Beautiful glass igloo, very cosy and fully equipped. Great spot to watch the aurora. The staffs were super helpful, especially the lady working the morning shift. The Utsu restaurant was wonderful too.
Nothing.

We booked a one night stay in hopes of getting an exceptional Northern Lights experience in Lapland. We didn't get lucky with weather for the Northern Lights though, however in our opinion this was truly the best igloo experience in Lapland you can find from many aspects - starting with location, views outside the igloo and in the area, as well as complimentary sparkling wine and marshmallows upon arrival. The property is beautiful and provides a wonderful service, the breakfast was quite good. The dinner at the restaurant was delicios as well, however quite expensive.
For sure the best igloo experience in Lapland, however we felt there were areas the hotel could improve considering the price per night.

I was in Igloo 2 which was perfect. The room was amazing. Loved the little kitchen and shower too. It included a kettle, microwave, fridge, pod coffee machine, sink and all kitchenware. Staff very friendly, kind of leave you to it. Not overbearing. You will have to take your luggage to your igloo yourself which isn’t unreasonable. You carried it from a different country, I don’t get why people are complaining about taking it to the igloo themselves. The room was actually too hot for me, I couldn’t sleep the first night…
ROOM TEMPERATURE
If you find it too hot like me, there is a tiny silver dial next to the door when you enter which you can adjust. No one told me about this, just about the AC remote. After I adjusted it was perfect.
THE BED
Definitely comfy (and electronically adjustable!), but most hotels have an option of pillows and blankets. The provided ones were far too thick/heavy and they didn’t have alternatives. For the price, I think it would be worth the hotel investing in an extra set of thinner pillows (this is a must!) and duvets.
BREAKFAST
Some hot, vegetarian options would be great like hot veggie sausages, baked beans, toast etc, especially since we’re in a cold country, we kind of look forward to a warm meal when we wake up although I don’t know what a traditional Finnish breakfast is. I mainly had cold bread and butter and cornflakes, although the quality of the food was amazing, especially the smoked salmon.

The place actually exceeds your expectations. From looking at the photos online and then we arrived in a snow storm - it was truly magical!
It is a very popular restaurant which we didn’t realise before going, so booking dinner times ahead (particularly if you want to sit in the upstairs part) is essential.

Stunning setting and excellent food from the restaurant. Brilliant service - went above and beyond to accommodate us.

It was an unique experience. The igloo number 22 was very comfortable, had all the facilities you would expect and the views were stunning. We stayed only one night in the superior premium igloo. We were very lucky to see the northern lights twice in the same night for hours, but I recommend to stay at least 2 nights to increase your chances and also to enjoy the igloo and the common areas.
They serve a delicious breakfast buffet by the fireplace with plentiful options. Also you can enjoy their beautiful Kota behind the restaurant where you can drink beverages or grill sausage /marshmallows in open fire.
Late check in 4pm and early check out 11am - for the price you pay they could be a little bit flexible.

Amazing views, great food
* More dinner options in the restaurant, not just 3 & 5-set menu
* a bit over priced

The location of the Igloos was beautiful. The Igloo's were in the nature and you had a nice view. The bed was comfortable and could be adjusted electrically. In addition, the Igloo has a window heater to clear it from the snow and to have a nice view. The Marshall speakers and the seats in front off the windows were a pro! The breakfast buffet was small but ok.
The Igloo was quite small, so the suitcases could hardly be spread out. There was also practically no way to hang up or store clothes. The food in the restaurant was good but nothing special. We found it completely overpriced for such mini portions. The service was average. What also annoyed us was that despite such a room price (over 600€ per night), the spa area could not be used. The hotel required a booking and 150€ for 2 hours. CRAAAZZZYYYYY!!! We didn't even have the opportunity to use it as someone had booked it for 4 days in full. A disgrace!

Great Iglos ideal for watching the Aurora - def. a unique experience, good breakfast and dinner
extra charges for many things such as Cappucino at breakfast which at this price is unsuitable; only one sauna which is always booked (and also at extra charge), no real facility - before checkin/upon check out no nice area to spend time - misses a nice lobby or similar; sevice also not what to expect at the pricing

This hotel is a try at least once in a life time. Our stay was an absolute fairytale. I felt so blessed to have had such am experience. we also saw the northern lights at this location. We were for a week in Finland without any luck of seeing the Northern lights and they appeared on our stay at the Iglut which made the experience even more mystical.

Amazing experience.
Breakfast was really delicious and the views were also really nice.
The Igluts are very well decorated and prepared to be comfortable.
The service has been really positive as well
So in general, the experience has been totally positive
During the night, there are some lights in the entrance which are automatically activated with movement. We were trying to enjoy the night view with the northern lights but our neighbors from the Iglut in front were constantly going out and in and the light was absolutely disturbing. My suggestion would be that during the night they can be activated only manually.
The second thing we missed was a bit more of caring in the cottage.
There were no candles or illumination, and the couple of times when we tried to go the fire was finished making the cottage quite cold to stay.

A fantastic and unique experience. We booked the prime superior igloo and it was so cosy and had a amazing view over the valley. The beds were really comfortable.
Food (dinner and breakfast) at restaurant Utsu was ok, but nothing more. The restaurant was only open between 13.00-18.00 due to covid restrictions, so you could only get lunch OR dinner, not both. They were offering a cold plate to the room for EURO 62 and some sausages that you got to grill yourself .. We had to buy lots of chips and sweets to avoid going hungry.
We booked the activities "reindeer husbandry" & "ice fishing by snowmobile" through the hotel. Reindeer husbandry was supposed to be 4 hours, but we were back already after 3 h. Took 1 hour by car to get there and 1 hour back, so we only got 1 hour with the reindeer..not worth the money! On the ice fishing tour the guide was 30 min late, but still we were back to the hotel earlier than scheduled. We got 1.5 sausages each as lunch (no bread with the sausages). On the reindeer husbandry all the gave us was a cookie.

The room is way too hot and unable to adjust the temperature
