Alles ! Ich denke für Erwachsene das Beste Hotel in Maspalomas
7.0
Location stunning, view amazing, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent with a good selection. Bed comfortable, slept well.
Bathroom was not separate - impossible to have a wash without waking partner. Balcony photos misleading, 2 sunbeds were impractical in the actual space.
5.0
The view from the hotel is beautiful and the location is probably the best for Maspalomas.
The pool is very nice and the staff that are there are great, there just isn’t enough of them to operate the hotel to a 5 star level. They are great though.
Sadly a lot, while the hotel has the bones to be good. You charge at high 5 star rates (same rate we recently paid for 5 star hotels such as; Cove Paros, Katikies Garden Santorini and Nolinski Venice over the last few months. All of whom out class this hotel enormously), as such we will rate you in this category.
1. Says adults only, kids by the pool twice. Pretty clear cut policy that fails to be implemented. I see I’m not the first to note it.
2. The staff to guest ratio is way off. 2/3 rooms in our group took a long time to check in (at least 20 minutes). We all joked that if we requested an iron we may see one before we leave, first attempt took 40 minutes then we gave up. Service by the pool is slow.
3. The Blue Marlin Ibiza bar on top is terrible. Being on level 5 below it on NYE was like attempting to sleep in a nightclub. DJs went to I believe 5AM. The demographic this bar attracts vs the demographic of the hotels guests are not the same. Stupid idea to have this above the hotel and piss off guests who in the majority don’t appear to use it. You can hear it by the pool as well. Going to bed at 1AM from NYE, we absolutely couldn’t sleep. Complete waste of money this evening.
4. The food isn’t great on site and the options are limited (except for Boho Beach bar, that was very nice).
5. Overall no one from our group of 6 (3 rooms) intend to return. I already mentioned 3 hotels above I recommend you look at instead.
Sadly for the staff that do work so hard here, management is letting them down. The physical space is there, the staff who are there are great. The total product falls well short of the bar it intends to compete with.

Veldig bra frokostbuffet, serviceinnstilt personale, bra renhold og fantastiske solsenger

I guess the best location near Maspalomas Dunas,
great dining, excellent staff - really friendly
not too big, not too small, no children,
we were completely satisfied
the only drawback is poorer parking at hotel

Fantastic stay. Superb hotel and staff were so friendly. Really enjoyed the yoga and Pilates classes too. We had a brilliant time. Thank you!

Sunbeds were lovely & comfy, always plenty of them. Breakfast was really good, lots of choice. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Rooms were clean and modern. Pool was lovely and access to Blue Marlin was great.
Had to pay for late check out - €50, understandable but rather expensive. View from our room wasn’t amazing, looked out to some shabby buildings however we didn’t pay any extra for any sort of view.

EVERYTHING... Staying at Hotel Faro was incredible. I had half board and didn't have to worry about where or what to eat. The meals were delicious, and the selection of food in the buffet was extraordinary.
Location is fantastic, just right in from of the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Can't recommend Hotel Faro enough.
The live music every night is just a beautiful touch to unwind your day over a glass of wine overlooking the ocean.
Not to forget the incredible staff, whom made me feel welcomed at all times.
Do yourself a favor and book your stay here.
If I have to be picky, booking at time for breakfast and dinner was a bit annoying as someday I wanted to sleep in a bit more or stay longer by the beach. Service at the pool was a bit slow, maybe QR codes can help solve it.

The only thing that spoiled it was the air conditioning could not cool the room down in the night

hotel is really good. highly recommend.
modern rooms. cleaning 2 times a day. lalique cosmetics, smart tv, nespresso machine.
location is perfect.
a little bit noisy because off music from the rooftop (Saturday, Sunday) + more different foods for the breakfast
8.0
Great service, very helpful and accommodating staff always trying to keep you happy and satisfied
Location close to the beach
Very fancy breakfasts and dinners.
Good variety of food, à la carte option included
Initially we booked a room with a sea side view, but because of not working AC, we’ve got an upgrade with a superior sea side view room, which was nicer.
The hotel has a very small area - basically only the swimming pool in front, comparing to the nearby hotel Lopesan Costa Meloneras.
Drinks were not included in the dinner, even simply the water. It was also a bit annoying when we’ve been asked during the dinner several times how we are going to pay - cash or card - while still eating.
The closest beach had a lot of stones in the water, not comfortable to swim at all. And if you want to go further where the beach is nicer, you have only two options with the sun beds - beach for nude people or gay.

