Konum ve manzara çok iyi

Tesiste kaldığımız ilk gecenin sabahında temizlik gibi herhangi bir nedenle odaya girilmesini istemediğimizi belirtmemize rağmen televizyon koymak için odaya girilmiş ve tezgahtaki poşetimiz atılmıştı. Ülkemize geri döndüğümüzde ise iki hırkamızın da kaybolmuş olduğunu fark ettik. Bunda da aynı girişten şüphelendik açıkcası.

Amazing!

The view of the mountains and the sea is amazing! The managers of the place are really kind and always want to help you! Even if it is not in the center, it’s is super well located and you have access to free bicycles to go to the center if you want. For me much better than stay at the Center. Best place to stay in Kotor!

Very Relaxing

The upper level sea view room had a fantastic view of Kotor bay & mountains and the room is equipped of all you need for the comfortable stay. The small outdoor pool also added value to this property. Thanks to Ms. Andrea for her assistance during our stay….

Check out timing is too early (10:30am).

Don't expect luxury

The apartment was very spacious, location was quiet, and the view was perfect. The pool area was gorgeous. Hosts were friendly but didn't see much of them.

I've never given a bad review on here before, but this time we couldn't not do. The smell from the bathroom drain was extremely unpleasant. we did complain and it was put down to 'weather pressure' and were informed even if we changed rooms it wold be the same! So we continued on, but even after a quick 'fix' from the host the smell was was there most days. The bedroom was damp, and we could smell the damp each time we entered. The bed felt cold and damp as we got in it, and our clothes hanging in the wardrobe also felt the same (It was very rainy when we were there, but to feel damp inside was upsetting). The heater in the bedroom worked sporadically, and the TV did not have channel TV, only Netflix, which is not as described. The safe was hidden but not secured in a cupboard, upstairs guests were noisy, the bathroom had mould and rust, and towels had holes in them. And, there were rugs from the floor on the sofa (to protect it?) We so wanted to like the apartment more, but unfortunately not for us. I think if we had stayed 2-3 days we wouldn't have been so disappointed but we stayed 9, and were happy to leave.

The location is minblowing. Quiet from the hustle and bustle of Kotor. A 30-40 minute walk from Kotor, but a nice walk along the shoreline

it was good experience. The receptionist was really helpful and guided us to book the boat tour in Kotor.

The receptionist lady was really nice and helped us to book the Kotor boat tour which saved us a lots of time. Also introduced the surrounding area and transportation links.

A bit smells from the sewer in the bathroom. But the view and facilities were really nice.

Do not miss it ;)

Location is perferct, with beachfront, 3kms from Kotor city centre, quite quiet in the mornings and evenings. There is a parking spot right in front of the residence, and small market 500m away. Staff is very polite and friendly, making your stay comfortable and easier.

Beautifyl stay, highly recommend!

The view is stunning, and the room was spacious and clean. Valentina at the reception was amazing. The kitchen was well equipped for breakfasts.

If you are coming by car and/or wish to park near old Kotor, be ready for some serious driving contests on the road to the property! Drivers are reckless and the road is very narrow.

thoroughly recommended. We had a truly memorable stay here and kids and adults alike loved it :-)

incredible location overlooking the lake. We loved the platform for diving into the lake but also having the option of using the pool and loungers. Whilst close enough to Kotor to walk into town, the area was relatively quiet and felt a bit off the tourist trail which suited us well. The penthouse apartment was very spacious, good air con, lovely powerful showers and everything we could need. Hosts were super helpful too. Would highly recommend!

the road to town had no pavement so we didn’t risk walking back in the dark but there are plenty of inexpensive taxis or buses.

Fantastic!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Apartments Residence Portofino - out of two week trip in Montenegro and Croatia, this was by far our favourite stop! Very welcoming and friendly host, Valentina, who was always on hand to offer advice and help. Lovely pool area, there are only 5 apartments so it is never too crowded and if you time it right, you can have the whole area to yourself. We loved the bikes, which we regularly used to get in to Kotor and to the market nearby (300m). Apartment itself was clean and comfortable and spacious. Overall 10/10!

5* accommodation, Host and staff were amazing from the moment we arrived. Our apartment was extremely clean and everything we needed was supplied, including a welcome bottle of wine. Outside space, pool and surronding grounds are very well maintained and the apartments offer the most breathtaking views with an excellent location for getting around and sightseeing.

Everything was perfect. Can not think of one single thing that we were unhappy with.

Superb property

Valentina is a superb host, friendly, smiling and always happy to help. She assisted with booking day tours and transfer to Dubrovnik. The apartment is spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view from the apartment and common areas is jaw dropping. The apartment location was fantastic for us, not right in the town, but still within walking distance (approx 1-2km) on flat ground. The residence is along a unesco road, very beautiful and scenic. We hired a car and was great to have parking available at the residence. If flying into Montenegro, Tivat airport is only a 5-10min drive away.

There is nothing to not like about Residence Portofino!!

Incredible stay in stunning location

The accommodation was great, we had the penthouse which was ideal for party of 5 adults and a baby. The main living space was great for socialising and the two balconies were well used. The bedrooms were a great size as were the beds and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the pontoon straight into the sea was an added bonus and we used daily. The kitchen was well equipped and we used all the facilities. having three bathrooms made all the difference and the washing machine really helped while travelling with a baby. Valentina couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating she was so lovely , friendly and really made our stay even better. She recommended local restaurants and had contacts for boat tours and transfers. The bus stops right outside the accommodation and we used that a lot to get into kotor.

Loved the accommodation , stunning location and views. The only difficulty we faced was the road is narrow outside and there is no path which made walking anywhere tricky especially with a pram ( we did it but it was dicey in parts) however that’s not the property’s fault and is not a criticism and is just the way the town is built.

Magnificent views, with access to the water make this well equipped apartment a good find.

We were warmly welcomed by Valentina despite being an hour late. Our apartment was on the first floor with magnificent views of Kotor bay and the swimming pool. It was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and spacious (as per the photos displayed). Valentina is an excellent host. She was always on-hand to answer our questions, and arranged a speed boat excursion (which was excellent and reasonably priced). Plus points include: great outdoor seating, towels, washing machine, dryer, room safe and air-conditioning. The provision of tea, coffee, water and wine was a really nice touch and greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed our time at this property. Parking spaces are available outside the apartment and access to the water using the pontoon is a real bonus.

The apartment was faultless. It was as advertised. The only negative point for us was access to restaurants within walking distance of the property. The is a single track road running along the bay with no footpath. Drivers showed very little consideration for cyclists or walkers.

Brilliant Portofino Appartments

The apartment was immaculate and situated on the edge of the estuary with fabulous views across the water of the mountains. The host, Dragon, was really nice and couldn't do enough for us. It was a 30 min walk to the Old Town but there was a local bus every half hour for 1 euro. I would certainly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at Residence Portofino: the view, the calm, the amenities. The host was super nice and ready to help. Room was clean and comfy, kitchen perfectly equipped. We swam both in the pool and in the sea. You can walk to Kotor within 40-50 mins or take a taxi for 5-7€. Highly recommend, we would like to come back!
