The owner was awesome, incredibly helpful and even drove us to the Pompei UNESCO entrance, plus for a very fair fee, took us to the Naples airport.

It was very convenient for us to walk to the archeological zone of Pompeii, and it was extremely dog friendly. The staff were so friendly and helpful!
Breakfast could be a little better, not loads of choice (too much cake)

This hotel was wonderful! The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. Any needs that we had were quick to be addressed. The rooms and hotel itself was very clean. It was also within walking distance of the Pompeii city ruins and the city center as well. The complimentary breakfast was also wonderful.
It’s about a 30 minute walk from the Pompeii ruins but if you’re okay with walking that, you’ll have no problems. The rooms are a little small so I would recommend here for smaller groups of 2-4 people. Those are just small things, overall I have no bad things to say about the property!

After a very delayed train journey we did not arrive until 11pm but the guy on reception was very helpful and directed us to a pizza place across the road that was still open. Enjoyed our balcony view towards Vesuvius although it was only visible on day 1 due to cloud, not the hotel's fault! We were concerned that the hotel was too far out but it's OK if you don't mind a walk. Very nice front garden in the event of any sun.
The lighting in the room and corridors is incredibly bright and there are no bed side lights, just massive LEDs. Breakfast seemed to be way overstaffed with 5 ladies falling each over attempting to do coffee (I think they were the room servicing staff) - tip: ask for bacon & eggs, very nice.
There's a very noisy garage beside it and when we left they were wheel grinding or something. Also, like most Italian hotels, there are no carpets so the whole building is like an echo chamber.

Breakfast was good , owner was extremely nice. Took us personally in his own car to Pompeii ruins and bus station. The entire staff was accommodating.
Nothing it was perfect.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The owner of the hotel was particularly good and helpful. Breakfast was very enjoyable with fresh bread and croissants, fresh fruit great coffee and cakes. Bedroom was spotlessly clean and had good bathroom and towels changed daily. Kettle available if wanted. Bedroom is adequate size with balcony. Hotel is a 10 minute walk into town and convenient to visit the ruins.
Nothing.

easy going, good in between stop
wondering how Italy rating their hotels (star rating)
I would say 2/3 instead a 4. It’s not that 2 or 3 stars are bad or that this hotel is bad but I just wonder if this is a 4star hotel, than how can a 5star be that much different in service in facilities etc.

Great hotel. Carefully designed interior decoration and numerous books contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. Versatile breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff at the reception who really care that you make the most of your stay. They organized excursion to Vesuvius with pick up from the hotel and a private guided tour of Pompei archaeological site for us. They also gave us a lot of recommendations for Naples and Amalfi coast. The location is very practical, especially if you travel by car.

The breakfast and staff were pretty good.
The AC didnt work and it was super hot and they don't really have a maintenance person. The elevator took forever to use.
