Vale todo o investimento

Estadia pra lá de excelente! Uma vista maravilhosa da janela do quarto, com vista para o porto de Valparaíso, de onde pudemos ver um nascer do sol incrível! Café da manhã maravilhoso, banheiro espaçoso e amplo, funcionários solícitos, localização muito boa para explorar os Cerros Alegre e Concepción a pé! Tudo sobre esta estadia valeu a pena. Podem investir sem medo.

un séjour parfait dans un bijou d'hotel

Emplacement exceptionnel dans une des plus jolies rues du Cerro Alegre, c'est une maison bourgeoise pleine de charme, restaurée et décorée avec goût. Petit déjeuner pléthorique face à la baie de Valparaiso, un jardin romantique et luxuriant en plusieurs niveaux avec transats et espace de repos. Le personnel est adorable et disponible, la propreté impeccable, n'hésitez pas c'est une excellent adresse!

Beautiful views in a hotel with old world charm and modern ammenities.

Located on a quiet street in Cerro Allegre Hotel Zero provides a respite from the busy Valpariso scene. Our room was spacious and airy with a fabulous bay window view over the city and the harbor. The modern bathroom met all our expectations. The breakfast room and terraces on the lower level provided beautiful views over the city. Breakfast offerings were plentiful and quite good. Staff was pleasant and attentive.

A few of the furnishings in our room were a bit warn (upholstry). Could have used a proper writing desk. The desk in our room had a big screen TV on it which we never used.

Glorious building and location and wonderful staff.

This is a beautiful classical old building, lovingly restored in a perfect location. It has the most exquisite gardens & terraces tumbling down the hillside with terraces to enjoy the fabulous view. The room was large with exceptionally high ceilings, a very smart bathroom and a perfect bay window with magnificent views across the magical Valparaiso bay. Some of the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful - even going to the lengths of collecting our luggage from our former hotel - very much appreciated. Thank you

Free tea and coffee would have been appreciated - it seemed rather mean to charge for a tea bag! The winter room has a fabulous view but is lacking atmosphere and has a repetetive sound track playing constantly.

Absolutely fantastic! Would stay a whole week or a whole month.

The sort of hotel you wish you could stay for a whole year instead of only three days! We loved pretty much everything about it. It was well located and extremely quiet with great views of the Pacific, port and seagulls. The extremely high ceilings were a pleasant surprise and gave a special character and atmosphere to our stay. We would definitely book it again and again.

We didn't like (ourselves!) for only staying three nights!

Hard working, attentive staff, makes this place an exceptional home away from home

Nice selection, best fresh fruit salad I have ever had! Eggs to order. First night was a holiday so many restaurants closed. evening staff made us an amazing charcuterie plate and delivered to the room at 9;30 pm!!! Decor and colors soothing and lush

We wanted to stay an extra night but they were fully book......good for them bummer for us..lol

Great place to stay in Valparaiso, we would definitely come again!

We stayed in the Zero hotel for Christmas. The hotel is really nice based in an old calonial building with high ceilings, large windows, spacious rooms and it has lots of character. It is very clean and well presented/renovated. The terrace area is super with great views and plenty of seating and tables to relax and chill. The staff were excellent, very friendly and really helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had an issue with our hire car and they helped us get it sorted locally. Parking is secure and off the road. Valparasio is an interesting place, for sure it was a major port in its time but the old town is challenged now and it is very hilly, up out of the lower port town it is colourful and vibrant, with cool bars and restaurants, Zero Hotel is well located to enjoy the nicer areas of the town. Would stay there again if in Valparasio and highly recommended.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Hotel Zero, and would gladly visit again.

Wonderful view of the harbor-see photo. Excellent breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. Spacious room. Very fine neighborhood to stay in for a tourist in Valpo. Very nice hot water.

The room could use a set of shelves near the suitcase stands. The safe and one of the light switches were not working right.

Staff was super friendly, and they were truly focused on making us feel comfortable. Location was great, walking distance to many bars and restaurants, in a safe street. Spacious paid parking lot. Tasty included breakfast. Super clean and comfy beds.
