an excellent hotel for the price, a short walk to the underground

Breakfast was good but it would be better if you wrote what the items were. The room was clean. And easily reachable with public transport
Nothing specific

The place is clean, beds were comfy and location is ideal when visit Prague. Not too far from the center and good value for money with breakfast.
Our room was facing the road on the ground floor. Though u can't do much about the traffic sounds, the bright street light right outside the window could be blocked using more efficient blinds or curtains. It was quite bright in the room at night as light shines through the slated blinds.

The location is okay as it's next to the subway station and there is a nice traditional restaurant nearby. The room for families, size-wise, was really nice with two floors.
The room equipment was cheap, and the room itself was really stinky (I'd rather not think about what that was). The breakfast was very basic, and the food was not fresh (I actually found some mold on a cake, which they immediately took off the buffet, but this should not have happened). I did not eat breakfast for the rest of my stay. The staff was not really friendly, and apparently, the owner does not care at all about the hotel. I will never come back.

It was so nice! We were very comfortable and the staff was so kind with us.

Comfortable room and good breakfast

the pictures are misleading! everything looks very old.
the isolation is terrible, you can hear every single step from every resident

a quiet area, very good connection to the city center (15 minutes with metro). Staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good. You can book a parking place from the hotel, but there is free parking available on the street too.
Near the hotel is a nice typical czech restaurant where you can eat and drink like local people.
nothing to say against.

Breakfast was really really good
everything is a little bit old.

Good location, close to subway,24/7 front desk, free parking possibility, good mattress.
The room could use some refurbishment.

The staff. On the day of arrival were decently nice, once we had problems that changed.
Almost everything. Our room were extremely dirty, had no warm water nor heating. We were offered two other rooms. However, they were no better, one of them even smelled of sewage. The images are nothing like advertised. Luckily, we found another hotel that offered a comfortable stay in Prague.

Very small bath.

Breakfast and staff in kichen were terrible.

The staff was very friendly and there was plenty of hot water for showers and bath. The hotel is also very close to shops and tramline for easy access.
Breakfast was OK but the juice they offered was absolutely horrible. It was the cheapest fake juice with a terrible preservative taste. Fresh or even concentrated juice is cheap these days and there is no excuse to serve the horrible fake juice. Other than that breakfast was standard.

The outdoor eating area was kind of picturesque. The staff was helpful and chilled out. The tram/bus connections are 4-5 min away, which connect to the city. There is a shopping mall nearby with a lot of shops, open even on Sundays.
The breakfast was mediocre at best. One fruit. Breads and spreads were worse than store bought options. Very poor breakfast by Czech standards.
The room was allotted to us was in the attic. Extremely cumbersome, we could not move around in the room upright, had to bend everywhere. This was a warm weekend, and all we were provided was a dingy table fan. Broken furniture is strewn around in the premises. Definitely not worth the price we paid, would not pay more than 20€ per night. Pictures on portals are deceiving!

For the first time since I can remember, and for eight years now we have been traveling by bike in Europe, we have been asked to pay for a place to store bicycles. Initially, they even asked for a fee for 1 bike equal to the fee for a parking space for the car. Only after negotiations, a lower fee was agreed. It was all the more surprising as the earlier e-mail correspondence did not mention the necessity of an additional fee for the bicycle, although it was confirmed that a safe place for their storage during the stay at the hotel was confirmed.

we asked for baby cot, reception agreed but when we arrived we did not get it. The photos of the room are fake. Breakfast very poor.

If staying for any substantial time, if traveling as a couple, recommend getting a triple room rather than a double. You'll be able to use the third bed for your luggage. For minimal cost, you get a lot more space. Tight room otherwise, but worth it for the price and all other factors considered. Reserve early, these rooms fill up! Price is fantastic, but you'll have to take metro into town; this is very worthwhile: get a three day pass or get senior-discounted 1-day passes.
Typical European bed that you can't do anything about.

Very nice breakfast, good location
Toilet condition is not nice

The staff very nice, the hotel per total ist ok, but doesn:t worth the money!
The room is not really what was expectet to be, the room was old, and not the rustic meanong, thats ok, but still the blankets feels so old.

Hotel is very close to the metro station called Hloubetin. Also there is a Penny supermarket nearby. Receptionist who welcomed us was very kind and helpful. We had a fridge in our room which is a very good point. Our room was cleaned up every day. They have good breakfast and the garden is just like on the pictures.
They do not have small pillows.

The location was good in terms of Metro station. it was literally only 2 minutes to the station. the backyard garden was cute and we could use it. the break was also fine. the selection was big. rooms were nice, but I think it really depends which one you will get. mine was facing the garden, therefore it was quiet. but you could you people walking upstairs and doors were constantly thrown… the girls at the reception were very helpful and nice! :)
the interior was well used. it could do with some updates of the rugs and bed-spreads etc.

Very nice breakfasts 🙂
