Sehr gute Lage und nette Rezeption

Super Lage, da mit Straba nur 4min zum Stadion. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren alle sehr freundlich (Bei dem netten Mann habe ich den Namen vergessen, Kollegin hieß Salem) . Schöne kleine Kochstelle mit Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Zudem schöner Balkon. Sehr knuffig. Komme gern wieder.

Fantastic... we appreciate the hospitality!

Right next to the tram station and easy to find. Very friendly receptionist and we were allowed to check in early.The rooms were pretty, clean, and even had a kitchenette! The breakfast in the lobby was tasty too! What a wonderful value. Would love to stay here again!

Sehr gute Lage. 50 m zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Sachsenhausen oder Innenstadt.

Samstag und Sonntag kein Frühstück. Bäckerei 100m um die Ecke

Gutes und sauberes Appartement für einen kurzweiligen Aufenthalt.

Gute Lage für einen kurzweiligen Aufenthalt für ein Besuch im Frankfurter Waldstadion. Die U-Bahn und Busstation ist direkt vor der Tür.

Parkplätze sind aufgrund der Lage entsprechend rar.

I will come again!

The staff were all friendly, helpful and knowledgable. The location is perfect, with regular trams and buses to centre of city and to airport. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. The kitchenette is nice to have.

The unit (109) was smaller than the one I stayed in before. The kitchen didn't have a tea towel or a washing up sponge.

Clean, comfortable and peaceful stay

Very clean, private and quiet. The shower was amazing! Very hot few days so the air conditioning in rooms was a great help. Great rooftop space. Tram and bus stop outside so handy to get about.

Amazing apartment for short stay especially if you are looking for a room with a small kitchenette.

The staff was amazing. Explained everything at the time of check-in. Tram stop is just outside the apartments which is cool. Rewe is just at a 2 minute walk. Restaurants are slightly away but because the tram is so easily available, you can take it and get to them quickly. The kitchenette is nice and very clean. They have a stovetop, microwave, electric kettle and a toaster. Also enough utensils. Bathrooms and the room were also very clean. Bed was super comfortable and the pillows were really nice as well. Breakfast is at a small place outside the kitchen but the breakfast itself has may options. The apartments have amazing Wi-Fi. I was working and was able to take all my Video calls from the Room with no issues. The apartment also has Washing machines and driers in the basement so ideal for mid-long stay. They also have a gym which I couldn't try. Overall, I think it is a very comfortable and at this price super value of money. If you consider the breakfast and the kitchen, you can easily prepare all your meals yourself.

Nothing major. I wish the kitchen also had washing liquid. We had to buy that which is okay but kind of unnecessary for a short stay.

My reservation was ignored and nobody was willing to help me

The hotel ignored my reservation, I did not receive an email with the code to the key-locker, nobody was there when I came. I called them, spent some time with a lady on the phone explaining the situation, she told me the person responsible for the keys is not responding and she does not know when the person will be available. She told me she would call as soon as she knows something. Never heard from her again.

Okay

Well connected by tram, clean. Good wifi, supermarket nearby and nice staff.

Our room was very noisy throughout the night due to the traffic. Kitchenette was not equipped with enough kitchenware so it was basically unusable. Overall a bit overpriced.

Good night’s sleep

Clean, good beds, convenient location, easy to find parking on Saturday.

Some kind of coffee maker in the room would be nice. Coffee from lobby machine was not that good.
