Casa Brisa is a beautifully spacious two bedroom villa set in a very private gated community a stone's throw from the magnificent Montana Roja.
Casa Brisa is ideal for couples or small families looking to relax and enjoy the Lanzarote Sun. With its large south facing mature garden, sun terrace and shaded Canarian alfresco area it's perfect for those long afternoons under the sun with a sangria topped off with a BBQ as the sun goes down.
Located 10-15mins walk from the ever popular Faro Park restaurants and shops all your needs for a stress free break are catered for.
Car hire outlets are widely available throughout Playa Blanca. We would recommend hiring a car as the best means of exploring the whole island of Lanzarote. Casa Brisa just 5 mins from the excellent local bus service makes it an easy option to let someone else do the driving.
If you fancy a more active holiday then Casa Brisa is perfect for this too. With plenty of space to store bikes it's a great location to head off with a road bike or head across the trails on a mountain bike. Bike hire is available close to the port of Playa Blanca at Centro Comercial Limones, about a 10 minute drive away. Alternatively make use of the 20metre pool just a two minute stroll from the garden gate of the villa. The view of the sea and neighbouring Fuerteventura is stunning as you head towards the pool.
On entrance to the villa you're greeted with a spacious hallway leading straight through to the lounge area furnished with cosy sofas and a TV with all your favourite channels. Free wifi for the duration of your stay is available. The lounge immediately opens up via French doors onto the shaded terrace area, a perfect spot to have breakfast or enjoy a book whilst surrounded by beautiful gardens.
Connected to the lounge via a breakfast bar is the amply equipped kitchen, including fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and water cooler. Leading off from the kitchen is the Canarian alfresco dining area. This area includes dining table and a chill out sofa, great for a break from the sun whilst watching over the BBQ.
Also leading off the entrance hall is the shower room with a luxurious walk in marble shower. Opposite is the master bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and gorgeous ensuite bathroom. Open the French doors of the bedroom for direct access to the sun terrace and gardens. Back across the hallway is the twin bedroom with its cooling vaulted ceiling.

After a near disastrous check in process...owner gave us wrong contact telephone number with no other means of contact on arrival at 10pm! Villa was generally clean (shower cubicle was mouldy however). Homely feel with all equipment that we needed for our 6 week stay. Hardest beds we have ever experienced and some outside areas require painting. Friendly owners but sadly we wouldn't return until some updating takes place.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Die Beschreibung und die Fotos des Ferienhauses entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und zwei Bäder zu haben, ist als Familie sehr praktisch. Auch super für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist, dass der Garten rundum eine Mauer hat. Zudem wurden uns ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt.
Für das Frühstück gibt es in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar einen kleinen Supermarkt mit der Möglichkeit Baguette und Croissants zu kaufen. Ansonsten ist auf Grund der Lages des Ferienhauses ein Mietwagen auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
Die Kommunikation mit Malcom, dem Vermieter, war schon vor der Ankunft sehr angenehm und hat sich dann mit der Begrüßung und auch während dem Aufenthalt bei Fragen genauso fortgesetzt. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus auch noch einmal buchen!

The owners were friendly and welcoming with tips on what to see locally. The villa had a lovely aspect with all day sun but also a shady terrace. Very comfortable for our 8 week stay. Quiet neighbourhood with shops and variety of restaurants within a 10 min walk.

