So again, just clarify. I would recommend Getting a room facing the pool to avoid the hot afternoon sun beating down on your room. We did have an AC and boy was grateful we had it but bring earplugs if you are sensitive to sound as a sleeper because it was very loud. On the island as a whole you cannot consume the tap water and cannot flush toilet paper/wipes - so prepare accordingly. We made a stop at the market for bottled water and placed the larger covered waste bin in the bathroom for our weeklong stay. The pool is refreshing, other then our kids using it and the occasional sunbather, it was empty. The location was excellent; midway between the northern most and southern most parts of the island. There was on site parking for our rental car which the staff helped us arrange in advance of our arrival at a competitive rate and arranged for the car to have a car seat. Pro tip: if traveling with kids 100% get a rental car. And don’t even think about coming to Santorini if your kids are still in a stroller or carrier. Hard pass. HARD. One of our daughters took a nasty fall and the other had an epic meltdown over having to wear tennis shoes with a sundress (yes….I know) and the front desk staff, Mr. George and Ms. Velisiliki, provided all we needed to mend a sunset boo-boo & overcome a 5 year old fashion crisis…first aid kit, ice packs and colorful watermelon slices! Thank you Both!

Property is clean, rooms are spacious, bed very comfy. Pool is great, if you are looking for a better, book a room with a outdoor hot tub.
Staff is smiley and nice.
Breakfast was done very simply, omelette done below average quality and we expected higher standard. Also lack of communication between staff regarding timing and check out, breakfast before we leave looked like they gave us two dry take- away sandwiches and two apples which is ridiculous, just because they have disorganized staff…. I don’t recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The room was lovely with plenty of space, amazing aesthetics, and a really nice view! We really enjoyed having breakfast delivered to our room every morning
The hotel was also quite close to Oia and the airport, which made transportation very easy and quick!
