A great place to stay but prices are far too expensive.

The property has recently been refurbished so everything is new and pristine. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is well located for able to walk to the old town, the Dom, restaurants, museums, buses, trams and is only a brisk 10min walk from the station

The breakfast and evening meals are far too expensive. The normal rates for a room are also too expensive. We always stayed in this hotel when it was the city Hilton which had more reasonable rates. We will only stay here in the future if we get a good discount with Booking.com as we did for this stay.

Luxe nieuw hotel met goede service

Geweldig nieuw hotel. Prachtige kamer met een heerlijk groot bed. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en het ontbijt is erg lekker.

Desperate for maintenance and upgrade.

Breakfast

Maintenance - very very poor. Bathroom fittings broken, safe broken, kettle broken. When I mentioned to reception I was told there were no maintenance people on site today.

A great place to stay, no frills

Staff was friendly and helpful and proactive (helping with day parking, for example) Central location, affordable Parking garage Large suites

Room was a bit stale, needed to open the windows Lights needed to be individually turned off, Minibar was empty, not even a welcome bottle of water In hotel water and sodas were outrageously expensive Not eco-friendly: Halogen lights and the minibar was seriously outdated, looked like it used CFC gas.

Very, very dated hotel. For paying Hilton prices, the rooms are drab - old dusty carpet, chipped old wood furniture and peeling wall paper. The staff were great, it has a good breakfast, but those rooms, pretty gross.

Fine for what we needed - somewhere to stay for 2 nights.

Excellent breakfast

The room keys kept failing for both rooms Our friends had to spend the night in another room because no one could open the door. Our keys worked once then failed which meant up and down to reception several times. The hotel bar wasn't opened until 5pm - disappointing.

Nice hotel with freidnly staff and good location

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and due to the good wheather we could sit outside at a very nice court place. We had two interconnedcted rooms, which were spacious.

Rooms could do with some redecorating.

The room was spacious. Breakfast and staff was super nice. Good location. Walking distance from shops old town and restaurants. Even got an omelet made by staff which was super delicious. So thanks to the breakfast staff. The gym was not in the hotel, but a small walk from hotel, with all the latest equipment and super friendly staff.

Room was somewhat outdated. The rooms had carpet, which has seen its best days.

very good location, friendly staff, good breakfast

It was a family stay for two nights in connection rooms. Unsanitary looking carpets and curtains, mice droppings in the wardrobe, a really old looking & empty mini bar and the malfunctioning main elevator were my first impressions. It is properly cleaned by staff though; however, all appliances and facilities need total renovation, simply a low price-performance mite heaven.