Tolles Ferienhaus - wir fühlten uns rundum wohl
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und wirklich gemütlich (viele Kissen!) . In der Küche gab es E-Herd, Toaster, Kühlschrank+TK-Teil, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Wasserzubereiter sowie ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck. Sogar 4 scharfe Messer (toll auch zum Brotschneiden) unterschiedlicher Größe waren da und genügend große (!) Tassen und Gläser sowie Eierbecher. Das haben wir bisher nicht oft erlebt in Ferienhäusern. Wir hatten erstmals auf einem Weihnachts-Kanarenurlaub sogar unseren eigenen, wunderschön geschmückten Weihnachtsbaum (danke Ann!) und wurden mit einem kleinen Empfangspaket (Toastbrot, Kaffee, Wasser, Plätzchen, sogar Bier, Wein, Chips) und Schokopralinen (unterm Weihnachtsbaum) überrascht. Das Frühstück auf der geschützten Terrasse war morgens ein Traum. Auch abends saß man da noch lange schön windgeschützt. Es gab in den Schlafzimmern Standlüfter, die wir aber nicht benötigten. In den Schränken war sehr viel Platz. Auch eine Waschmaschine samt Wäscheständer gab es. Die Zimmer sind groß, das hätten wir gar nicht vermutet. Die schönen Fotos des Inserates sind vollkommen zutreffend. Man hätte sich auf den wirklich bequemen Liegen den ganzen Tag lang auf der so schönen Terrasse sonnen können. Als Ausgangsort für unsere Wanderungen und Ausflüge war das Haus super.
Wir erkundeten mit unserem Mietauto die Insel und wanderten (der Montana Roja ist gleich nebenan, Startpunkt der Wanderung ca. 3 km entfernt; auch die Westküste entlang kann man ab dem Haus wandern oder nach Playa Blanca rein). Es befinden sich eine Bushaltestelle, zwei kleine Supermärkte und einige Restaurants in ca. 5-10 min Entfernung (zu Fuß).
Malcolm ist ein super netter Gastgeber, der bei unserer Anreise (wir standen vor dem falschen Tor der geschlossenen und sehr sicheren Anlage) nach kurzem Telefonat (auch per WhatsApp konnten wir ihn schnell erreichen) sofort da war und uns sehr freundlich einwies. Er brachte neue Handtücher vorbei, als unser Sohn uns besuchte, und blieb zu einem netten Schwätzchen.
Die Ferienhausanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, ist wirklich schön ruhig, was uns absolut gefiel. Das Poolwasser war sehr sauber, aber für uns etwas zu kalt (18 Grad?). Im Sommer, wenn die Nächte wärmer sind, sieht das evtl. anders aus.
Malcolm und Ann, wir haben uns in eurem wunderschönen Ferienhaus pudelwohl gefühlt und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen :-) Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage.
Das Haus entsprach genau der Beschreibung und liegt in ruhiger Umgevung auf einem großzügigen Grundstück. Der Pool in unmittelbarer Nähe hat die Ausmaße eines Schwimmbades und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Casa Brisa - Amazing Summer Holidays
La casa está fenomenal, muy cuidada; tiene una distribución muy buena, es muy luminosa, acogedora, las habitaciones son grandes y tiene un patio increíble, que le da muchísima vida a la casa. Estaba super limpia y completamente equipada. Nosotros viajamos con dos niños y ellos quedaron encantados con la cantidad de juguetes que encontraron, incluyendo juguetes de playa entre muchos otros. Le sacaron un gran partido tanto a los juguetes como al patio.
También queremos destacar que nos gustó muchísimo el set de bienvenida que encontramos a nuestra llegada, que incluía una gran variedad de comida y bebida (cervezas frías, leche, zumo, agua, dulce para el desayuno, tortilla, queso, vino tinto,..), mil gracias, fue todo un detalle!!
Aunque no está a pie de playa, está muy bien ubicada, muy cerca de playas increíbles como Papagayo y de varias zonas de restauración muy chulas. La zona es muy tranquila, ideal para el descanso.
John ha sido muy atento, nos envió indicaciones super precisas para ir desde el aeropuerto a la casa, muy currado!! El último día tuvo el bonito detalle de recomendarnos un lugar para tomar un café con unas vistas insuperables de la playa de Arrecife, nos encantó!

Casa para 4 personas ,cómoda, funcional, muy bien equipada, habitaciones grandes y cómodas. Con un porche y jardín con tumbonas. Recomendable siempre que alquiles coche para moverte por la zona.

