Todo bien .

Solo nos quedamos una noche . Pero todo fue muy bien . La recepcionista muy amable , nos ha recibido muy bien y nos ha explicado todo . La habitacion estaba bastante bien, todo limpio , lo único que no hay enchufes al lado de las mesitas de noche . Para cargar teléfono un poco incómodo . El desayuno normalito , no fue gran cosa , pero tampoco nos fuimos con hambre !

No hay enchufes al lado de la cama .

Perfect short stay for airport layover

Staff was very friendly, considerate and accommodating. The whole place was impeccably clean, including the rooms. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nespresso machines are available to use around the facilities and in the room.

The breakfast buffet was good but a bit pricey (average compared to other hotels, but just pricey compared to what you would pay for breakfast at a cafe)

Opción correcta.

Habitación bien insonorizada y baño confortable. Se puede aparcar gratis en las inmediaciones del hotel.

El colchón de la habitación, aunque aceptable, necesitaría una renovación para mayor confort. Además, no existen opciones de facturación para uso individual que pueden ser un inconveniente para algunos viajeros. La ubicación, un polígono industrial bastante desangelado, solo es apta para viajeros con vehículo propio o para aquellos que no les importe usar el servicio de lanzadera o transfer al aeropuerto. Respecto al check-in, lo realicé temprano, casi a las 4 de la madrugada y se me cobró una noche adicional, lo cual es comprensible pero podría ser más claro en la política del hotel, pues en recepción me dijeron que me ofrecían la habitación ya, porque tenían disponibilidad. Eso propició una confusión con la limpieza de la habitación durante mi primera noche; aunque dejé mis pertenencias indicando mi estancia, no se realizó el servicio. Dijeron que me llamaron al teléfono de la habituación a media llamada, pero claro, estaba fuera. Creo que fue un malentendido de simple resolución, si me hubiesen llamado al móvil. Espero que se mejore la comunicación en el futuro para evitar situaciones similares.

Beautiful property with great staff although far from downtown.

Staff was very helpful and kind even very late at night. Property and room were clean, nice and a frankly very pretty. There was a security guard in the lobby all night. Shuttle to airport.

Better for if you’re going to the airport or have regular use of Uber/taxi to get downtown. Too far from metro but there is a bus that you can near a station with. The hotel is in a warehouse area which is understandable being so near the airport but just be aware probably not walkable.

For business meetings and staying close to Airbus perfect location

The room was clean spacious and quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly Breakfast had a good selection

We had a meeting there in the banquet room and there was a constant creaking from the kitchen doors. This was reported and hopefully resolved

Would stay again but would not eat in the restaurant

Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Housekeeping very good, room was very clean.

Food and service in the restaurant were terrible. We ordered two meals and when they arrived they were cold. Waiter did not apologise and took the meals away as though it was a regular occurance. The steaks had obviously been put back under the grill which meant they were overcooked to our requirements. The vegetables were still cold. When the waiter cleared our unfinished food I told him it was very bad, he just shrugged his shoulders with no apology

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!! The reason they have vending machines in the foyer is because the restaurant is a complete lie. After traveling the world for business I can honestly say this hotel is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I am also a VIP Marriott vacation club member and stayed at many of their hotels around the world and this place must be a total embarrassment to say the least. To not disclose the fact you don't have a functional restaurant but still display it as a facility is beyond belief. I employ all booking dot com users to read the recent negative comments before booking anything on this platform as the overall ratings do not truly represent what you receive. I only hope the Marriott chain wake up to themselves and put their guests experience before profits or they will see a slow decline in occupancies. Hope this honest review helps with making an informed choice about where you choose to find value for your money.

Exactly what we needed it to be. Nothing more, nothing less.

it was clean, nice bathroom, and had air conditioning. great amenities, but because of the time of our arrival we weren’t able to use any of them. My girlfriend were only staying there for an overnight layover. So we arrived around 11:30pm and left around 6:30am. By the time we arrived, pretty much everything was closed. But we were able to check in with no problem. When we arrived, the reception was also able to book us a taxi for 6:30am, and they showed up on time the next morning. We were super hungry when we arrived, and despite the kitchen being closed, they still offered to make us a sandwich. They allowed us to choose between a roast beef sandwich or a ham and cheese. And the roast beef sandwich was surprisingly good for an after-hours emergency option. The bed was fairly large, and decently comfortable despite it being a pretty hard mattress. In the morning they had complimentary tea and coffee available to take away. Overall, I wouldn’t rave about this stay… but it served its purpose for exactly what we needed: a decent night of sleep for our overnight layover.

They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport, but the last ride from the airport is 11pm and the first ride to the airport in the morning is 8am. So we completely missed it since we landed at 11pm and had to leave the hotel at 6:30am. Forcing us to pay €30 for a taxi each way. Also, on a map it looks like the hotel is literally right next to the airport (which it is) but with the highway systems, it was still a 15-20 min ride each way. We hoped they would have extended hours for the kitchen since the hotel is specifically there to serve passengers on layovers from the airport, and many many flights arrive later at night. But they still close early, and had very limited options for after hours. So my vegan girlfriend wasn’t able to eat dinner or breakfast. The amenities seem super nice, but because of our arrival and departure time, we weren’t able to experience any of them. Wish they had extended hours for late arrivals.
