I wouldn’t book this hotel again. It’s far from main attractions and had hoped that this would be made up by an exceptio

Traditional style hotel

We booked a suite. On arrival we were given a room that clearly wasn’t finished. I enquired as to why we weren’t given a suite as described in the confirmation and the receptionist said we were. I asked again the next day but advised we were. On departure I asked again as was told an elderly couple couldn’t take a first floor room so they took our suite! I asked why this was not advised before nor an allowance made to our prepayment. The receptionist couldn’t answer nor volunteered a refund. The bedroom had a few bits of furniture. No bins, no bathrobes, horrible corridor chairs which weee the same as ones outside next room and looked like they can from the Novotel not a heritage hotel. The place is a con.

Havre de paix avec un personnel de premier ordre

Un havre de paix dans la ville grouillante de Jaipur. Beaux jardins. Je ne pourrai jamais dire assez de bien à propos du personnel qui est aux petits soins et d'une amabilité sans paire.

La salle d'eau bénéficierait d'une meilleure aération. J'aurais préféré trouver un flexible dans la douche (goût personnel).

A lovely stay!

This hotel which was a former hunting lodge is unique as it is a heritage building and has a beautiful and peaceful surrounding. As such the rooms are not your typical 5 star hotel types with all the mod cons. It has been furnished in keeping with its heritage background. Our room was large and had everything we needed. The bed was firm and we slept very well. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good with various a la carte options. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We recommend the hotel for a unique experience.

There was a smell from the bathroom drainage, hence it is better to leave the exhaust vent running all the time and the hot water for the shower took over 10 minutes to come on but as it is a heritage property these issues are understandable.

Beautiful property, stunning gardens and pretty good customer service.

Beautiful property, mostly great customer service, ( sorry, had to drop the rating because of one unpleasant waiter) our room, (the double room) was amazing. The gardens are stunning!! Really worth a visit and stay

We found one of the waiters to be a little unfriendly and the triple room we had for our boys was really just at a standard level. It needed updating. The gymnasium was lacking in equipment and really not usable.

A beautiful oasis

This was a very beautiful property. The moment we arrived it felt like we were transported to another world. The service we received was excellent and the food we had was delicious. The highlight of our stay was our beautiful room, which was full of character and space.

The shower was not powerful and was cold .

I would go back to Jaipur just to stay at the Royal Heritage Haveli again! Exceptional!

LOVED the room and staff and the Kerala Ayurvedic Spa. I recommend putting that it is a Kerala Ayurvedic Spa in the name of the spa as it makes a difference to know that it's not just a regular spa. I would not have used it had I not learned that. We had a few treatments and they they were fantastic. The Royal Heritage Haveli is an oasis in the bustling city.

The chef was very accommodating and the food was very good, but would like more variety for vegans on the menu.

Amazing and beautiful place in the heart of the busy city of Jaipur!

It's a really amazing and beautiful place in the heart of the busy city of Jaipur. staff service and there desired to help was beyond expected. Rooms are wonderfully decorated and huge. The a la carte breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended if you are visiting Jaipur.

The only thing is that the location is a little bit far from the old city and a Tok Tok or taxi is needed.

staff ; location ; charming heritage hotel complaint about noise of trains in neighborhood made by other visitor is not correct. Yes there is some noise, but nothing disturbing.

We had an amazing stay, recommend for a two day retreat from the noisy city.

Delightful hotel with lovely facilities: attractive pool area for relaxing, nice spa where we had a lovely massage and best of all truly amazing food in the restaurant. The Chef was lovely, visiting our table at every meal and service was excellent. We had a beautiful signature suite with a bathtub. Very spacious and heated very well.

Everything was perfect. Hotel a bit far from center of Jaipur but it was a relief from the noise and chaos of the city.

A stately and charming home

Not a conventional hotel but a rather stately home, beautifully presented and surrounded by well established flowering trees and gardens. We particularly liked the room decor and the fire pits at the open-air dining. The quality of food was excellent.

Hot water took a bit longer than expected to come on and the exhaust fan was a bit noisy which probably made the stay more homely!

The property is beautiful and the staff very kind

The staff was attentive and very helpful. They were always very friendly and courteous with our needs and requests.

The cleanliness could be better as there was some dust on the furniture and fixed props in the room. Some wooden furniture needs restoration

Superb

We stayed one night here before heading back to Delhi. Our stay was lovely and we were well taken care of by the entire RHH team. The rooms are quiet and aside from the main dining terrace, you don't hear much of the traffic noise. Dinner and breakfast spread is also delicious. Cocktails are good. The in-house Frangipani Spa run by Dr Ajith is great for the ayurveda massage after a full day of sightseeing.

RHH is a small property located away from the main Jaipur attractions so if you are using it as a base to explore Jaipur, you may need some patience with the peak hour traffic.

Best hotel we have stayed at in India, could not recommend more highly

Wonderful historical property with well maintained, clean spacious rooms and beautiful gardens and pool. Staff is incredibly attentive and very friendly. Located conveniently, but nevertheless isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city due to the large property. Breakfast is superb. Having visited a lot of hotels in India and the rest of Asia, this one stands out in terms of quality and value for money.