Verblijf in Yaiza
We hadden een fijn verblijf in Yaiza. Het huis was erg goed ingedeeld en gaf een ruimtelijk gevoel. Het zwembad was erg groot en proper. We waren er bijna altijd alleen. Er was veel speelgoed en door de ommuurde tuin konden onze kleine kindjes vrij buiten spelen. Er waren wel niet veel schoonmaakproducten aanwezig. Het is zeker een aanrader!

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Wir haben 1 Woche in Casa Brisa verbracht und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war wesentlich größer als wir erwartet hatten. Überaus toll war das Willkommenspaket, das für uns dort bereitgestellt wurde- danke schön. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Dass es keinen deutschen Fernsehsender gab, fand ich bei der Programmvielfalt etwas schade- vielleicht könnte man zukünftig etwas ändern. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Casa Brisa was just perfect. The villa is modern, clean, well equipped with BBQ, all kitchen equipment and there was even games, DVDs and inflatables for the children. The welcome pack was perfect and really appreciated after the long day travelling. There are seating area outside in the shade and sun so whatever the weather we could enjoy the he outside. The pool is big enough for inflatables which my children loved and is very well maintained. We spent a lot of time in it and my youngest son often didn't want to leave. Beach towels were also at the villa which was a great surprise. Bedding and towels were all changed after a week too. My boys didn't want to leave and have already told us we are going back I'm 2019. The location is quiet and a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and the beach. We will be coming back. Thanks John, Malcolm and Mandy you made our holiday one to remember and were so helpful for the moment we booked your villa.

Semana Perfecta de Vacaciones
Buscabamos una semana de tranquilidad con todas las comodidades. Lo hemos conseguido, la casa tiene todo lo que necesita una familia con una hija adolescente. Llegamos muy tarde y pudimos cenar gracias a la comida que John había dejado para nosotros. La urbanización está cerrada y lejos de las zonas turísticas de Playa Blanca. Máxima tranquilidad, John ha estado pendiente por whatsApp de solucionarnos cualquier problema. La recomiendo 100%

Amazing 2 weeks in Playa Blanca
Just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday in Playa Blanca. Casa Brisa was the perfect villa for our stay. We have 2 kids and the villa had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome pack was much appreciated also!! John was very responsive on the odd occasion we had to contact him. The pool was great and the kids loved it, especially cooling off after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend Casa Brisa if you’re thinking of a trip to Lanzarote. Thanks to the owners and of course John.

Villa perfecta en Playa Blanca
Hola viajeros!!
Recomiendo esta estupenda villa en Playa Blanca. Ideal para todo tipo de viajeros: parejas, pequeño grupo de amigos (4 personas), familias con niños...
Estaba perfectamente equipada, pensada en viajeros de todas las edades. Para las familias con niños es de interés por varios motivos: tenían juguetes, incluidos de piscina o playa y sombrilla...y un gran espacio exterior que da lugar a niños entretenidos y padres tranquilos y felices ;)
Es una comunidad muy silenciosa, coqueta y muy bien cuidada con una piscina comunitaria grande y amplia (el agua fría, pero claro, comenzando primavera...en verano supongo la piscina es como un paraíso para los enanos...)
Destaca su gran jardín de picón en forma de U alrededor de la casa que hizo las delicias de nuestros hijos, con sus 4 tumbonas y cómodo y cuidado mobiliario de jardín que nos permitió hacer vida fuera, incluida una barbacoa de la cual disfrutamos mucho. La mesa al lado de la barbacoa, el sillón exterior...ideales!!!!!!!
La casa es grande, espaciosa, luminosa y con las camas cómodas (estaría bien incluir una muda de sábanas para estancias largas, aunque creo que John lo ofrecía en estancias de más de una semana...muy bien pensado)
Tv de pantalla plana y dos sillones, todo muy cómodo para pasarlo en familia.
La cocina con todo...lavavajillas y todo tipo de menaje, incluido menaje de plástico (guardado un un cuarto al lado del cuarto de la lavadora) para niños pequeños que ya sabemos que siempre se rompe algo ;)
Dos baños amplios y muy bien cuidados... La bañera fue un éxito con nuestros enanos ;)
En general, sorprendente porque en las fotos no luce lo que en realidad es...quedamos impresionados y felices (villa de lujo)
Y algo que valoramos mucho fue la privacidad de la villa y la relación con el dueño, al que nunca conocimos porque no hizo falta, y agradecimos esta privacidad.
Tiene plancha, lavadora (el dueño nos dejó detergente...tendedero y mil cosas que no me acuerdo si quiera porque estaba todo muy bien pensado), secadores de pelo, uno en cada baño...etc.
Creo que de descansar, elijo, no sólo Lanzarote, sino esta villa que no quisimos abandonar porque fuimos muy felices y lo pasamos muy bien. Sensación de llegar a casa tras los días de ruta.