beautiful setting!
no spa services offered at the facility. I had to go to the resort across the street (5 min walk) to get massages or spa treatments

Breakfast and location was great
Restaurant and pool too crowded. Facilities and staff not coping with the overflow. This produced Slow service in restaurant and pool
Very noisy hotel because of the roof bar and the disc j session organized by the hotel

Perfect location on the beach with a promenade in front.
Always a good sign when you are offered a drink on checking in
Adults only was a big tick for us.
Lovely room.
Staff were excellent - very friendly, knew our names and very professional
Restaurant was excellent with timed arrival so as to avoid any rush. Mixture of buffet and a la carte which suited is as the buffet was excellent not your typical mad rush to the buffet. Very tasteful and great choice of food at breakfast and evening meal. Nothing was too much trouble.
Would definitely recommend - wouldn’t hesitate to book again
Pool area was quiet and plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas
Loved that you can use the a la carte restaurant at sister Hotels for every 3 days you stay so we had 2 visits; 1 to the Baobab and 1 to the Costa Meloneras (make sure men wear long trousers)
Couldn’t hear any sound at night time coming from the Ibiza bar on the roof when in bed (Floor 3)
Resort is upmarket with lovely shops, bars, restaurants - no riffraff
Small things that didn’t spoil the holiday.
I read that people had upgrades to their room and we were offered this but at a cost of 30 Euros per day so we declined and actually had a lovely room at the side of the Hotel which still had a sea view.
Service around the pool was slow. In previous Hotels we have had staff come to the sun lounger and there were waiters/waitresses but they didn’t come around very frequently and we had to search them out to request a drink. Had to book to use the bali day bed and so didn’t see anyone using them which was a shame as they looked lovely.
We had a hire car and the parking at the Hotel was 25 euros per day so we parked on the road a 20 min walk away and it was free

Clean, new, well decorated, in a beautiful location. Close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, bus station, taxi and all at the sea front.
It was a bit dark inside. I'd appreciate if they increased the lights inside the building, plus carpets, walls and furnishing are also dark so it felt a bit dangerous walking blindly in the darkness after coming from the sunny outside.

Everything! Staff members were exceptionally kind! Breakfast had a very large selection. Amenities provided were of great quality. They have incorporated yoga and Pilates class if you wish to join.
No Spa

I stayed at Hotel Faro for 4 nights as a solo traveler and I loved everything about this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect - directly by the ocean and the dunes, and super close to the bus stop, the overall design of the hotel is incredibly chic but my hotel room still felt very comfortable and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you!!
Nothing, this place is fantastic

Fantastic stay, beautiful boutique property, heated pool, lovely staff that could not be more helpful, great breakfast. There are many large 5star hotels in the area but this is a much nicer size and has more character. Perfect that it is adults only.

+ Nearly everything top
+ Huge room with amazing view
+ Fantastic breakfast
- Service at the pool
- Half of the rooftop should be hotel spa

The hotel was lovely and impeccably clean and very well cared for.
Bedrooms were stunning with so much wardrobe, cupboard and drawer space so everything could be put out of the way. Walk in shower was fantastic.
The staff were amazing. So polite and friendly and they seemed genuinely happy.
Breakfast buffet was good and it had a good range of food for breakfast. It was very well managed by the staff.
The pool was beautiful and the sunloungers were very comfortable.
The chambermaids were brilliant and fast and efficient.
The staff went the extra miles to help with some champagne in the room on arrival.
There was a kettle in the room.
Lunch at the poolside was not good which put us off choosing to eat dinner.
Beds were firm but became uncomfortable after a few nights stay.
Did not like the layout of the bedroom with the sink in the middle of room - looked nice but functionally it was a bit of a pain.
Complimentary tea bags were not refilled. Lots of Chamomile but only two English Breakfast.
Car parking was difficult with a large car outside the front of the hotel and was $25 per day.
The Ibiza blue Marlin on the top floor was very loud and didn't seem aligned to the brand of the hotel - we were on the 4th floor and could hear / feel the music pulsating in our room which was annoying and not very relaxing although it did stop before 11pm.
Please extend the playlist of the music in the bar area! The same songs over and over made me feel crazy!
