Mala experiencia

La ubicación para ir al aeropuerto

Mucho ruido en las habitaciones y pasillos, se escucha todo, las camas muy incómodas, pasable para una noche, la atención mala, pues no nos informaron de que el servicio de recogida del aeropuerto se para por la tarde, fuimos únicamente por este servicio, finalmente nos fuimos con nuestro coche al aeropuerto. La señora del cheking por la noche no nos avisó y la señora de la mañana, ( más joven) muy borde, nos dice que si nos avisaron y que nos avisó con un mensaje. Yo el mensaje no lo leí xq era larguísimo y tenía mucha información y llamé por teléfono antes de reservar para asegurar este servicio, me lo confirmaron, me lo volvieron a confirmar en el chequeo de la noche y finalmente cuando nos van a llevar al aeropuerto, nos dicen q en el horario de nuestra vuelta no nos recogen, y perjurando que me lo habían dicho , dejándome por tonta, que la que no me enteré fui yo, menos mal q mi pareja estaba delante y tampoco lo escuchó. En fin que fuimos para este servicio y finalmente nos tuvimos q ir con nuestro coche al aeropuerto.

Trustable overnight accommodation close to the airport.

Breakfast was moderately good. Transport from and to the airport served in time with spacious and clean cars.

Noise insulation from the corridor and other rooms is low, take ear props with you to sleep. Beds are creaky, otherwise good.

great price for a one night stay

the price was great . The service was very good. near the airport . had a shuttle service from and to the airport would tell friends about the hotel when flying into MAD

when we landed at midnight the english was poor so it was hard to figure out where to meet the shuttle. also we couldn't whats app the hotel to let them know we were there only by phone

Sin duda repetiremos.

La atención del personal inmejorable. Todo muy limpio. El equipamiento muy digno para una habitación de paso. El traslado al aeropuerto prácticamente personalizado, Muy puntual incluso después del vuelo de vuelta, algo que no es la tónica general en ese tipo de servicio.

No puedo quejarme por nada. Un servicio muy digno para el precio que nos costó.

Все очень прекрасно. Нам все понравилось. Останавливались на одну ночь между перелётами. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Есть шаттл. Комнаты теплые и просторные, кровать большая, белье чистое. Ванная комната с душевой кабиной. Полотенца. Все есть, как в хорошем отеле. Рекомендую. Цена-качество супер.

Единственный минус-это очень неудобные подушки. У мужа была совсем плоская, он ее скрутил в шар и спал. А у меня была каменная, непробиваемая. Остальное все отлично.

Excelente

A pesar de que está en una zona que no es estrictamente urbana, hay un restaurante muy simpático "El Canario" que nos ofreció muy buena comida a muy buen precio. Otro elemento que hay que valorar es el transporte al aeropuerto por un precio adecuado, esto es muy importante si uno no conoce o no sabe qué transporte utilizar.

terrible place, you should never had it listed

This is the lowest level motel, the Booking.com should rate it NO STAR . More, the ad for the hotel claims it to have FREE SHUTTLE to Madrid airport. First, they had no shuttle from the airport after 3 pm. And in the morning they requested to pay 8 euros for me alone for the shuttle. They are liers ! I think you should request the refund of my money and remove your misleading 3 star rating for this terrible joint - it's no hotel, period. Michael Bukshtab

Sleep well near the airport

Reception open 24 hours. Perfect location to get to the airport in a few minutes. Friendly staff.

The beds and shower are small, but it is okay to sleep a night.

Very good

The shuttle service was excellent. After landing in Madrid, I called the hotel, and the shuttle arrived promptly within 15 minutes. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable, and the staff were also quite good.

One of the aspects I disliked about this hotel was the absence of bars or restaurants nearby. After arriving around 21:00 from Barcelona, I was hoping to have dinner either at the hotel or at a nearby restaurant and enjoy a couple of beers before going to sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel lacked a bar, and the receptionist informed me that all the nearby bars were closed. Consequently, I went to bed on an empty stomach. Furthermore, the breakfast the following morning was also unsatisfactory to me.

Good for a night before a flight at MAD.

Great location close to the airport. Indoor parking offered for payment. Street parking available. Good cold buffet for breakfast included and open until 11. Kind staff. Clean rooms.

The air conditioner didn’t work and instead felt hot. The water pressure was low.

Disappointing

Breakfast was good. Neighbour room was noisy all night.. about 6.30 game silence finally. So it was a night without much sleep.

Very good

it was one of the few lodging places near/around the Madrid airport. The staff was great & breakfast covered a wide range of options. Airport transfer worked well in the morning. It’s not an area I’d stay in long as it’s far from everything & we had no vehicle. It was a good place for what we needed.