A wonderful Villa in a great location shame about the beds. wonderful welcome
My sister and I were very well looked after on arrival with a wonderful welcome pack which contained gluten free products (extremely thoughtful) Also fantastic directions. John was just fantastic and so welcoming with lots of local knowledge and vital nuggets of information. The villa is a real treasure but unfortunately the beds are not very comfortable and we had problems with the wifi connection.

Excellent value villa with everything you need
We stayed from the 11th to the 18th of October 2017. The villa was bigger than be expected, the photo's don't quite do it justice ! Everything you could need was already available. A welcome pack of bread, bacon, eggs, butter and UHT milk. Wine, biscuits, coffee and sugar too. All the relevant cloths and towels were there including a beach towel. All the things you would expect to be in a functioning modern home. The space inside and outside was excellent, you were never stuck for places to lounge ! We ate our breakfast a few times in the shaded section at the side of the villa. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. It's not far to the communal pool through the back gate, the only criticism of the pool is that there are no loungers or seats available. If you want to sit/lie in the sun while the kids play in the pool then you'll need to carry something down (there were four older loungers tucked away round the side of the villa that may have been able to have been used for this purpose). The TV worked well for our needs but we had brought a media device with us that had movies and TV already on it so didn't use the existing devices. The WiFi was a nice bonus too.
All in all, we would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to stay here (assuming you have the use of a car)

Villa very clean and airy set in its own walled garden containing beautiful flowering bushes in a gated complex within driving distance from Playa Blanca
Several eating areas around villa which allowed shaded areas and sunny parts all day.
Kitchen well stocked and modern.
WIFI and internet TV a welcome bonus as was the communal pool we visited most days clean and refreshing after a long day sunbathing

Gorgeous house in lovely quiet area
We were so impressed with the house and everything it had to offer. There was a welcome pack of everything we needed for our first cup of coffee and breakfast plus a bottle of wine!
The house has a lovely outside eating area plus plenty of loungers for sunbathing and star gazing! Communal pool was a minute walk away and was so quiet when we did use it we had it to ourselves.
The location is ideal as it's so quiet but is only a 10 minute drive into playa blanca where we ate every night and Plenty of shops for kids to enjoy as well!
We loved the nearby natura village beach with excellent snorkelling and it was so quiet there ( not many brits!) also loved playa de papagayo where there is a hiddden beach!
My husband and son went scuba diving from the diving college based on the beach.
All round thought lanzarote was beautiful, very clean and would recommend casa la brisa to anyone looking for a quiet stay in a great location.

We were pleasantly surprised, in every way. The location in the south is just out of the most touristic area, between two protected natural areas. Peaceful, quiet, beautiful.
At the house, also much more spacious then it shows on picture, we found a welcoming pack with some bread, coffee, wine, and more things for apero and breakfast. How great after such a long trip! The hosts were always quick to answer all questions we had. In the house there is really everything you could possibly think of. Perfect to cook any meal, there are toys, movies for children and for us, big wardrobes, washingroom, buggy, ... we didnt use the pool. Its clean, its there, its not very cosy, but good to use on hot days. During our stay we had rather perfect weather to visit the island and the beautiful interventions of Manrique.
When we comeback we'll certainly stay here again.
