Le petit déjeuner oui très bien et l'amabilité d'une seule dame à l'accueil les autres ne disaient même pas bonjour. Et la gentille dame le soir au resto de l'hôtel avec de longs cheveux argentés. C'est tout.

Le bruit. Les gens étaient irrespectueux, parlaient fort dans les couloirs tôt le matin ou avec le téléphone en haut-parleur. Vraiment aucune tenue c'était pénible Le ménage très mal fait, c'était toujours sale quand on demandait de nettoyer la chambre. Vraiment déçue.

Ogólnie pobyt uważam za udany.

1.Bardzo pyszne śniadania, duży wybór serów, wędlin , dobra kawa. 2.Atrakcyjna cena. 3.Miły personel. 4.Pokoje czyste.

1.Niestety mieliśmy bardzo duszny pokój i bardzo skrzypiące łóżka, do tego stopnia że wybudzaliśmy się nawzajem mimo że byliśmy bardzo zmęczeni podróżą . Natomiast nasi przyjaciele w sąsiednim pokoju już nie doświadczyli tego problemu. 2. Nie ma suszarek do włosów.

Hotel s dobrou pozicí pro objevování Prahy, oceňuji možnost parkování u hotelu.

Lokalita odpovídala našemu výběru, u snídaně byl výběr, káva standart, obsluha se o doplnění starala průběžně.

Doporučila bych zapracovat na proškolení personálu v restauraci co se týká zájmu a rychlosti obsluhy, paní byla sice příjemná, nicméně s námi skoro vůbec nemluvila(vyrozuměli jsme ,že to bude asi jazykovou bariérou), jídlo bylo dobré, mělo by být servírováno teplejší...škoda. Navíc pokud uklízečky a pokojské chodí na 6 hod. ranní, pak by bylo vhodné se chovat tiše a nerušit hlasitým hovorem, docela se to po chodbách rozléhá.

Ubytovanie splnilo účel, ale pre lokalitu to bol moja posledná návšteva. Ďakujem.

Veľmi úslužný personál, trošku jazyková bariéra nakoľko mi po slovensky nerozumeli takže používajte češtinu alebo angličtinu. Inak nemám čo vytknúť k personálu hotela, bar to je už iná...

Bar veľká katastrofa. Prídete 15 minút pred záverečnou a chcete pivo, slečna za barom povie, že už neobsluhujú na recepcii vám povedia, že s tým nevedia nič spraviť a o 21:30 príde pár sadnú si a dostanú aj pivo dokonca aj pannini. Ďalší stol bol obslúžený ešte po záverečnej asi o 22:00 a dokonca aperolom pre dámy. Obrovská neprofesionalita. V každom prípade ďakujem slečne za barom, že ma odmietla obslúžiť lebo mi ušetrila pár kaček. ;)

A good budget accomodation if staying in hotel room is not the objective.

Breakfast was good! Tram and bus nearby. .

Staff was not cherful but provided service upon request Room somewat " spartan"

Cheap hotel, ideal for a stay if you're passing through Prague like we did; great breakfast!

The room was untidy and old, it's basically a motel that is good for 1 night stay

Fantastic! Friendly staff, hearty breakfast, pristine and peaceful environment.

All were very good.

Climbing staircase. and carrying suitcases to our room The property needs an elevator. That was the only negative point.

Best in Budget stay

The rooms are quite spacious and value for money. The breakfast has good options. Though it's not quite in the city but easily accessible by tram and we can reach the center in 20- 30min

the breakfast was good for what you can find. The bar is also nice to chill. Even though it is far from the city center, there are two high-frequent trams that takes you to the center in about 30 mins.

This is not the hotel's fault. There was a guy snoring as I had never experienced in my life. The room is very big and there is a little of "reverb" effect. The staff working in the kitchen are a little rude, and they do not speak English.

smoke from the chimney is the worst what happened in our room. We couldn’t open a window for a night and in another room there is a tape on the window with sign „do not open” and still - smoke is coming through this window.

Fair value.

Fair value for the price. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant.

Breakfast was adequate. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all in the rooms.

My bed was next to the window and the cold came on me all night because the window didn’t close perfectly… there is was no charging option close to my bed, so i had to sit on the floor until my phone finished charging… the bathroom is inexhaustible… no soap, no mirror, full of spiders…

The breakfast was delicious and it’s in a great place, near Prague.

It was really cold in the room, either of the heating radiators were not working, it was around 15-16 Celsius in the room.

You can get from the hotel to the center of Prague by tram without any problems!

The first night we didn't sleep at all because the guests in the room next to us had a party... they brought alcohol into the room, got drunk, shouted around the hotel,ect...they should ban such things in the hotel or at least do something if that happens....
