Great location, super friendly and welcoming

All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, I felt right at home! Room was simple but clean and had everything I needed. The hotel was quiet and had an AMAZING view from the common area. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

Airy hotel on Cerro Alegre with a wonderful roof terrace

The location in a pedestrian street, right in the middle of everything: sights, cafes and restaurants. An excellent place if to want to enjoy the Valparaiso vibe. We loved the clean and airy house with a relaxed atmosphere, music theme, hardwood floors, and - most of all - the roof terrace with sliding windows and the best view in the town! In hot weather it also helped to cool down the house. The terrace is actually a breakfast/dining room with dishes, fridges, a kettle and a microwave. It felt wonderful to sit there in the morning and watch the city waking up and at night enjoying the view illuminated with millions of lights. Currently the hotel does not offer breakfast since there are many cafes around. Alternatively you can buy your croissants and help yourself to the free (instant) coffee or tea of the hotel. I would also like to praise the staff who were always cheerful, friendly and very helpful. We appreciated the opportunity to choose our room and picked a room with the largest bathroom, facing a quiet back street. The rooms were cleaned and towels replaced daily, the shower was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.

There was very little space in our room for luggage and things. But then one can't have everything - other, more spacious rooms had smaller bathrooms :)

Comfortable stay in a central location - convenient for everything

Perfect central location - making it super easy to get around for all of the sightseeing. Beautiful views and lots of great cafes, restaurants, bars, etc nearby. Comfortable room and bed and great shower pressure (this can really vary as you travel through South America so was greatly appreciated). Staff are all super helpful and friendly. They let us keep our bags there after check-in whilst we did some more exploring on the last day.

All of the rooms are themed around a musician/band which is a cool concept, but wish we could’ve chosen which one we stayed in as we sadly ended up in a MJ one - would’ve much preferred Rolling Stones or Queen! :)

Superb

I love the music theme. The Hotel was in a good location, with good views from some of the rooms and from the rooftop. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is modern and clean.

The hotel is quite open in the middle, so when people come home late you can hear them really loudly, but i also found other guests staying there were not very considerate when it came to noise. Maybe the hotel can put up some signs asking people to keep the noise down after 11pm.

Great location, comfy beds, clean rooms, nice view from some of the rooms.

Fantastic location for strolling the hills of Cerro Alegre (With its English and other European-style houses), eateries and miradores, elevator just outside the hotel. Also walkable to Av Alemania, the prison-turned cultural center and coastal areas. My gf leaft a sweater in the lounge area but could recover it in the evening at reception. Nice view from the eating/breakfast area and some of the rooms.

We first stayed in a room with window on the inside, so ventilation and noise were not so great. Later they moved us to a room with window on the outside and a fantastic view (Bob Marley room), which was great, but on the street there were people playing music, and you can hear all people speaking inside the hotel.

Perfect location in an idyllic area Concepcion - a touristy and safe area far from the protests. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and the breakfast was good.

Charming place. Nice rooms.

There were only 1 hour of breakfast. When we got to the breakfast hall there was no breakfast, and we could not find anybody who worked there. It took a lot of time for somebody to come and open the door the hotel and for the people who worked there to come to the reception.

A bit old

Great view.. great staff

It’s old..really small room...it’s on a walking street/alley that people party on all night... some still drinking the next morning when we got up... but you definitely want to stay up here in this area and not downtown which is a ghetto. We had dinner across the street at Via Via which was Great!! They also have rooms.. might be a better choice.
